we stayed with two kids, and had a lovely time. although cabo de gata may be more famous in summer, winter time there is great. the village is super welcoming, small but lively: we had a fantastic Friday night with live music at a bar on the beach. the house Is right by the sea, and the waves would be the soundtrack of your stay. Raphael was so kind and welcoming! and the house is filled with art and great pictures of the area, presents of previous guests. Thanks!!! 💓

Fantastic apartment with wonderful views. Joe was very easy to communicate with. Bang in the village with great bars and restaurants. only stayed 3 nights but should have stayed a week .

Gezellig en geriefelijk appartement. Alles was zoals het hoorde te zijn! Denken eraan om terug te komen en dat zegt voldoende!

Apartamento limpio, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La terraza con el jacuzzi es una pasada. La piscina comunitaria es grande y con el agua calentito, está genial para los peques. La playa está muy cerquita y además hay comercios y restaurantes muy cerca. Ha sido genial poder meter el coche en el parking subterráneo, la plaza es muy grande y está enfrente de la puerta de acceso. La única cosa a tener en cuenta es que no es accesible ya que tiene escaleras para acceder a todo, pero hemos estado tan agusto que no nos ha importado. Sin duda un sitio para repetir. El piso de Javier me pareció increíble, con una limpieza impecable y un diseño ingenioso, pensado para su uso. Además, Javier fue una persona muy amable y atenta, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. Sin duda, un 10 de 10.

Wir haben uns in Michels Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die Terrasse war wunderschön. Restaurants, Bars und der Supermarkt waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation verlief ohne Probleme. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!!

We stayed for a month and the apartment was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Both the bed and TV are enormous! The location was quiet and there was a nice walk through the gardens to get to Garrucha. The beach was 5 minutes away. Carmen is lovely and has great recommendations for places to visit. I'd definitely go back.

Estuvimos muy cómodos , el chico muy atento y todo súper bien. El apartamento súper cómodo, limpio y con todo tipo de detalles. Muy recomendable. Volveremos a repetir.

This is a great place from which to explore Tabernas & the surrounding area. The apartment is fully equipped & very comfortable, within easy reach of local shops etc. We loved our stay in Tabernas. Would highly recommend staying here.

Muy cómodo alojamiento con parking gratuito junto a la casa, hicieron de nuestra estancia toda una experiencia a tener en cuenta para próximas visitas, el Anfitrión facilitó mucho nuestra estancia y es de agradecer su colaboración, volveremos a repetir!!

El piso es muy amplio y confortable. Todo es nuevo, además es muy luminoso ,acogedor y tiene de todo : hasta sillas y sombrilla de playa. El garaje está en un edificio cercano a tan solo dos minutos, aunque se podía aparcar con facilidad en la calle. El barrio tiene todo tipo de servicios y la playa a tan solo 2 min andando. Está muy bien comunicado: caminando 20 min llegas al centro de la ciudad y hay autobuses urbanos, con parada, justo debajo del piso. Hay mucha oferta gastronómica por la zona, y Rocío Y María Dolores han sido muy atentas y amables en todo momento. Sin duda , recomiendo 100% este alojamiento para visitar almería

Excellent apartment that felt really homely and comfortable. The area is really accessible to the main restaurants and shops in the city. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the beach. We parked a car at the Parkia (La Rambla) nearby for a full week (about €10 per day). The apartment had everything we needed from wine openers to coffee machines (and plenty of coffee). We didn’t really need anything else of the essentials, Nono even left an ample supply of bottled water for us. The apartment is a bit narrower and smaller than we expected from the photos but we were happy with the size nonetheless. It is on the ninth floor of an apartment block. There are neighbours who can be heard at times.

Muchas gracias a Virtudes, aunque no tuvimos oportunidad de conocerla personalmente, pues estuvo en contacto en todo momento y nos facilitó por whatsapp información importante sobre Carboneras, y sitios interesantes para ver y comer. El apartamento esta genial, muy amplio y cerca de la playa, con todo lo necesario. Hemos estado súper agusto. Para repetir.

Die äusserst saubere Wohnung, die Lage, die wunderschöne Terrasse sind für uns einfach unglaublich gut. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal in Marias Wohung und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

We stayed here for a month in February to escape from the cold and rain of northern europe. Superb weather and what a superb location. First line, looking out across well tended gardens to the sea. Amazing to watch the sun slowly rise from the sea each morning. Easy access to nearby restaurants and a small supermarket. Good scenic cycling south towards Villaricos. The development is immaculately maintained and the apartment is of a high standard, comfortable and had everything needed for a long stay. Many thanks to Amaya and Cayetana who were both kind, friendly and very helpful

Fue una estancia muy agradable, zona tranquila. la casa estaba en perfecto estado, utensilios de cocina y menaje varios. La única pega por decir algo que la playa de arena, grande y buena había que ir en coche a Vera, al ir con Niña y ser de piedra era muy incómoda para nosotros.

Pase un finde súper tranquilo, vengo de la ciudad y irte a un sitio como este es agradable , el apartamento es muy bonito , la terraza espectacular, llovió así que no pudimos darle el uso que queríamos , pero es excelente , Luigi ha sido súper comprensivo y muy atento a todo , siempre con respeto y con mucha comunicación , sin duda volvería.

The apartment is well situated in the naturist complex of Vera Natura which has a lovely outdoor pool and also an indoor pool. The complex itself is clean and well maintained. The apartment is spacious and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay of four weeks. There are two outdoor sitting areas, neither got full sun after late morning but this wasn’t a problem as it was more comfortable to sit out of the direct sunshine, the interior is clean and nicely decorated. We had a lovely time and hopefully we will be there again.

A wonderfully peaceful apartment hosted by a helpful and welcoming couple. The large pool area has seating for large gatherings (we had 14 over, with room to spare) with sunbeds, seating and tables all thoughtfully arranged in a spectacular garden. There is a pool house with fridge, cooker and toilet and showering facilities as well as a seating area with games table. The apartments are a stone's throw from the pretty town of Serón where you can find bars and groceries, but there are many activities and sights to experience within only a short drive, from castle towns and picturesque villages to the seaside and Cowboy theme parks. All in all our stay was as good as it gets. A+

Nos hizo fácil nuestra estancia en Águilas con mascota y un bebé de casi 3 meses. Reunía todo lo necesario. Ubicación tranquila para poder descansar y a minutos en coche de Águilas , con todo lo Necesario para una familia y no tener que estar todo el día comiendo fuera, además de contar con una piscina comunitaria que te permite disfrutar de un baño de forma cómoda .

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la playa. Muy buena comunicación con el propietario. Buen sitio para desconectar y disfrutar del entorno. Repetiré!
