We really enjoyed our stay and Myra was very responsive to our questions and needs. The location was peaceful and private with an easy 5 min drive to great restaurants in Aptos, or 12 min drive to Capitola/Soquel. As a nice touch, we were welcomed with a complementary bottle of wine (which was very good) and Peet's coffee. We walked to the beach for an amazing sunset immediately after arriving. A great way to start our vacation!

Clean place in a great area. Kitchen was definitely a nice feature that we very much enjoyed. There’s a beach in walking distance. The whole place is cozy and homey. Cons: coffee maker wasn’t clean, expired food was left behind, the beds were bunk beds, which wasn’t preferred. Overall, it was a positive experience and was very comfortable for 3 nights

Thank you for opening this wonderful home for us to stay. It was spotless, comfortable and a wonderful spot to cozy away in the rain and soak up the sun a few days later. Appreciated the easy parking and outdoor deck-with space to store a surfboard. It was a perfect getaway for this newly empty-nester couple and now our new favorite spot!

Perfectly located in town and across the beach! Designated parking was a plus given popularity of location. Shops and restaurants were steps away. Check out Gayle’s for breakfast/lunch items and then bring take-out to munch while watching surfers do their thing! Evan was very responsive too. We will be back! Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Staying at O’Neal Properties was on par with a hotel. Excellent customer service - hosts were super responsive when we had questions, gave local restaurant suggestions and provided beach gear, lots of stuffed animals , games for the kids and beach towels. Well appointed kitchen and amenities including cleaning and laundry supplies. Also, the location can’t be beat. Three minute walk to the beach, nearby arcade and safe. They provided a street parking pass and map to help us know where to park. Overall 5 stars and would definitely book again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Ron’s home in Santa Cruz. It was in a nice neighborhood where we felt safe walking around and enjoying the neighborhood. It’s perfectly situated close to the beach and so close to the boardwalk. The home is very clean and free of clutter. It had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the coffee beans and grinder to make French press each morning. There were some snacks and teas left for us to enjoy as well. There were small room heaters and throw blankets to keep you extra warm if it needed. Beds were comfy. Thank you, Ron for your quick responses and suggested activities in the area, that was very helpful!! We will definitely return 😉

Thank you Shyamal! Place was exactly what I needed to take a break from everything! The place was VERY dog friendly -- I normally don't allow my dog on furniture, but the host does supply small blankets next to the furniture, to protect the furniture from any fur your pet might have. Kudos! House is very comfy, and has a VERY distinct Santa Cruz vibe which made me happy. You have an option to chill out on roof deck, or back deck. Neighborhood was friendly, and beach access was only a block away. Shyamal was very quick to respond, and was great to work with before, during and after my stay was complete. I will definitely recommend to friends and family -- and will definitely return in the summer! Thanks again!

The beach cottage was a perfect spot for our weekend getaway. The location was fantastic, blocks away from the beach and boardwalk, and the cottage itself was clean / homely. Would definitely stay here again next time our family takes a trip to Santa Cruz.

Sarah’s house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures! Super communicative with our every need. Tons of space and amenities! Loved the outdoor patio and the peek a boo ocean views! Sarah is an amazing host. Would absolutely stay here again! Love the fact that we were able to bring our dog! Thank you again for the amazing stay and making my family feel so welcomed!

This beautiful home was the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend with friends. We loved having access to the State Park parking pass, which made it easy to explore the beach and enjoy the scenic surroundings. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and stress-free vacation. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Troy’s place. The peace and quiet from the privacy offered was perfect for us and our newborn. The distance from the street and other houses made the home super quiet for those mid day naps. Great house manual and local recommendations made it a perfect home base. We loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beach. House was perfectly situated no more than 15 minutes from the major local attractions. Extremely comfortable bed and open tall ceilings with beautiful morning light made leaving in the mornings tough. But the private backyard was a great place to come back to in the evenings. Would definitely stay again.

Best beach vibe! The location is amazing, great walkable neighborhood, lots to do. The house was fantastic, with so many thoughtful details. Joyce is a pro. She was super responsive and gave us great recommendations that made the stay perfect. My young kids (Age 9 and 6) loved the place - especially the downstairs living room and hot tub. Will stay here again!

Your kitchen not only had everything I needed and more, it was also so well organized. We were so comfortable, had plenty of space and appreciated all the special touches that make your home such an outstanding one. We enjoyed the fire pit, being able to sit around your kitchen island, the clean and beautiful bathrooms and great hot tub. Thank you again, what a treat! We hope to be back!

Greg the host was incredible. We were attending a conference at the Courtyard hotel which was literally a two minute walk away. The place was cozy and the garage was very nice to have. We will definitely be staying here again. This place was perfect in every way.

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

We stay at Seascape a couple of times a year, we love the location: beautiful beach walks, pools and hot tubs, walk to the market, and then just a quick drive to Capitola, downtown Santa Cruz, or even the boardwalk. This particular rental was lovely and very homey. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is well appointed, there are two nice balconies- one with a great table that is perfect for cocktails or coffee. There are two pullout couches, which made the living room so fun to watch movies with the teenagers. More than anything, we appreciated the very accommodating host, who was kind enough to let us check in early so that we could leave our bags while we went shopping downtown. It was really a lovely stay. I recommend both Seascape, and this particular rental, very highly.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marc’s lovely beach rental. Everything was as described, Marc sent clear messages regarding check in and necessities provided. Location was central to a lot of the day trips we had planned, (Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel/Point Lobos, and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk), but still off the beaten path offering a restful private retreat. My daughter enjoyed riding her bike around the pond path. Marc offered a very nice assortment of beach gear and toys. The beds were better than most, and I appreciated the queen/twin combo room instead of a typical twin/twin offering in the second bedroom. I really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, sharp knives and pantry basics. In the future I would pack a few pans since the non stick cookware was pretty beat. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.

Janice is the absolute most friendly, considerate and responsive host we have ever experienced. The place is beyond heaven- views of the pool and hot tub as well as ocean views out almost every window. The place is well stocked for cooking great meals and being able to really feel at home. Seascape is perfection- fire pit at night, peaceful and quiet property, absolutely amazing amenities and scenery from a dream. The walking path along the ocean is fabulous- 10 minutes to Seascape Beach and 10 minutes the other direction to a park and playground overlooking the ocean. There are benches everywhere for you to just have a rest and take it all in. The grounds and her home are both incredibly clean and well cared for. We will certainly be staying again soon!

Loved this place! Right by Capitola wharf so it was super easy to walk downtown for dinner and shopping. The apartment was bigger than I expected, super clean, and had everything we needed. Jennifer was very helpful and got back to us right away when we had questions. Definitely staying here again next time we visit!

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Beautiful little place, with picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean and natural landscaping. Clean, comfortable and easy access. Lots of security that patrolled day and night, which is nice. Fine dining restaurant is within walking distance.
