Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Hi Bronya & Antonello We have tremendously enjoyed our two weeks stay at your clean well-equipped apartment in Villenova Cagliari that was a most comfortable base for our planned exploration of the city and the more local area. You have been a most attentive host providing an accurate welcome pack that we referred to regularly for guidance ( bus 7 is a most interesting circular ride around the old citadel) with the market San Benedetto just 5 Minutes’ walk and cucina eat dining about 10 minutes away or an evening’s stroll up to the Bagni Pubblici di piazza costituzione and back about 90 Minutes. We recommend visitors using the bus service down load the CTM bus finder APP and purchase a 7 day ride card for 12 euros that can be topped up if required and get a hard map of the city as mobile signal strength can be a sporadic in the narrow streets. We used Get your Guide APP booking 3 major tours. Lots more to say but few characters left. Thanks Andy and Mandy. 45 years anniversary x

Eine großzügige Villa, ruhig gelegen in wunderschöner bergiger Natur (also auch schonmal bellende Hunde, gackernde Hühner...). Fantastische Aussicht von der Terrasse, ein ziemlich großer Pool (Achtung, tief, nichts für zu kleine Kinder), viel Platz auf dem Aussengelände für Volleyball, Tischtennis etc., gepflegter Garten mit Palmen, wirklich schön. Alles sehr sauber, geniales Esszimmer, in dem auch bei größter Hitze immer ein frischer Wind weht. 3km zum nächsten Laden, Nora-Strand ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto, zum superschönen Strand in Chia 30 Minuten. Vermieter sehr sympathisch und immer erreichbar bei Fragen.

Nice, very clean flat. Wonderful terrace with great view. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bus-stop closeby, easy to get to the centre. Very quiet surroundings, we felt safe. We had some problems with the door-lock, and got help immediately from Emanuelas brother. Emanuela was always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Great stay!

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern (15, 13, 6 Jahre) eine wundervolle Woche im Haus von Massimo verbracht. Massimo und Denise waren tolle Gastgeber, denen ihre Gäste sehr am Herzen liegen. Das Haus ist mit allenm Notwendigen ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber und wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vor allem der Pool war für die Kinder toll. Der nahegelegene Strand ist super und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfehlen wir in Carbonia. Aber im Ort gibt's auch einen kleinen Laden (der allerdings teuer ist). Klare Empfehlung für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Siamo stati accolti calorosamente dai genitori di Giovanni. La proprietà è un paradiso. Tartarughe, pappagalli, galline e gatti addolcivano la nostra giornata. La casa è molto ben attrezzata e pulita. Franca e Beniamino danno buoni consigli e sono presenti ogni mattina, cosa che ci ha fatto molto piacere. La posizione è eccellente, puoi raggiungere i supermercati e l'acqua molto rapidamente. Portoscuso offre più di quanto sembri a prima vista. Nel complesso, altamente raccomandato, ci piacerebbe tornare e non vediamo l'ora di iniziare il nostro soggiorno.

Mi sono innamorata della casa dalle foto e dal vivo è esattamente come viene presentata: creativa, accogliente, comoda, curata, pulita, ampia e super fornita! La casa è dotata di tutti i confort immaginabili. Ha anche tantissime cose extra (es. tutti i prodotti per il corpo sia da bagno che per il mare), utilissime per chi come me viaggia in aereo con un bagaglio leggero. Chiara è stata fin da subito accogliente, gentilissima e molto disponibile. Ti accoglie con un aperitivo di benvenuto, ha una convenzione con la pasticceria di fronte per la colazione e nel frigo ti fa trovare gustose sorprese, come l'eccezionale e tipico mirto fatto in casa. Ti fornisce informazioni preziose su come muoverti e cosa visitare. La location è super comoda per andare sia verso il centro che verso il mare. Che dire di più: andateci!! Consigliatissima!!! 🤩🤩🤩❤️🙏

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

Apartament Maurizio I spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Mieszkanie ma bardzo ładny wystrój, że zwłaszcza szereg obrazów na ścianach. Jest dobry dla pary jak i małej rodziny. Właściciel wystawił poczęstunek co było miłym gestem. Zawsze odpowiada na wiadomości, jest pomocny. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko atrakcji i restauracji i marketu. Mały minus to uszkodzone szuflady w sypialni i czasami kanalizacja odbija i wydziela nieprzyjemny zapach. Dobrym pomysłem byłoby zakupienie czajnika do gotowania wody. Mimo to pobyt był świetny. Cieszymy się że mogliśmy tam spędzić czas.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa dal 5 al 14 settembre. Una meraviglia! Per noi la situazione ideale: l' appartamento è al piano terreno di una villetta in un insediamento vicinissimo al mare. L' alloggio è molto curato, spazioso, ben arieggiato, con spazio esterno molto godibile, circondato dalla pineta. A 200 metri, attraversandola, si arriva a una spiaggia di sassi grossi, con un fondale roccioso basso per un bel pezzo, poi uno scalino più profondo. È ideale per chi vuole stare lontano dalla confusione e godersi il mare (senza aggiunte moleste). Lungo la costa si fanno belle passeggiate verso la torre o verso Capo Sperone, incontrando altre spiagge anche di sabbia. Mare bellissimo e selvaggio, la zona (almeno in settembre) non e' per niente affollata. Una ringraziamento speciale a Serena, alla sua mamma e al piccolo Edo per averci accolto come in famiglia, con una presenza spontanea e discreta, sembrava di conoscersi da lungo tempo. Sicuramente un luogo del cuore in cui tornare!

