Katerina est une hôte très accueillante et l'écoute ! Malgré la barrière de la langue, elle a pris le temps de nous accueillir et de nous donner des recommandations pour visiter au mieux le secteur. Logement bien équipé avec une superbe terrasse avec vue sur la mer et sur taormina... Juste magnifique ! Grand merci à Katerina!

Die Unterkunft war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr gepflegt.Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Eine kostenlose Garage stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Lage, wirklich direkt am Meer, war super. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral um sowohl den Bus als auch den Bahnhof zu erreichen. Wir haben unser Auto garnicht gebraucht. Restaurants und Supermärkte waren Fußläufig erreichbar. Mehr geht nicht. Wir können diese Adresse auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Einfach schön dort.

Eine einfache aber wunderschöne Villa mit viel Platz, mehreren Terassen und einem wunderschönen und unverbautem Blick auf das Meer. Von dort kann man zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Auto die Gegend erkunden und man kann jeden Tag etwas neues entdecken. Sei es das Castello, den Capo Milazzo oder das alte und neue Zentrum der Stadt. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, aber auch das hat seinen Charme. Ja, es gibt keine richtigen Duschen oder eine Klimaanlage, aber das wurde durch die Aussicht, den großzügigen Garten und vieles mehr wieder wettgemacht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch Alessandra und ihre Familie. Superfreundlich, hilfsbereit und reagieren total nett und zeitnah auf Anfragen. Vielen Dank für 2 tolle Wochen auf Sizilien.

If this is available you should book! The view from the terrace with your morning cafe or evening meal is ideal. We stayed 3 nights in this hidden gem. The beds comfortable and overall well stocked for your family’s needs. Roberto will come to check on you and ensure you are well. He had good recommendations. While ideal for having a car if you want to visit the restaurants nearby, we managed by foot. Bit of a walk to the center for a meal, but overall it can be done. Many of the restaurants across from the marina on the opposite by the sea were closed, but those in the marina still served. There is a market nearby and another in the center of the marina. There are many boats to be booked. Overall, in October, was a bit on the quite side which we appreciated. One flight of stairs and a view to be remembered!

I only spent one night at Paolas place, but can’t wait to return for an extended stay. Beautiful location on the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance. Condo is huge, can easily accommodate a family of 5-6. I had been traveling around Italy for 2 weeks when I arrived at Paolas place. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit to catch up on laundry. Stop looking any further and book this place.

We enjoyed stay very very much. Francesco and his family was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was nice and clean and close to the beach. Ideal for family with small child. We especially enjoyed jacuzzi on New Years Eve :).

l'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione dell'annuncio. gli spazi sono ideali per una famiglia di 4 persone. ottima pulizia, parcheggio comodo e contesto molto piacevole in quanto l'area è chiusa e non accessibile da estranei. ambiente familiare e di quartiere. splendida l'ampia veranda, ben organizzata e comodissima alla cucina. Giovanni è stato un host molto cordiale e disponibile. la comunicazione è stata puntuale e precisa. unico neo il box doccia, un pò piccolo ma obiettivamente per come è organizzato il bagno non si può fare diversamente.

Our stay in Sicily was truly unforgettable! The house had a beautiful character, filled with charming details that made it feel like a home. The garden was a stunning oasis, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm Sicilian evenings. Our host, Carlo, was exceptional—always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. The highlight of our trip was the incredible five-course Sicilian dinner Carlo organized for us, showcasing the region's delicious cuisine. Each dish was a delight! The location itself is a must-visit, with breathtaking views and rich culture all around. We felt immersed in the beauty and warmth of Sicily. Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone looking to experience the best of the island!

Gianni und seine Frau waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar und authentisch eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Das Bad war sauber und das Bett im Schlafzimmer sehr bequem. Der Ort und die Straße waren Ende September wunderbar ruhig und man konnte sehr gut entspannen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Startpunkt um die Ostküste Siziliens zu entdecken. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Vi havde som en familie på 5 med 2 voksne drenge og en svigerdatter et fantastisk ophold fra den 12 - 19 oktober 2024. Lejligheden levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger og det fungerede rigtig godt med de separate værelser. Vi var dog noget overrasket over manglende sol på terrassen der gjorde at det til tider var lidt koldt. Men det var også sidst på sæsonen. Vi brugte poolområdet og den private strand indtil solen var væk kl. 14:00. Marco var en fantastisk vært der modtog os og sørgede for at sætte os godt ind i boligen og omgivelserne.

