Caracol Beach : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

This was our 2nd time staying at Nancy's place. We had another great trip. You can't beat the location. There are at least 10 restaurants within walking distance. There's a grocery store across the street. The condo is on the beach and the pools are great. Nancy is a great host and checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure we were comfortable. Looking forward to more trips to Nancy's place in the future!

We loved our stay! The courtyard is beautiful with a clean pool and access to the sea. We would absolutely recommend the place. The hostess was very responsive and the service was great.

Stefania's place is as seen in the pictures, and things work as expected: the AC in the bedroom works well; kitchen is fully stocked; Internet is fast; a jug of drinking water was provided. The outdoor patio is really nice, especially in the morning as the sun is coming up, and in the evening when the temperature cools off. The location is close to restaurants and the Ultramar ferry terminal for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The bedroom has air conditioning, but the main unit does not. It wasn't an issue for us, as a nice ocean breeze came in through the windows and back-door when we were there. It really helped to keep the front-door open. The room was warm but not hot. As others have noted, there can be loud noise from car speakers and loud motorcycles later in the evening.

Todo lo relacionado al trato del Airbnb, está perfecto, mi única queja es sobre el trato de algunos trabajadores del hotel, los cuales se inventaban reglas con el fin de acosar o menospreciar al huésped de Airbnb (el acoso fue porque un trabajador del hotel, nos había impuesto una regla sobre el tiempo de uso en el camastro, y haciendo miradas de despectivas, simplemente por el color del brazalete y paquete que habíamos adquirido). Todo el día fuimos acosados por personal del hotel para adquirir el plan alimenticio del hotel, cuando nosotros no estábamos interesados en ese plan fuera de eso, todo estuvo perfecto, me encantaría volver en un futuro, el trato estuvo excelente y solo por el chico que nos trató, volvería a ir, recomendado

The place was really great will definitely book with them again & Diego was super responsive! We booked all excursions through Diego & he made it very easy & they were all very much worth it we booked the Chichen Itzá tour, Isla mujeres tour & xplor!

This was a beautiful residence with a pool and beach access. The pool was shared with 10 villas. Never had problems finding a chair, and the views were amazing. The house was beautiful and large. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of pans, dishes and cups. Many places in the house to hang out. My favorite place was the upper enclosed patio. It was the perfect room to do yoga and watch the sunrise. Definitely, would stay here again.

A big thank you to Marian and Narda for a wonderful and relaxing stay! The place was exactly how it looks in the pictures - very spacious and there's three pools! We would go again in a heartbeat! They were very responsive to everything we needed and connected us with a local booking agent - we did a Catamaran day and Chichén-Itzá with cenote - recommend!! :). The beach is a 4 min walk away and the sand and waves were dreamy! There are large iguanas that hang out by the nearest pool to the Airbnb but after some courage (lol) we all got along. Locally there's Uber which makes it easy to get around - we did utilize the transportation on the way to the Airbnb - got in late and that was easiest. Thanks again for everything Marian and Narda! My family's vacation at Cheryl's exceeded my expectations. The condo was really comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The property manager was responsive with my family's needs, and the occupants at Estrella del Mar were friendly and helpful with suggestions for local food and fun. The beach was stunning and the island told a story Mayan history. We hope to visit again one day. Thank you!

Home was as described. Conveniently located in the hotel zone, but far away from the crowd for a peaceful night rest. Outdoor area is gorgeous and there is a bigger pool on site in addition to the private pool. The house is gated and secure, so you feel safe at all times. Bus stop is in walking distance and makes it extremely easy to get anywhere. Home is very spacious and easily accommodate large groups (it was 8 of us). I would definitely stay there again. Daniel, was very friendly and very accommodating for our early arrival. We even book airport departure and arrival transportation through him and it was great.

