The Apartment was very nice and in a great location. 5 min walking to the beach. In the Apartment we found everything we neded. Every room has air conditioner. Very good communication. Mari Angeles was very helpfull. We are very recomending this place to stay and Mari Angeles as a host.

Fue una muy bonita experiencia, Sandra estuvo muy pendiente siempre y fue super amable, su esposo también fue muy amable y respetuoso, la llegada al Airbnb fue supera fácil, sin ninguna complicación. Al entrar al piso todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado, nos sentimos muy cómodos con mi familia y pudimos disfrutar como era merecido, sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme aquí, muchas gracias Sandra por la atención brindada.

Gerne wieder … ein schönes großes Appartment mit Blick auf das Meer … für die ganze Familie ideal. Bei starkem Wind pfeift es des Nachts natürlich auch mal richtig… das bringt die Nahe Lage ( 4 Etage. ) zum Meer mit sich.

La urbanización es super tranquila, la terracita está genial y la playa a dos minutos. José Antonio (el anfitrión) disponible para cualquier cosa. Buena experiencia, lo recomiendo.

The apartment was spacious and immaculately clean with every amenity we could need. The location was fabulous, waking distance to great bars, restaurants (fab hotel roof top bar directly across the square) and the town and beach areas. Carlotta was a fantastic host, very responsive and friendly and a lovely person. There were 5 of us, all adults and plenty of room for everyone with 2 lovely bathrooms (shower water pressure was amazing) I totally recommend this place and will definitely stay again as Almeria is a lovely place we will visit again. Thank you Carlotta for a great stay x

We’ve had a delightful stay in Christians apartment. Location is perfect, for beach, bar and restaurants . We would advise that you need a car if you want to go further afield. Superb local beaches/ resorts of Garrucha and Mojacar a very short drive away and defiantly worth the visit. Many thanks Christian we wholeheartedly recommend.

Five stars. Beautiful and huge home. We loved enjoying the view from the roof deck. Only one minor downside was that only four towels (one towel per guest) were provided so we needed to do laundry to have beach towels. Also be aware that trash can only be taken out at night so you will need to carry out any trash you generate on your last morning. Still great stay, would visit again and bring our own towels

La casa es perfecta para disfrutar de unos días por la zona. Todo está muy nuevo y la casa tiene todos los detalles. El aire acondicionado ha sido vital para estos días de calor. La urbanización es muy tranquila, la piscina abre hasta las 12:00h de la noche y tiene un supermercado Mercadona a unos 200 m de distancia. Seguro que volvemos en nuestra próxima visita a Vera Playa.

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

Tango Francisco José como su mujer fuerón súper atentos y amables con nosotras. Todo estaba perfecto y limpio. Para todo lo que necesitamos estuvieron atentos y fueron muy comprensibles con los inconvenientes que pudimos tener. Estamos muy agradecidas con ellos y si volvemos no tenemos duda en que intentaremos volver a contactar con ellos.

Han sido unos días muy agradables por la comodidad de la ubicación de la casa, la amplitud y lo bien equipada que está. repetiremos, sin duda!!!

Fint och stort boende. Behändigt att värden tillhandahåller med sängkläder och handdukar. Härlig gemensam pool. Bra garage. Det finns många bra restauranger i Almeria.

wunderschöne Villa in atemberaubender Berglandschaft. Viele schöne Schattenplätze inkl 2 schattiger schöner Terassen, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, gute Infrastruktur und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Troisième séjour…. Toujours aussi bien ! Arentzazu est une hôte très agréable et disponible. L’appartement est parfait, situé à proximité de la plage, et possibilité de profiter de tout à proximité. La région est agréable, que du bonheur ! À très bientôt pour un quatrième séjour ! Et merci pour nous accueillir dans votre petit paradis !

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

De los mejores sitios para quedarse en Vera. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos o incluso mejor y la urbanización super tranquila y sin apenas ruidos, además de estar prácticamente al lado de Vera Playa. Con Rosa y su marido la comunicación inmejorable, para cualquier cosa te responden muy rápidamente e incluso nos facilitaron un pdf con información de interés de la casa, sitios de la zona, números de taxi y demás. Repetiría sin duda.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber blitzsauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Inventar sowie auch die Poolmöbel sind wirklich hochwertig und in einem super Zustand. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind insbesondere aufgrund der Aussicht auf die Berge einfach perfekt. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber Restaurants, Cafés und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt hinter dem Haus, kann man in den Bergen mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Auch Dan & Natalie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben stets versucht uns bestmöglich weiterzuhelfen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon hoffentlich ganz bald wieder zu kommen!

Wir haben für unserem Roadtrip durch Spanien bestimmt 300 Wohnungen durchgesehen und Sam und Mats Wohnung war klar der Outperformer. Das Haus ist wirklich gut entworfen. Man fährt praktisch direkt hinein und geht vom eigenen Parkplatz zum Fahrstuhl. Eine super Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, in einem Stil, den man auch selbst wählen würde. Super Lage und ein Blick wie im Film. Die Betten sind gut, das Bad einfach klasse. Starker Wasserdruck, heißes Wasser, alles sehr funktional. Wer gerne kocht, findet alles in der Küche. Außerdem funktionieren alle Geräte sehr gut. Man kann es hier auch länger aushalten. Und die Terrasse ist eigentlich unbeschreiblich!!

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Notre séjour dans ce logement a été tout simplement parfait. L'appartement était impeccable, décoré avec goût et équipé de tout le nécessaire pour un confort optimal. L'emplacement était idéal pour découvrir la région. Les propriétaires étaient extrêmement accueillants et disponibles. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement cette location à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
