Es war wunderschön, die Kommunikation mit Silvio war super. Bei Fragen und Problemen war er stets schnell zur Stelle und hat uns weitergeholfen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft in einer super Lage direkt am Meer. Traumhaft! Quirico hat sehr schnell und nett geantwortet. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen, gerne wieder!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Fortuna. It’s Right in the old city of Pizzo and close to the piazza and the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped and we didn’t miss anything! Paola was a perfect host and very welcoming and forthcoming!

Wir sind eine fünfköpfige Familie und waren im Oktober für 6 Tage in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus. Die Zeit dort war perfekt für uns und ich empfehle diese Unterkunft gerne weiter. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Wlan gibts nicht und vermissten wir auch nicht. Der Strand ist über die private Treppe in 2 min erreichbar und ist extrem schön. Marcella ist eine brillante Gastgeberin. Alles lief absolut einwandfrei. Wir kommen hoffentlich bald wieder!

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! An unforgettable stay and would definitely go back! Thank you for sharing your lovely place Salvatore.

Our family of 4, including our son and daughter of 20 and 23 years, stayed at Villagio Alemia for more than 1 week. The place is very beautiful, clean, well equipped and with a nice atmosphere. We asked for a few extra items for the kitchen which were rapidly provided. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful and very well kept. The beach is very nice, not too busy and within walking distance. The place offers sport activities, activities for children and entertainment in the evening for children and adults. We had a wonderful and relaxing time!

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

Francesco è un host fantastico. Presente e premuroso. La villa semplicemente un incanto. Pulizia, posizione, arredamento... tutto eccezionale! Il panorama poi è l'elemento distintivo con vista meravigliosa sui calanchi e lo jonio che mattina e sera ti aspetta solo per essere ammirato nel silenzio e nella pace che questo posto sa trasmettere fino in fondo. La piscina bellissima, panoramica immersa in un giardino curato in ogni particolare è un plus comodo per chi ha bambini anche se il mare calabrese è di per sé una piscina naturale ed è impossibile resistere alle sue spiagge selvagge bagnate da un mare impareggiabile. Grazie Francesco. Sarà un piacere essere nuovamente tuoi ospiti.

Ottima zona, qualche chilometro a nord di Pizzo calabro a 500 metri da un'ampia spiaggia che si raggiunge a piedi attraversando una pineta profumata. Appartamento ampio e arredato di tutto punto. Il residence dove si trova, ha due piscine, una con scivolo ad acqua, campi da tennis e calcetto. Ottima l'accoglienza dei proprietari, gentili e disponibili. Consigliato a tutti.

Prima esperienza con AirB&B e non potevo iniziare meglio. La struttura pulitissima è molto ordinata ha il punto forte nel comodissimo giardino e piscina che rendono il soggiorno molto rilassante. Perfetta anche perché avevo un cane di taglia medio-grande. I proprietari simpatici e disponibili hanno saputo rispondere sempre alle mie esigenze. L’ ubicazione è strategica, anche se si ha bisogno della macchia, il centro o le attività commerciali sono vicine. La zona è tranquilla. Io la consiglio vivamente

La VERA vita lenta! Se cercate relax, quiete e benessere qui lo troverete: posti bellissimi, bucolici, il silenzio, il mare (lo Ionio si conferma il più bello e sottovalutato in Italia), km di spiagge libere quasi deserte ad agosto, cibo buono (tanti ristoranti/agriturismi in zona a prezzi onestissimi) e ottimi vini. La villa è perfetta sia per gruppi di amici che per famiglie! Salvatore è un grande host, chiedete a lui cosa volete dalla vostra vacanza e vi saprà indicare le esperienze migliori. Tornerò!

