The house was fantastic! So peaceful and tranquil… the house was stocked with trowels and kitchen accoutrements and condiments . Her suggestions of golf cart service and grocery delivery were spot on with the nicest, friendliest people ever. The peaceful atmosphere was so welcoming and wonderful. Can’t imagine a more beautiful vacation spot. Hurricane Debby ousted us early but and act of God can’t be helped!!! I’d go back tomorrow!!!!! Thank you Amber for letting us gather in your home!!!! Love love love

Aaron and Teresa's place far exceeded expectations. Never needed a thing. Everything was supplied and work. They truly have an excellent place! Highly recommend!!!

House’s location is perfect. The house needs some updates but very functional. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, bed sheets and games. Paul was awesome answering all our questions. We really enjoyed the Island lifestyle. Exploring on the golf cart, having ice cream at the Shop. My family had a blast at the beach and watching the amazing sunsets!!!! Definitely coming back!!!

What a beautiful home! Loved the proximity to the beach! House was comfortable & I really enjoyed the screened in porch! It was a lovely stay & I highly recommend this property!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Joe und Stephanie. Das Haus war sehr sauber, auf der großen Terrasse, sowie am Pool lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen. Alle Austattungsmerkmale waren wie beschrieben vorhanden. Der Strand im Süden ist in weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Einweisung zum Bootfahren mit Joe hat ebenfalls super funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Andy’s house was very comfortable, clean and had a beach feel. The pool is awesome ! We fed the turtles every day from the sand beach he created in the back yard. Very private pool and back yard. Fire pit is very cozy! Hope to go back.

We really enjoyed staying here! It was a beautiful place, with lots of room and accommodated my family very well! We loved how close we were to the beach, and also didn’t mind the walk into the beach town. Grocery store is close, there’s a nice fridge and appliances. Over all great AIRBNB

Maria was the perfect hostess and her home was beautiful with many thoughtful touches. She had bottled water for us, K-cups, snacks, wine - all so thoughtful since only able to stay a night this time, and it would have been hard for us to stop and stock up on things. She even had non-dairy creamer for us so we could enjoy our coffee. The beds and baths were great. We had coffee/breakfast out by the pool in the morning. She was so responsive. Cannot wait to stay there again. Wish every Airbnb host and property was like Maria's. Could not have been happier.

This is an incredible home that accommodates a large group of people on the island of Captiva. The amenities were very comfortable. We were able to make dinners together and then walk to the main street of Captiva to enjoy some local cuisine. We got married on this trip and this place was amazing to bring family together for this event.

Short walk to the beach and Times Square restaurants. The house was thoughtfully appointed and well-stocked with all the essentials including some beach gear and pool toys. We would stay here again!

The house was wonderful. Very clean, great pool, and great location. We have rented many places throughout the years and this property management company was by far the best to work with. Extremely responsive and very friendly! Jon was awesome! Even went out of his way to help my son find a baseball game on TV. Would absolutely rent from them again!

Paul was extremely helpful and responsive. House was as described, and worked perfectly for our short get away. Would rent the house again next time we are in the area!

The location was very close to many markets, stores, and beach. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, and of good quality. The garage was spacious and organized. Will visit again

This was the perfect place for a girls winter weekend (birthday) getaway. The pool in the back yard was amazing both as a visual feature but also for sunning and swimming. The pool house was uniquely decorated and a great space to escape to when someone needed to step out of the sun or take a phone call but still be close to the action. The cabana also had all of the necessary items to take for a day at the beach. We all loved the multiple sitting areas, including the front screened in porch for morning coffee and a spacious lanai that worked well for yoga as well as evening happy hour. The location can't be beat, close to two beaches (the hardest part was picking which one to visit each day), Mercato and many more restaurants and shopping options. It was a nice quiet street and we felt right at home. This couldn't have worked out better for our girls weekend away but would also highly recommend it for families wanting a place with a pool and close to the beach. It was truly perfect!

We had a fabulous time at this Air B&B! The house was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Ted was a wonderful host who set us up with clear instructions and was always responsive. The pool and spa are beautiful and the back patio furnishings made for a lovely and peaceful place to have a morning cup of coffee. Ted has stocked the house with everything that you will need for a day at the beach: beach bags, chairs, umbrellas, toys, and even the bikes to get you there. If you don’t want to ride a bike, there is a parking garage for easy access near the entrance to Vanderbilt beach. There is also a beach golf cart pick up service called “The Breeze” that operates on a similar model to Lyft or Uber. The beach is about a mile and a half from the house with easy sidewalk access, so walking is also still an option. This is a fantastic property which we will certainly book again the next time that we are in Naples!

Lori has put in the time to add the extras that make traveling to a vacation destination that much easier, especially with a family. We had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. Had all the necessities for a beach trip including umbrella, chairs and beach toys. Had bikes and games for playing at the house. All the littles things sure did add up to make a great impression and an enjoyable place for us to spend our vacation! She was very responsive when we reached out with a question too. Would definitely look to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! It was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The amenities were great, making our stay super comfortable. Deedree was incredibly thoughtful, making sure we had a box fan and a stainless steel pan for our stay, which we really appreciated. She was very communicative and easy to work with, always quick to respond and helpful with any questions. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place is amazing! We had a wonderful stay. House was very clean and had everything you would need! Beds were very comfortable as well as the seating in the living room. The pool was heated and was great for lounging in the sun. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Our family had an amazing time at Carrie and Jay’s place! Perfect size for our family (2 adults and 4 kids). The house is clean, comfortable, with an adorable beach theme and has everything you need and more. The pool was our favorite part, it was priceless for Florida in July. We rented a boat from Abe’s, which was conveniently right across the intercoastal at cape haze marina and were able to dock the boat at the private pier in back. Great fishing nearby in the little island channels and we saw lots of dolphins and manatees! We also rented a local golf cart, which made it easy to be at the beach within a couple minutes (would have been maybe 10 min walk to the nearest beach access, not bad). But it was great having the golf cart to explore the island and go get ice cream at Coconuts just about every day. Carrie was super helpful giving advice and recommendations for restaurants and visiting the other nearby islands. We loved every minute and hope to come back someday!

Tiffany’s place was the perfect location to relax and enjoy time together as a family. The house was the perfect size for a family of four, and the space is setup in a way that it makes spending time together easy. Tiffany was extremely helpful through the whole process, helping with grocery purchase, accommodating a slightly earlier check in because the boat was early and a late checkout. We would love to come back to Tiffany’s place in the future.

Lisette was a super host!!! We enjoyed our stay and felt like it was a home away from home.

Jayme's place was amazing! Great location very close to the beach, a beautifull backyard, and had everything you would need for a beach getaway! I would highly recommend this AirBNB to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay for my sister’s bachelorette party. Everything was perfect

What a perfect location. So quiet at night. The view down the canal for sunrise is amazing. We originally came for one night and needed to stay a second night last minute for work and Sarah was more than helpful and accomodating. We also had our doggies. The area has alot to offer, lots of great places to eat. However, Sarah's kitchen has all you need to cook. The short walk to the beach is true. Nice walk over, easy to cross and back. We have an old doggie and if it was too far we woild not have gone. You cannot miss a beautiful sunset staying here. House was clean and a perfect place to stay. We will absolutely stay again
