L’alloggio era esattamente come descritto, pulito, ampio, con cucina super attrezzata, posizionato in una zona tranquilla, con una splendida vista sulla baia di Procchio. Spazi sia interni che esterni adatta ad una famiglia con bimbi piccoli come la nostra. Situato in un punto strategico e ottimo punto di partenza per raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle dell’Isola d’Elba. Elisa, la padrona di casa, gentile e disponibile!

La maison est bien située ,au calme avec une belle vue sur la mer.Un plaisir de voir le soleil se lever. Plage accessible à pied avec bar et restaurants. Bon emplacement pour visiter l’île . Un grand merci à Paola et à l’accueil de Antonio

Wir hatten sehr schöne Sommertage in dem charmanten Haus. Besonders gut hat uns der Retro-Charme der Einrichtung sowie der fussläufige Zugang zu drei Stränden gefallen. Antonia hat sich um unsere Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great big house with plenty of room in a secluded location. As advertised it is really close to the beach, less than a minute walk. There is comfortable outdoor seating and a great bbq area. Some rooms in the house were a little bit damp but no big issue. The hosting company was very good to deal with and we had a wonderful stay on Elba.

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

L'immobile corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione e alle foto. L'host è sempre stato pronto nelle risposte e puntuale, oltre che accurato e disponibile. La casa è molto bella e accogliente.

Wunderschöne Villa in der Bucht von Baratti! Die Villa ist perfekt gelegen mit viel Natur und Umschwung. Von jedem Ort Meersicht. Sehr gerne wieder !

Villa Ottagonale fa parte di un progetto di inizio degli anni 60 che avrebbe dovuto portare alla realizzazione di una decina di ville commissionate al famoso architetto Gio Ponti. In realtà ne furono realizzate solo due: la Villa Ottagonale e l'adiacente Villa Allungata. Passare una settimana in ambienti che emanavano il fascino di un grande dell'architettura italiana ha contribuito molto alla piacevolezza della nostra vacanza. Gli ambienti della villa sono peraltro molto ampi e confortevoli con la sola eccezione dei bagni che risentono della costruzione anni 60: funzionanti e puliti, ma con docce spartane e rubinetterie separate senza i miscelatori ai quali siamo ormai abituati tutti (si potrebbe forse migliorare la qualità delle aggiunte - tipo box e pareti mobili - con materiali di migliore fattura e qualità che rispettino lo stile di eccellenza progettuale della casa). Gli esterni sono di grandissimo livello per superficie, attrezzatura e confort con piscina TOP e ampi tavoli.

Die Villa Bacci ist wunderschön gelegen! Das Haus ist gross und gut bestückt/aufgeteilt (mehrere Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer & oben eine kleine Lounge, Küchengeräte, wertige Tische & Stühle für drinnen/draussen etc.) Sie ist liebevoll und stilgerecht restauriert und mit antiken Fundstücken aus dem Familienbesitz dekoriert. Der Pool hat vor allem die Kinder begeistert. Dieser ist vorbildlich mit einem kindersicheren Schliessmechanismus gesichert. Wir haben tolle Abende draussen am langen Holztisch (mit Beleuchtung!) auf dem Kiesplatz verbracht, die Stimmung genossen, gegrillt und gegessen und die Kinder haben gespielt. Der Ort ist unglaublich ruhig und man hört und sieht viele Tiere wie Fasane, Fledermäuse etc. Alfredo war immer freundlich, verständnisvoll und super erreichbar, hat uns Tipps gegeben für die Regentage und auch Giovanni (Check in/out) ist ein ganz feiner Mensch! Wir waren mit einer Grossfamilie (Grosseltern, Kinder & Enkel) für eine Woche auf dem Anwesen. Wir kommen wieder!

Cesare’s place is cosy and very nice. Cesare was very helpful, even when we had a tire puncture right before departure and risked missing the ferry and the plane! Thank you, Cesare and Manuela

Marta et son mari sont de véritables amours. Nous avons eu une panne de voiture et notre véhicule est resté immobilisé sur l'île. Ils nous ont conduit faire des courses, nous ont ramené au bateau. Ils ont été d'une aide précieuse avec le garagiste. Très arrangeant. Concernant le logement il est tel que la description a été faite. Il est agréable, bien équipé. La vue est splendide. L'accès à la piscine d'eau douce, de mer et à la mer sont très faciles. Un grand merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons.

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il nostro soggiorno nell'alloggio di Veronica. La posizione è per noi eccezionale: Porto Azzurro è ben raggiungibile a piedi e la casa è un punto di partenza ideale per escursioni nei monti circostanti. L'alloggio in sé è spazioso e confortevole, con una bellissima e amplia terrazza con zona grill. La cucina è ottimamente attrezzata. Veronica è stata molto gentile e disponibile, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Possiamo consigliare vivamente questo alloggio e saremo felici di tornare.

Dieses grosszügige und stilvolle Haus hat eine unvorstellbar schöne Lage. 3 Schlafzimmer oben, eins mit eigenem und zwei mit geteiltem WC/Bad, teils mit Balkon. 1 Zimmer unten mit eigenem WC/Bad und ein weiteres Zimmer mit 2 Betten mit Zugang aus der Küche. Dieses Zimmer haben wir nur als Vorratsraum benutzt - die Küche ist nich besonders gross, insb. die Arbeitsflächen sind sehr klein. Es hat aber alles, was man braucht. Grosse Aufenthaltsräume, mit Möglichkeit den Kamin einzufeuern. Gut funktionierender Gasgrill mit Eisenplatte aussen, zwei gedeckte Sitzplätze, zwei Sonnendecks, eher kleiner Pool mit herrlicher Aussicht, Waschraum und grosser Vorplatz. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich - ich weiss nicht, ob unser Sprinter ohne 4x4 den steilen Feldweg gemeistert hätte. In Magazzini gibt es eine extrem gute Tauchschule (Unica Diving) und ein gutes Restaurant. Einkauf 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, 15 Minuten bis Portoferraio. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Sergio kommt sofort!

Das Schmuckstück - in real sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos- ist eine Wohlfühloase, die von Chris mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und durch die gute Seele vot Ort, Marco, sehr sorgfältig unterhalten wird. Die Kommunikation und die Gästebetreuung war perfekt.