Appartamento pulitissimo e rinnovato. Terrazzino da sogno. Ubicazione fantastica: permette di accedere alla città e alla spiaggia a piedi. Padrone di casa davvero molto gentili.

Iole's place was very wonderful, we enjoyed the swimming pools and balcony. Also it's on good location to get to the old town (if you are into some hiking tjen it's possible even on foot).

The appartement was more than expected! The photos are already beautiful but in reality it is even better, we were stunned About the balcony and the rooftop with amazing vieuw! Every morning we had breakfast with sunrise. The night of Arrival we were very late, Giovanni made sure we had Some food and drinks. Very good host! Taormina is beautiful and has so many choiches in restaurants, bars and amazing stores. With just a few minutes of Walking you will be at the cable car wich lead to the beautiful beach isola bella. The appartement is very clean, great bathrooms and nice beds. Whe had an amazing stay here, 5 stars from us ✨

We hebben een geweldige week gehad. De accommodatie is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor excursies naar de Etna of de Alcantara kloof. De woning is mooi en super goed uitgerust, echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het zwembad is ondanks dat je een badmuts nodig hebt perfect. Het plaatsje zelf is niet bijzonder. Het is net alsof je een tijdreis maakt 70 jaar terug in de tijd. Er staat veel leeg en is vervallen. We zijn hier enkel naar de Pizzaria (Orso) geweest, die heeft geweldige pizza’s. Gelukkig is in o.a. Taormina genoeg te doen dus het is geen gemis.

La casa di Salvo è carina e perfetta per un viaggio di coppia o una piccola famiglia, grazie alla camera da letto e al divano letto nella sala da pranzo. Il terrazzo attrezzato con cucina è sicuramente un plus, anche se purtroppo non abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo a causa del meteo poco favorevole. Torneremo sicuramente in un’altra occasione, perché Letojanni nei mesi più caldi ha davvero tanto da offrire. Gli unici consigli che ci sentiamo di dare sono di regolare lo scaldabagno/caldaia per avere l’acqua un po’ più calda e sostituire i punti luce con qualcosa di più potente, così da avere un’illuminazione migliore. Nel complesso, l’appartamento è perfetto per una vacanza a Letojanni. Il vero plus è stata la mamma di Salvo, che è passata a salutarci portandoci dei dolci buonissimi!😋

Pasamos una estadía perfecta! La casa está súper equipada y limpia. Tener la playa tan cerca y contar con reposeras y sombrillas fue inmejorable. Marcelo, el encargado, fue un gran anfitrión. Queda a 1km aprox del centro, una distancia caminable. Y de ahí hay buses que demoran a Taormina 10 minutos, en caso que busques un poco más de actividad y gente. Sin lugar a dudas volveríamos, gracias por todo! :)

I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone passing through the area. A perfect stay.

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

Het was weer een heerlijke vakantie op een mooi plekje, direct aan het strand en een heerlijk restaurant in de buurt . Het is zeer de moeite waard om hier naartoe te gaan en zeker als je van het strand houdt.

Perfect place right on the beach. Perfect for a summer stay in august. Casual living, with plenty to do in august in Oliveri. Location was close to the attractions, everything walkable. A perfect spot to relax. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds comfortable. Claudio provided beach umbrellas and chairs which was great. Laundry facilities worked well. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Communication was great and hosts responsive. Thanks Claudio & Anna.

C’était une très belle expérience au sein de ce logement. Les terrasses offrent une vue magnifique. Ce logement convient tout à fait pour les familles nombreuses, c’est très spacieux et bien équipé. L’hôte nous a accueilli et s’est montré très chaleureuse. Dès que nous avions la moindre question lors du séjour, elle nous répondait en moins de deux minutes par téléphone et nous a donné de bonnes recommandations. Le seul point à améliorer est la propreté dans la salle de bain. En effet, il y a des traces de moisissures sur les bords de la douche et c’est vraiment la seule chose qui est à améliorer dans ce logement. Sinon je recommande :)
