Carabanchel : locations de vacances avec terrasse

My experience at Cristina's is the same as all past guests. A spacious apartment, well equipped and in a quiet neighbourhood which is well supplied for public transport. The Madrid Marathon did disrupt bus services for one morning but even then we were able to walk to the art museums. Cristina is a perfect host, flexible and always responsive. Everything that a guest might need has been supplied. This was not a box ticking exercise but a real consideration of what a guest might need and/ or appreciate. The park and the peacocks were also great highlights!

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en el alojamiento de Monica. Limpio y cómodo, en un lugar privilegiado para visitar la ciudad. Agradecemos la rápida respuesta de la anfitriona a todas nuestras dudas. Sin dudas nos hospedaríamos otra vez con Mónica.

Maria Jose y su esposo fieron muy agradables, nos ayudaron con paraguas y a encontrar un estacionamiento al momento de llegar. El lugar esta agradable, la cocina muy completa. Por ser invierno no pudimos estar mucho afuera pero el patio esta grande y se ve agradable.

Maria Elena is a great host, very proactive, responsive and friendly! The flat was very easy to check into, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood and quick to get to central Madrid :)

Silvia e suo marito sono stati molto disponibili nell'assistenza quando abbiamo avuto bisogno durante il soggiorno. Appartamento pulito e tutto come da descrizione ed era posto in una posizione strategica..accanto si trova anche un locale che cucina e vende prodotti italiani.

Todo perfecto, Cristina encantadora y amable. Lo único que pasamos un poco de frío. Pero todos el resto de la casa impecable ☺️

Fernando estuvo pendiente durante toda la estancia. El piso y sus comodidades era tal cual la descripción. Todo excelente!

Muy buena estancia para estar unos días en Madrid. Zona tranquila, muy cerca de la estación de Chamartín e igualmente hay un parking que está conectado directamente con el edificio. Fuimos porque estaba cerca del Hospital de la Paz para intervención de mi hijo, y la atención y flexibilidad han sido de diez, pudiendo salir un poco mas tarde para coordinarnos con el hospital. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario, la calefacción funciona muy bien, y la cama y almohadas son cómodas para dormir. Perfecto para repetir cuando volvamos.

Rosario’s place was beautiful and even better in real life than the pictures. It was so comfortable, had everything you could ever need and felt like a home away from home. What was even more beautiful was Rosario herself who went above and beyond in helping me find my way, giving advice and itineraries, and generally being a warm and kind host. Her communication was excellent throughout. I can’t recommend her place enough. Thank you Rosario for your superb hospitality.

We stayed at Adelaida’s place for 5 days and had the most wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, she made me, my wife, and our son feel completely at home. She was incredibly welcoming, warm, and proactive in offering help. For example, she noticed we had rented a Tesla and kindly offered to charge it for us, she even took the key and had it ready by the time we were heading out, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We also asked her if we could pay for an extra half day to check out late, but she graciously let us stay until it was time for us to leave for the airport without any extra charge. The house itself is beautiful and very private, exactly as shown in the pictures, if not even better. Adelaida, her husband, and their sons were all so kind and supportive throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely return next time we’re in Madrid ❤️

La casa ordenada, limpia, espaciosa y muy bien ubicada. Recomiendo mucho! Además de la buena atención de Nacho! Volveremos sin duda :)

Perfecta Comunicación fácil y rápida Vivienda de dos plantas, reformada. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila con fácil aparcamiento Dakota fue muy amable, preocupada, con respuestas rápidas y nos dio muchas facilidades y comodidades Muy recomendable

Five stars for this place. It's in a genuine Madrid neighborhood with authentic local flavor. Easy walk to the URGEL metro station, and then it's pretty easy to figure out how to go anywhere. The place is cozy and comfortable and EXCELLENT lighting so you can READ BOOKS not phone stare. When the weather cooperates the outside secluded patio and small pool are divine. And the best part was the assistance of Kevin and Jubia, with excellent English, infinite local knowledge, and abundant enthusiasm. Go!

This was a lovely stay, the place had many amenities available to us. The host was nice enough to provide us with some breakfast materials for the next day and had excellent communication whenever we had questions. The only thing I would mention is to be cautious when walking around the neighborhood with luggage/valuables at night as we were told it can be dangerous by family that live in the area/police. Overall it was a great stay and we did not encounter any issues at all.

Muy buena opción para visitar Madrid, metro al lado y zona muy tranquila. Totalmente recomendable

Second time I’ve stayed at Laura’s place, perfect location to go visit my customers, very spacious and super clean apartment, can park for free on the street outside (important if you hire a car) and the neighbourhood is peaceful, with the park a few minutes away for a run.

Wonderful apartment and very friendly host, Maria, that gave us some nice tips in the neighborhood. The bus stops in front of the door to go to the city centre whilst the neighborhood itself is vibrant with lots of bars and restaurants. Close to a big park and cultural centre that we enjoyed as we were with the dog. The apartment has a lovely terrace. The only small downside to this apartment is that the nights on the street are rather loud with the bars around and quite some traffic, so ear plugs can be needed. Overall we had a great time and we would definitely recommend.

Had a great time staying at Carmen's place. The apartment was centrally located and easily walkable to everywhere I wanted to go. There were lots of restaurants, bars and shops close by! Carmen was super helpful and answered all my questions quickly. The apartment was extremely well-kept. I would absolutely stay here again if I was visiting Madrid. I loved it! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Communication was smooth, the apartment was clean and near the station. Everything went as planned we were satisfied !

El alojamiento de Jose es estupendo. Fuimos 5 personas, tenía toallas para todas, nos dejaron cápsulas de café para el desayuno, sal, aceite, azúcar, tés e infusiones. Algo que es de agradecer. Buena localización, cerca de paradas de bus y metro. Por las noches es muy tranquilo, puedes descansar. Y Jose muy amable. Si tienes algún problema tienes su número de teléfono para llamarlo en cualquier momento. Hemos estado como en casa. Esperamos volver pronto.