Gianella's home is beautiful, spacious, safe, artistic (incredible paintings), and inspiring. The beds are comfortable beyond our expectation. The waves lull you to sleep at night. All bedrooms are on the second floor, all have AC. The master oceanfront room (green bedding) has it's own walk-in bathroom and shower, and an additional sink and area for luggage and storage. The second king size oceanfront room (mosquito net and wooden bed posts) shares a bathroom with the quaint spacious library with the double and twin beds. All rooms upstairs stay cool with the AC. Downstairs gets warm, but the ocean wind helps. There were ample beach chairs and umbrella, as well as beach mats to lie on, and the private beach and gentle waves with perfect turquoise water was like a dream. Highly, highly recommend. Gianella was flexible with us as we had elderly family members, and a later departing flight, very kind, good energy. Safe, gated neighbourhood. Alarm system.

Sylvia and her family were amazing hosts. They were attentive to our needs, and showed ip to the home regularly to assist in cleaning, trash removal and everything in between. The home is located in one of the most pristine areas of the island, offering wide open views of the ocean which isn’t the easiest to find. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Chela’s vacation home was great. The place was clean and had everything we needed to accommodate our group. The back patio overlooking the ocean was the best part of it . I couldn’t get enough of the view. We were able to walk the private beach and pick up sea shells and sea glass. The location is very walkable, yet set far enough from the Main Street to enjoy the quiet. Chela was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at her house when we come back to Isla. If I could add any suggestions to make it 10 out of 10 would be : * having beach towels for the guests * adding better reading light in the small bedroom. Everything else was on great. Thank you for having us.😊

Juan was a great host anything we needed he was just a message away. The villa looked just like the pictures me and group felt at home we are already planning to return in future.

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Casi's place was exactly as described. The location was perfect for our two day stay. (2 females travelling together). Across the parking lot from our ground floor unit was the pool and the beach. Right outside the private complex was a bus stop that brought us down to shopping and restaurants for $1usd. Nicky provided us with a seamless check in and check out. She felt like a protective mom who gave us helpful tips and recommendations from places to go, restaurants to eat at, and how to be safe. I highly recommend this for your next Cancun stay. This far succeeded my expectations after a previous stay with airbnb in Tulum last year in 2024.

Bethany is amazing! Her place is just like the pictures, absolutely breath taking. Clean, close to everything you would ever want to do, safe location, we cannot recommend it enough. Bethany also provides suggestions of things to do, has private chefs available to cook for you, first class all the way! We will definitely be back

Thomas was an amazing host. The place looked exactly like the pictures and was quite peaceful. It was a great location to have quiet but also the only five minutes from all of the attractions in the hotel zone. Thomas went above and beyond to communicate well give instructions and also make recommendations for local restaurants. I would highly recommend using Thomas as a host this place is definitely worth the money.

Elegí este Airbnb a nada de irme para Cancún. Tuve toda una aventura con este viaje y de verdad sentí paz una vez que elegí este alojamiento. Fueron los mejores hosts del mundo. Fue un viaje por mi cumpleaños y permitieron que llegaran flores de mi novio y amigos. Todo el tiempo se ve el staff de los condominios cuidando y procurando, excelentes instalaciones no solo del departamento si no de todo el complejo. Las aplicaciones como DiDi, Uber, etc funcionando al 100% muchísimas opciones en especial si llegas tarde. De igual manera pasan los camiones de la ruta hotelera seguido, enfrente de los condominios. Se puede caminar muy tranquilamente por fuera y dentro. Nunca hubo escándalo, algo que se agradece. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, pudimos cocinar nuestros alimentos y bañarnos sin ningún inconveniente. En ningún momento vimos bichos. Me encantó! Y def es un lugar que recomendaré y volveré pronto.

Definitely a five star, everything as described, very clean. The view is better than the one in the photo. We were a party of four and had a great time here. We would love to come back.

Departamento muy buena ubicación en Zona hotelera, tiene minimarket en planta baja del edificio lo cual facilita las necesidades básicas La entrada a la playa es muy cerca y la calle donde está el Edificio es tranquila

Yuliana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Frank hat uns begrüßt und alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Apartment ist sauber, geräumig und hat alles, was man braucht. Obwohl die Einrichtung älter ist, ist alles funktionstüchtig. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Balkon und sie tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Yuliana reagiert schnell auf Fragen. Klare Empfehlung!