Bilocale ampio e arredato come "una vera casa" con mobili di buona qualità. Adatto anche a soggiorni di più lunga durata. Elisabetta è un ottima padrona di casa, puntuale e attenta alle esigenze dei sui ospiti. Lo terrò di certo in considerazione per una prossima occasione.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Unterkunft von Ubaldo. Die Lage in der Wildnis ist ein Traum. Ubaldo ist ein aufmerksamer und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Grazie mille!

Valentina was a wonderful host, we had a lively time with great weather, all the facilities of a house - plenty of space. Any hitches were taken care of immediately & lots of helpful advice on what to do and great places to eat. We had a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable visit to Sardinia - thank you!

Anna made us feel so welcome to Cagliari. She is so kind and hospitable and was always available to answer questions and give recommendations. The apartment is just what we needed and in a beautiful location walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the bus stop that can take you just about anywhere in Cagliari. We had such a lovely stay. We hope to be back one day!

Hands down the best air b&b we’ve ever stayed at! The property is absolutely stunning and our hosts were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn’t ever want to leave!!! The gardens, the pool and views were just so extremely beautiful! Felt like we found a little piece of heaven. The onsite restaurant was also delicious and just so magical at night. Don’t hesitate to book this stay!

Angelo hatte uns schon im Vorfeld kontaktiert und uns eine genaue Anfahrtsbeschreibung geschickt - so war die Unterkunft schnell und einfach zu finden. Angelo war persönlich vor Ort und hat uns in Empfang genommen und uns die Unterkunft gezeigt und alles erklärt. Darüberhinaus hat er uns nützliche Tipps wie z.B. Sehenswürdigkeiten (Tropfsteinhöhlen), schöne Strände, Wanderungen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gegeben. Er ist ein aktiver, umweltbewusster und zukunftsorientierter Vermieter der uns seine Pläne im Bezug auf die Um- und Neugestaltung seiner Vermietobjekte erklärt hat. Er macht den benötigten Strom und das warme Wasser mit autarker Solarenergie und stellt die Küchen zusehends vom, im Moment üblichen, Gasherd auf Elektroherde bzw. Kochfelder um,was natürlich die Sicherheit und den Energieverbrauch verbessert. Es war alles so wie beschrieben und Angelo ist für uns der Inbegriff eines kundennahen, serviceorientierten und freundlichen Vermieters! Gerne wieder!

Our stay near Chia in South Sardinia was wonderfully peaceful, especially in late October when the area was exceptionally quiet. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Chia’s beautiful beaches. The property offers a unique vantage point with sea views to the right and mountains to the left, making it perfect for relaxing amidst stunning scenery. The house is exceptionally furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, games, extra blankets, a grill, and sun loungers. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and convenient beach access.

Lovely and responsive host. Place is spacious and clean. Practical in decoration, not fancy but nice environment.

die Unterkunft liegt in einer Art Feriendorf mit einem eigenem kleinen Park, welcher unglaubliche Ausblicke auf die Küste und die Ruinen der ehemaligen Bergbauanlagen bietet. Alle Zimmer sind mit Klimageräten ausgestattet, welche wir auch täglich genutzt haben. fußläufig sind gute Restaurants, sowie zwei Minisupermärkte zu erreichen. Der Check in und checkout lief problemlos. Der einzige Makel war, dass der Gemeinschaftspool ab September in der Mittagszeit von 13 bis 15 Uhr nicht genutzt werden kann. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts.

A really lovely apartment. Gianmarco was very helpful with everything, especially with the BBQ. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment, however we had already passed it so took us a while to find it. From then on in no problems.

There are trips and places which have a big impact on you,Luciana’s place and her being the host definitely is one of them. The house is exactly like Luciana, warm and beautiful. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, it fills you with peace and hope. You wake up to birds chirping and you can drink your coffee with the first rays of sunshine coming from above the mountains which you can also admire from the comfortable terrace. Even if it rains you can just sit there and enjoy the view and listen to the gentle raindrops as the terrace is covered. Inside its very spaceous and very nicely arranged,everything to satisfy your needs. Kitchen is also very nice to cook in with a big fridge and all the equipments you need to make anything. Luciana keeps the house so clean that you could eat from the floor when you arrive. Stores and restaurants close by, best beaches within 10-20 min. Chia is very calm,your peace is guatanteed here. Its easy to get anywhere with a car. We will return!!❤️

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.
