cosa dire, dire che siamo stati bene è poco. post a dir poco meraviglioso in mezz alla natura tra galline e asinelli, spettacolare. la stanza è molto carina curata nei minimi dettagli a parer mio. la piscina non ha prole per descriverla assolutamente bellissima, filo con il paesaggio e quando il sole tramonta la vista è fiabesca. e infine devo lasciare delle parole per i proprietari Luca, Anna e Michele...che dire di loro ti fanno sentire a casa in ogni senso, siamo stati a pranzo li e sembrava che ci fosse mia mamma a cucinare ma poi il livello di amicizia...che dire, di post del genere ce ne sono veramente pochi nel mondo e soprattutto d persone speciali e socievoli come loro ancora meno e siamo stati veramente contenti di essere venuti a conoscenza di quest posto. SIETE MERAVIGLIOSI! Tornerò senza ombra di dubbio

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

il nostro soggiorno nell'alloggio di Giorgia è stato stupendo si trova in un area molto bella e tranquilla, le indicazioni dell'host ci hanno permesso di trovare facilmente l'appartamento. Abbiamo passato uno splendido e spenzierato finesettimana circondati dalla natura e dagli animali e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla splendida vista che si gode dall'appartamento. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

De villa was nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Paola is een geweldige host, nog nooit heb ik me zo thuis gevoeld. Paola is super behulpzaam, ze heeft ons zelfs meerdere malen naar de supermarkt gebracht. Ook hielp ze met het reserveren van restaurants en leuke hotspots in de buurt. Zwembad is prachtig en schoon. Supermooie buiten ruimte, prachtige kamers, fijne airco en mooie patio waar je in de ochtend en in de avond lekker in de schaduw van de parasol kan zitten. In de keuken is alles aanwezig: keukengerei, vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat en meer. Fijne douches en fijne bedden. Castelnuovo di Porto is een rustig dorpje, een auto is wel aan te raden. Zelf gingen we met de bus vanaf het dorp (4 minuten lopen) naar Saxa Ruba en vanaf daar met de trein naar Rome, super goed te doen! Al met al willen we Paola bedanken, we hebben nog nooit zo’n vriendelijke host meegemaakt. Zij, haar man, de prachtige villa en hun lieve paard hebben de vakantie onvergetelijk gemaakt!

vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang und die schöne Zeit, es war wunderbar bei euch! ich habe mich sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. die Unterkunft liegt ganz toll, mitten in den Bergen, mit einem unfassbar tollen Ausblick über das Tal. es ist ein fast magischer Ort. die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich auch ihre Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und hat mir immer bei allem geholfen. die Gastgeberin hat sogar an einem Tag ein Stück selbstgebackenen Kuchen an den Pool gebracht. das war ganz toll. die Wohnung ist super, sehr sauber, geräumig, und die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. man kann sich an diesem wunderbaren Ort nur wohlfühlen.

We spent a week at Villa Letizia with great pleasure. The villa is charming and well equipped and full of local character, set in a magical and peaceful landscape. Everything you need is within a short distance. Letizia is charming and always available. We are grateful for the wonderful vacation and happily recommending it.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni nella villetta di Fabio. Giardino splendido per nostra figlia di 2 anni e la nostra cagnolona, tutto recintato e sicuro. La casa è vicinissima a tante altre ville, ma non è assolutamente mancata la privacy. La ferrovia è di fronte, passano molti treni ma la villa gode di infissi spettacolari che attutiscono i forti rumori. A 5 minuti a piedi ci sono i servizi e il mare poco più distante, per raggiungere Santa Marinella e le spiagge occorre la macchina. La casa dentro è piccola ma c'è tutto quello di cui uno ha bisogno, ordinato e semplice. Fabio è stato un host disponibile e gentile in tutte le nostre richieste e necessità. Grazie mille speriamo di ritornare presto.

