Our guests really enjoyed the very clean brand new house, they commented on how wonderful the water pressure was, the showers were terrific!!! A special thank you to Al Mickler. He went beyond expectations taking care of our guests. Thank you, thank you!!!! Also we want to thank the new owners of "Buncombe Creek Marina" who have greatly improved and expanded the Marina who I know have great plans for it, for years to come. Their investment is greatly appreciated, The community has never looked so good!!! Again....thank you.

Location! Service! Clean! Snacks left out! 1st time having access to a garden of fresh vegetables to pick! Natalia checked in making sure I was good the whole stay! Actually had soap and more towels dropped off. Accomodating at its finest. This is one of my favorite listings ever!! Im coming back soon lol.

Great place to stay super convenient location!

The location was perfect for getting to the Brighton Abbey wedding venue. It was very comfortable. Only problem was on Saturday night when the piccolo casa was occupied. We got home at 10 and the group in the other casa were very loud late into the night and early AM. Need a sound machine to drown out noises next door.

This house was amazing for our girl’s weekend! There were plenty of bed, the place was well stocked with everything we needed and it’s a short drive to Denison or Sherman for things to do. We’d like to go back when it’s a little warmer and we can enjoy the outdoor amenities more.

Spent one night here for a fishing trip. Very close to the water/boat ramp, friendly bait shop a few steps away. The kitchen appliances were very nice and easy to use.

This place really surprised me, set up high on a cliff overlooking the lake, the hosts are really laid back and so sweet, they make you feel very welcome and right at home, breath taking views!!! The home is extremely comfortable, we loved everything about this place and can’t wait to book more stays!!! 5 stars all the way!

We booked this location because it was close by and perfect for our holiday overflow guests. The report from our guest was it was very clean and the property was very peaceful. Just as described, we hope it’s available the next time we need extra space for our guests.
