Mi experiencia en este Airbnb fue increíble. El lugar es súper cómodo, limpio y bien equipado, perfecto para una estancia relajante. La ubicación es excelente, con fácil acceso a todo lo necesario. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfecto. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar y me encantaría volver en el futuro. ¡Gracias por una estancia maravillosa!

About 20 minutes from the airport. Spectacular views both at night and during the day. Very private and secure behind two gates.

This was the most epic AirBnB stay I’ve ever experienced. The house was beautiful and 100% private. We had more wildlife visits while sitting in the pool. It was like living in the National Park. We saw 3 slothes and tons of squirrel monkeys, white face monkeys, toucans, and macaws. We relaxed for hours at a time on the back porch and pool just watching all that Manuel Antonio has to offer all while having the most amazing home to quickly run back into to grab snacks and drinks. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Such a wonderful stay! The host was very nice and welcoming, making everything smooth and enjoyable. The highlight of the place is the incredible balcony—perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. The location is truly magical, surrounded by nature yet just a short distance from the center. A perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend!

Viajamos en familia (6 adultos, una niña y un bebé) y encontramos todo lo necesario para sentirnos como en casa. La propiedad está perfectamente equipada para familias, incluyendo un colecho y una mesa para la bebé, lo que hizo nuestra estancia mucho más cómoda. La terraza fue nuestro lugar favorito. Pudimos disfrutar juntos, pero con opciones para cada quien: relajarnos en la piscina, ver TV o jugar juegos de mesa, todo en un ambiente espacioso y acogedor. La ubicación también es excelente, con supermercados, librerías y cafeterías muy cerca, además de la facilidad de pedir comida por UberEats. La casa estaba impecable, ordenada y con todas las comodidades necesarias. El anfitrión fue increíblemente amable y atento. Sin duda, queremos regresar. Si buscas un lugar ideal para disfrutar en familia y relajarte, este es el espacio perfecto. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Lovely house, near really beautiful beach! My family had a great time 🫶🏼

WE LOVED THE QUINTA!!! We were 12 seniors and had an amazing time at this beautiful and comfortable property. Francisco was always very responsive and proactive and showed us the place in detail. Ana, the administrator, was so sweet and attentive to our needs and also cooked delicious meals for us. Douglas took care of the beautiful gardens and the pool. We enjoyed relaxing massages. The town is close by and has a good super market and restaurants. We had a lot of fun during our stay and loved the place. THANK YOU all of you for your wonderful hospitality!

Russell is an outstanding host who was always responsive and very helpful with recommendations about San Jose and CR in general. The house was just the right size for our family of 4 and the kids loved the pool and spotting parrots onsite. It’s up in the hills so it’s removed from the heavy traffic of the city, which we appreciated.

Very spacious home! A beautiful kitchen and a great patio to have breakfast!! The home was very clean! Large bedrooms! Carolina was excellent ! She was always available and answered all questions! She even got groceries and had it ready before we got there! We had a personal chef ! We will definitely recommend!!! So quiet and great view!! We already miss the place!!

The house was beautiful and the area was safe and just gorgeous. The vies from the house were the best I have seen and we have stayed at alot of houses in different countries. The one downfall I felt was that not all the patio doors were allowed to open. I am not sure if that is a safety risk for families with young kids, but we didn't have any young kids. The majority of them did but some of the bedrooms were no allowed to be open. Robert was great, he helped me set up some excursions and was always quick answering my questions. He was there to greet us and help us maneuver the driveway the first time ( that was an adventure). By the second day we had it all figured out and the challenging driveway is what got us up to the house to have those amazing views. The pool was great to come home to after sight seeing all day. Its gorgeous at night with all the lights, We saw lots of macaws and even the wild pigs came down by the pool desk one night. So all in all I would go back !!

Lisa was an incredible host from the planning stages to execution. David was also a wonderful communicator and planned for our group to have massages at the house, have Chef Belly come and make us incredible meals (highly recommend) and 2 excursions- the monkey excursion was definitely our favorite!! This was a perfect escape after a work trip and we are so grateful for Lisa sharing her home and her wonderful team that took care of us! We would be lucky to come back!

We just stayed here with two teenagers and had a fantastic time. Silvia was communicative and generous with early check-in/late check-out. The villa itself had comfy beds, nice decor, fully functional kitchen, great AC in bedrooms. Ceiling fans kept the rest of the place fine. The pool was lovely. We saw birds and monkeys from the awesome upstairs bedroom balcony. The location is great. Easy access to beaches and the park in less than 10 minutes by car (Ubers are easy to get and cheap). Quiet and we felt safe. A great restaurant and small store with groceries/snacks/liquor/essentials within very close walking distance. Things that might be a problem for some: The driveway is quite steep and none of our drivers would go down it. Not a problem for us, but if you had mobility issues, this may be an issue. The area has issues with power outages and we were without power for a few hours on two occasions in our four day stay. It was fine for us but just FYI. Book this place!

We had a wonderful vacation in Costa Rica, and staying at Andres’ place made it even more special. Andres was incredibly responsive and warmly recommended great local restaurants, which we truly appreciated. His taste and aesthetic are top-notch—just like his beautiful Villa. If we ever come back to Costa Rica, we would definitely choose to stay at Villa again!

Our stay at Casa Nueva Vida was exceptional in every way. An amazing property in a beautiful part of Costa Rica. From our initial inquiry, until we said good bye with "Pura Vida!", our family of seven thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay. Pablo's team, headed by our extraordinary concierge, Mefi, was terrific; Mefi was always just a text away and was responsive to our every request. His goal was clearly to make our stay unforgettable -- and he did that! A nice added service was laundry done by our housekeeper, Judith, who also took good care of us. The property is stunning. Plenty of room (indoors and out) for us all, a terrific pool/hot tub with breathtaking sunsets, gorgeous landscaping, and regular visits from white-faced and squirrel monkeys, scarlett macaws and toucans. The monkeys were great entertainment! The villa was a short drive to both Quepos and Manuel Antonio, so well located for excursions. We simply loved our stay. We will be back! Excelente estancia. Privacidad, paz y relajación es lo que se vive en este lugar. Es hermosa la cabaña con su toque romántico y una vista hermosa.

Ideal para despejar la mente con amigo o familia, cuenta con muchas facilidades, parrilla, fogata, la cocina con todos los artículos necesarios, las camas y sillones muy cómodas, la mesa de pool es un plus perfecto para distracción Cuanta con vistas muy bonitas, es ideal para tener privacidad

Fuimos 15 personas, los chicos la pasaron genial. Es un lugar tranquilo, cómodo, muy lindo y en contacto con la naturaleza. Un rinconcito de paz 😊.

Un buen lugar si se busca relajar, despejarse de la ciudad y conectar con la naturaleza. Recomendada la piscina natural, y es un lugar muy bonito para compartir en pareja. El sendero es de alta dificultad, por lo que es mejor para aventura fuerte, y no tanto para perros o adultos con poca condición física. Vimos tucanes, muchos pájaros y los amaneceres y atardeceres son espectaculares. Andrea, la co host, es muy amable, nos ayudó siempre con todo y nos hizo sentir en casa