Siamo stati pochi giorni da Cecilia, ma ci sono bastati per rigenerarci... il famoso contatto con la natura mancava da tanto tempo, le piante profumate, la parte esterna con vite americana ci salvava dalle temperature altissime di questi giorni di luglio e tanto ha fatto il casolare nel tufo, sempre fresco all'interno... l'ospitalità è stata completa anche dagli abitanti del piccolo borgo di San Valentino, grazie e spero di poterci tornare un giorno

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Matteo! Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, er und Andrada haben sich fürsorglich um alles gekümmert und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht. Das Außengeländer ist größer als erwartet und hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht! Es ist einfach wunderschön und abgesehen von den Nachbarhunden, auch sehr ruhig. 😊 Die Lage ist toll, man gelangt einfach nach Rom (Zug/Auto), aber auch in der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken, dass wir in einer Woche kaum fertig damit geworden sind. Die Natur ist traumhaft und Sutri ist jeden Besuch wert. In Sutri gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeit und eine tolle Pizzaria. Beide sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, von uns gibt es daher eine klare Empfehlung! Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch 😊

Elisabetta's clifftop home in Orvieto is nothing short of magical! The views are absolutely spectacular—easily the best in Orvieto—and waking up to them felt like a dream come true. The sense of history here is incredible, with the ancient church next door and the lodge itself radiating charm and character. It truly felt like stepping back in time. The kitchen had all the basics we needed to whip up simple meals, though we also enjoyed some fantastic restaurants nearby. Elisabetta’s kindness in allowing a late check-out was much appreciated and added to the relaxed and welcoming vibe of our stay. This home is a real dream location and undoubtedly one of our favorite stops on our 3-week tour of Italy. Highly, highly recommend it—we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This lovely apartment worked well for our two-night stay in Orvieto -- very walkable to the Duomo and other sites. It felt spacious and comfortable for the two of us, and was well-stocked with everything we needed—including kitchen supplies for cooking. The balcony had stunning views of charming streets and the valley beyond. We appreciated the host’s restaurant recommendations and the free parking. Be aware that the parking is a bit of a walk to get to, but we senior citizens were easily able to carry our bags to and from without issue.

My stay at Giacomo’s place was absolutely fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Giacomo was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with helpful recommendations for the local area. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend Giacomo’s place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

Posto fantastico a due passi da Roma .. tranquillità e relax abbiamo fatto cena con brace esterna enorme !! Appartamento appena ristrutturato bagni fantastici cucina rifornitissima..Lavinia molto reattiva per spiegazioni e consigli !! Abbiamo giocato a pallavolo e a calcio su campo in erba che pare wembley!!!! Toppp ! I bambini sono stati felicissimi con mille Cose da fare . Il signor Silvio (il guardiano ) è molto premuroso e pronto in ogni occasione per consigli ed aiuti ( ci ha aiutato ad accendere la brace esterna e ci ha portato le uova appena covate dalle galline !!! ). Ci torneremo sicuramente !! Grazie

Il casale di Debora è bellissimo, ha una vista splendida, nei giorni più limpidi si possono vedere dai Monti Sibillini al Gran Sasso e tutta la Val d' Orcia. L' interno è molto accogliente e Debora da attenta ospite lo ha dotato di tutto ciò che può servire alle persone che accoglie, ci si sente veramente accolti e coccolati. È stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Noi eravamo in compagnia di amici e dei nostri rispettivi cani. Per loro è stata un' esperienza stupenda, hanno avuto a disposizione oltre ad una casa che li ha accettati tranquillamente, anche uno splendido terreno recintato e fuori di esso, una spazio a perdita d' occhio per correre liberi e felici. La mattina pur essendo dicembre, ci siamo sempre goduti un' alba bellissima. La posizione in cui si trova, ci ha consentito di visitare agevolmente molti paesini e città e infine ci siamo rilassati anche alle terme che distano pochissimo dal casale. Esperienza meravigliosa per gli amanti della tranquillità e della natura! Tantissimi luoghi naturalistici da visitare nelle vicinanze, alloggio grazioso, pulito, dotato di tutti i confort e a pochi minuti in macchina dal centro abitato e dai principali servizi. Abbiamo adorato il giardino e lo spazio verde circostante, anche il nostro cagnolone Hati ha apprezzato! Lorenza è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile! Torneremo sicuramente🍀

Un angolo di pace in mezzo al verde, relax e riposo totale in una casa confortevole con tutto il necessario. Irene è un host super disponibile e gentilissima, ci siamo sentite come a casa. Consigliatissimo per staccare e godersi la natura e il silenzio.

we had such a nice stay at this wonderful place. so much space, in the house, the garden and the pool. someone came early in the mornings and took care of the pool and the trash. we loved the kitchen the most, perfect for cooking together. filippo was a nice host and very friendly. we only had some noise around midday, maybe some field/ construction work. but all in all we had a magical time. thank you so much for this :)
