Muy buena anfitriona, nos ayudó mucho, la casa está muy bien equipada, y la casa está a 5 minutos en coche del metro. Mis dieces a Mercedes, si nos surge otra vez volver a Madrid, repetiremos ;)

La ubicación excepcional para visitar el centro de Madrid. Un apart muy funcional y con mucha luz natural . Muy fácil acceso y una anfitriona siempre pendiente de resolver cualquier necesidad que puedas tener. De 10!

Five stars for this place. It's in a genuine Madrid neighborhood with authentic local flavor. Easy walk to the URGEL metro station, and then it's pretty easy to figure out how to go anywhere. The place is cozy and comfortable and EXCELLENT lighting so you can READ BOOKS not phone stare. When the weather cooperates the outside secluded patio and small pool are divine. And the best part was the assistance of Kevin and Jubia, with excellent English, infinite local knowledge, and abundant enthusiasm. Go!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und glücklich in der Unterkunft. Alles ist sehr mühelos abgelaufen und wir haben sogar Tips von der Gastgeberin bekommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr nett und insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt :)

Maribel’s place was a short 2’ walk from my daughter’s apartment and the Metro. We were able to check in early which was amazing due to our flight schedule. The apartment was very clean l, had all supplies needed, the beds were comfy, and apartment had good instructions. The neighborhood is quiet which I loved, but close to everything by metro. We had a lovely time and would definitely return. Thank you so much!!!!

Turininga viešnagė Madride. Apartamentai miesto centre ir šalia metro stotelės. Patogi ir lengva logistika, be to pagrindinės lankytinos vietos pasiekiamos ir pėstute. Intensyvi gatvė pilna mielų barų, kavinių ir parduotuvėlių, labai patogu. Be to, visai šalia Flamenko tetras, nepraleidome progos apsilankyti, patiko. Apartamentus suradome labai lengvai, iš anksto gavome atvykimo instrukcijas, viskas labai lengva ir suprantama. Mielas ir greitas bendravimas su šeimininku. Ačiū.

Ubicación ideal,muy cerca del centro caminando. Parada de autobús a 3 minutos así como un supermercado y una farmacia. La zona además era ideal por su tranquilidad, genial para el descanso nocturno. El anfitrión fue muy cortés y atento, respondiendo rápido, explicaciones claras y flexibilidad para la hora de llegada.

Nati was a great host. She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

Nuestra estancia en el piso de Mercedes en Madrid fue una grata experiencia. Durante 13 noches, disfrutamos de un espacio acogedor y bien equipado que se convirtió en nuestro hogar lejos de casa. La ubicación del departamento fue clave para explorar Madrid. Está situado en un barrio seguro y tranquilo, con fácil acceso al centro de Madrid. Desde ahí, pudimos visitar múltiples lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad, como el Museo del Prado, la Puerta del Sol y el Retiro. También nos permitió hacer excursiones a poblaciones cercanas, como Aranjuez, Avila y Salamanca. El departamento está bien equipado y cumplió con nuestras necesidades. La calefacción fue un detalle importante, especialmente en marzo. La relación costo-beneficio fue correcta, considerando la tarifa pagada por 13 días. Pero lo que realmente hizo que nuestra estancia fuera especial fue la atención de Mercedes, anfitriona excelente. Su dedicación y amabilidad nos hicieron sentir como en casa. ¡Altamente recomendable!

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Madrid, für die Wohnung von Nuria der ideale Ausgangspunkt war. Super zentral - 1 Minute von der Gran Via entfernt - gelegen, alles war in der Wohnung wie angegeben. Wenn wir in der Wohnung waren, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und trotz der zentralen Lage war es nachts ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Der Kontakt mit Nuria war immer schnell und äußerst freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Super! Appartement très bien situé, près du métro, des emplacements vélos Bici, et surtout de la rivière! Superbe ! Lorsque je reviendrai sur Madrid je reviendrais chez Lila qui est une hôte très accueillante et ultra disponible

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect. Everything is walkable, all the tourist sites, fun restaurants and bars are everywhere. The space was a bit smaller than expected but we didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment as there is so much to do in Madrid. Our hosts were super responsive and gave us great tips.

A acomodação de Carlos é perfeita, principalmente, para quem vai passar poucas noites e pega voo a partir do aeroporto de Madrid-Barajas. É muito pertinho do aeroporto e da estação de metrô. Ele é super gentil, tivemos um problema com a porta, pois fechamos com a chave por dentro, e ele rapidamente resolveu. Foi muito proativo. Também disponibilizou o checkin com antecedência e passou todas as informações com clareza. O apartamento em si é grande, novo, bem conservado e todo equipado. Super recomendado!

Alvaro’s place is all about the location and while the apartment is in the basement courtyard of the building which is not great for sunlight it does have a lot windows and nice view. - additionally Alvaro is an excellent host always responsive and looking to make his guest feel right at home
