Lovely Stay! Highly Recommended! This was my friends' and my first time staying at an Airbnb, and we couldn’t have picked a better place for our trip! The home was cozy, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. It was in a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and the beach just a short distance away. The home was also very reliable—everything we needed was provided and the place was well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Capitola, the unit was in a perfect location for exploring the area. It was clean, comfortable, and the response from the hosts when we needed a replacement coffee maker was quick and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of room for us to spread out and feel comfortable. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place and location. We booked both units, and both were equally as perfect. It was especially nice to have the garages to park the cars. We did not want to leave. We loved absolutely everything about it. It was perfect for my family.

Apartment was quirky but comfortable. The setup is a bit odd and the space is tight. There are two showers and two toilets with sinks all in separate rooms that didn’t make much sense. As noted on the description the stairs are not up to code and it felt a bit dangerous. My dog almost took a tumble down them. But it’s an old place with charm so that’s what you get. Only real issue we had was a light would not turn off in the bedroom because it was remote controlled and the remote was broken. They did fix it the next day. Beds were very comfortable and adjustable which was a nice bonus. The place has everything you need for a short or long stay. The location was by far the best part. It’s is really right by the restaurants, cafes, and beach. We loved being able to walk out the door and have the little beach town right there. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for over a month and it was great. The location is amazing and it was stocked with everything you need. Some things to note: when we arrived some of the silverware was dirty/rusted, we were unaware that the laundry wasn’t free, and parking could be a little difficult if you have more than one car. All in all it was amazing, comfy place to stay, and right on the water with great restaurants and lots to do around it!

This property features a range of superb amenities. An 8-minute walk to Rio Del Mar beach, a cozy setup, laundry facilities on site, and all the little things you'd expect. Our arrival was met by a mix-up with the dates, resulting in the place not being ready. However, Myra and David went above and beyond to resolve the issue, leaving us extremely satisfied. Myra was an exemplary hostess, always responding promptly. In light of the numerous glowing reviews, I'm convinced our experience was an anomoly. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this is definitely worth considering.

Clean place in a great area. Kitchen was definitely a nice feature that we very much enjoyed. There’s a beach in walking distance. The whole place is cozy and homey. Cons: coffee maker wasn’t clean, expired food was left behind, the beds were bunk beds, which wasn’t preferred. Overall, it was a positive experience and was very comfortable for 3 nights

We had such a great time!! The property was super clean. Jaime was very responsive. She had something we needed under an hour delivered to the front door! The area was cool, walkable & safe, lots of restaurants, ocean just a couple of blocks away, and lots of local artisan shops to visit. The property looked like the pictures and two big windows that brought the sunlight in was really nice , too. Very nice vibes here. We will be back!

We had a lovely 3 night stay and it was simply wonderful! Mickey and Sally were very friendly and easy to contact and communicate with. The Airbnb itself was quiet and private. They have a beautiful backyard garden overlooking the woods, which they allowed us to freely enjoy. Inside the Airbnb, the hosts provided pamphlets and instructions with recommendations for local trails and activities which was immensely helpful. There were also several amenities available such as coffee, wine, water, as well as bug spray and simple medications. Overall we had a great stay and feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

We loved staying at this condo in the Capitola Village. Cute little patio with a view, walking distance to everything and added bonus is we could bring our doggo!

Our stay at Kimber and Mike's place was great- perfect space. My wife and I were checking out UC Santa Cruz with our daughter, and this apartment was a much better option than conjoined rooms in a hotel. When you close the bedroom door, the person(s) sleeping in the living room has their own half bath to use at night or in the morning without having to go into the master. The kitchenette was really nice to have as well. Feels recently renovated, sparkling clean, super-cozy. Quiet neighborhood, and everything's pretty close in Santa Cruz. Kimberly and Mike are excellent hosts- we'll be back for sure!

We stay in the Santa Cruz area quite a bit as my kids go to camp nearby. I really enjoyed the Seascape Resort. Bailey's listing was perfect! It is MUCH quieter than Capitola and Santa Cruz, which is more my jam. The resort is landscaped beautifully and we enjoyed exploring! The beach is just a short walk. Side note: check out the grocery store in the village across the street. They make fantastic sandwiches which are perfect for a beach picnic!

Monica and Mike's (+ Eulis)'s place was exactly as pictured/described from the listing. Check-in was very easy, as the code for the front door was given to us in advance. The place was spotless with amenities for us to indulge in. This Airbnb had the most services for us to use out of any of the places I've stayed at. This includes foam surfboards (on a rack behind the house), bikes (which are locked up and can be unlocked by asking for the code), and even a Parks State Pass! We didn't get around to using these things, but felt I should mention it here since it's awesome. Couple things to note though. You can hear footsteps upstairs pretty easily, and the fire alarm is very finicky when cooking. The shower is also quite small. Other amenities on the property, and the ones I listed, were covered under spider webs as no one had used them in a while. Overall, we had a great time in La Selva, and would definitely stay at this listing again!

Only one minor thing: the universal electric car charger is out or order. Not the host's fault. But be aware. (There is a Tesla charger in the garage that's working.)

Comfortable and clean spot for a family friendly beach vacation! Plus the view exceeded my expectations!

We have rented maybe a half dozen different units at Seascape over the years and Natalie's unit was one of our favorites! It has a prime location within the development. It is on the bluffs looking over the ocean and across from the north pool, but not too close where pool noise is an issue during the day. The unit was impeccably clean and well appointed, with new appliances and a well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms had blackout curtains (great for young children that still nap) and comfy beds. There is extensive beach equipment, including beach chairs, sand toys, and things to toss. There was also plenty of towels and bedding throughout the unit. Natalie was a wonderful host. Responsive, clear, and friendly. She accommodated an earlier check-in because the unit was clean, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay with Natalie again!