Sebbene avessimo effettuato la prenotazione solo la sera prima Jenny è stata pressoché immediata nel risponderci e a fornirci tutte le indicazioni necessarie per accedere alla struttura anche in autonomia. L'appartamento ha tutto (e di più) di ciò che è necessario per una vacanza rilassante; è posto al piano terra ed è possibile parcheggiare l'auto realmente a 10mt dalla porta d'ingresso per cui il quotidiano carico/scarico ad esempio di tutto il necessario per andare al mare è stato comodossimo (sempre se non si voglia andare a piedi nella bellissima spiaggia di fronte a 200mt!). Noi abbiamo usato la cucina solo un paio di volte preferendo sperimentare i gusti locali, ma assieme al frigorifero "vero", sono tutti complementi che si nota scelti anche per il proprio uso per cui di qualità! Il soggiorno presso la struttura di Elisa è stato all’altezza delle aspettative. La casa è accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario: cucina super attrezzata e aria condizionata indispensabile con le temperature di quest’anno. Elisa è stata sempre disponibile, gentile e sempre attenta alle nostre esigenze. Esperienza da ripetere.

Cudowne miejsce! Do naszej dyspozycji był cały dom i ogromny gaj oliwny otaczający nieruchomość (8 hektarów!). Miejsce niezwykle ciche. Słychać jedynie cykady :) Andrea (gospodarz) był niezwykle responsywny, odpowiadał na wszelkie wątpliwości i pytania, niezwykle uprzejmy i na wysokim poziomie kultury osobistej. A sam dom jest bardzo przytulny. Piękne kuchnia z kaflowym wykończeniem, przytulny salon z kanapami i TV, oraz dwie sypialnie i łazienka. Bardzo polecam zarówno miejsce jak i gospodarzy. Przemili ludzie!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und blieben einen Monat lang in Francescos Airbnb. Es eignet sich sehr gut für längere Aufenthalte. Die Wohnung ist angenehm hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir wollten weg von dem grauen Winter in Deutschland und hatten in San Sostene Marina im März wunderschönes Frühlingswetter. Die Landschaft und Pflanzenwelt ist beeindruckend! Und in nur fünf Minuten ist man mit dem Auto bei einem großen, kostenlosen Parkplatz am Strand. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

‌Aurelio è un host eccezionale: fin dalla prenotazione si è dimostrato disponibile e cordiale, offrendoci suggerimenti e consigli su come vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza in Calabria. La casa è molto grande, gode di un bel panorama sulla vallata sottostante, ha un ampio giardino con pergola e zona barbecue. Le stanze sono grandi e ben arieggiate. All'interno è possibile trovare tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno (attrezzi da cucina, lavatrice, phon, asciugamani etc.). È possibile usufruire di due bagni con doccia + una doccia esterna. La pace e la tranquillità regnano ed al contempo è possibile rilassarsi in giardino o raggiungere in poco tempo i paesini o alcune delle spiagge più belle. È un buon punto di appoggio per trascorrere le vacanze al mare, ma senza rinunciare al fresco della montagna.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Tagsüber konnte ich zum Strand laufen (20Minuten zu Fuß) oder zum Supermarkt (15Minuten). Pasquale hat mich sogar auch mit dem Auto nach Gerzzeria Lido mitgenommen und mir angeboten ein Fahrrad zu mieten. Wir hatten nette Gespräche und ich konnte ihn immer Fragen wenn ich Tipps für die Umgebung brauchte oder Fragen zur Unterkunft hatte. Ich habe mich insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden was ich gebraucht habe. Ich komme gerne wieder wenn ich nochmal in die Gegend reise.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'ambiente è piccolo ma ben organizzato, si vede che è stato ristrutturato da poco. La zona è molto tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile.

Grazie Maria e Antonio per l’ospitalità, i preziosi consigli, la perfetta, spaziosa e pulita villetta, la vostra simpatia e trasparenza, la bottiglia di vino e i dolci che ci avete fatto trovare: ci siamo sentiti a casa! Grazie anche per averci aiutato quando, appena arrivati, la batteria dell’auto ci ha abbandonati! Bellissime spiagge a pochi km, tanta pace e il paese di Botricello è ben fornito di tutto. Speriamo di ritornare presto!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Henry verbracht. Die Wohnung haben wir äußerst sauber vorgefunden und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles was man tun täglich leben benötigt, war zur Verfügung gestellt. das Highlight war natürlich Curmo Beach. Dies ist einer der schönsten Strände, an denen wir je waren. Einziger Hinweis an Menschen mit eingeschränkter Fitness. Die Stufen die zum Strand führen und vor allem wieder den Berg hoch, sind nicht zu unterschätzen.
