Die Unterkunft war wirklich super. Das Preis Leistungsverhähltniss war super. Der Host war immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns bei allen Anliegen weitergeholfen. In der Umgebung sind viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu Fuß zu unternehmen und es ist nah an Mactan Newton. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man benötigt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die ich so noch in keiner Unterkunft gesehen habe und ebenfalls ein Unterhaltungsprogramm. Ich würde sofort wiederkommen!

vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft. ich habe mich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. die Schlafzimmer sind äußerst bequem, das Wohnzimmer ist groß und geräumig. die Küche ist super ausgestattet. ich werde definitiv bei meinem nächsten Besuch in cebu wieder dort buchen. vielen Dank für die Unterstützung

I have been impressed by Janice's prompt responses to my messages and her remarkable kindness. The place is comfortable and clean, making it an ideal stay. The kitchen is particularly noteworthy, as it is situated near the beach and has a complete set of utensils. Furthermore, there is a nearby calendaria and restaurant. We enjoyed convenient access to transportation, including tricycles and habal-habal. The local people were exceptionally friendly and kind, offering us additional insights about the area. The place was neat and tidy and the stuff in the house is complete. Faith is very accommodating in answering our inquiries 💗 We did not have a hard time to book grab from our location. The subdivision also offers a rent a car in which we booked for the wedding we went to. Overall we had a super fun stay! Thank you so much Faith! 💗

Easy to find, good location, affordable and complete in everything.

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

No words can say like our home already

We have never rented such a well-equipped apartment or house. In this house we could cook, bake, everything was there. There was ripe fruit in the garden that was allowed to pick. We had a very pleasant time in this house and would stay there again and again.

This place was amazing! It was very spacious for my huge family. We loved the pool and the long dining room table outside where we ate breakfast and dinner every day. The outdoor kitchen with the grill we also loved. The price we paid was very affordable. Any thing we needed, all we had to do was message Paul and he immediately responded and sent his very friendly staff over. They came every morning to clean the pool and house. I would definitely recommend this place. We will definitely stay again in the future!

best place for its cheap rent. the owner is very responsive. Gave us what we requested even on a short notice. definitely will go back and will recommend to my fam and friends.

We stayed at Don and Grace’s place for 20 days — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. I’m currently preparing for a bikini fitness competition and follow a very strict diet. Don went out of his way to accommodate my needs — he even built a grill area after I mentioned it! The internet connection is excellent, perfect for remote work. I had several online meetings without any issues. The house is spacious and comfortable. We were 2–3 people and it was just right, but it can definitely accommodate more. It’s quiet at night, which allowed me to get the rest I needed. The local fish market is a 15–20 minute walk away, and there are small stores nearby for everyday needs. There were thoughtful extras included, like coffee, drinking water, and more — things you really appreciate during a long stay. The peaceful mornings by the river were absolutely priceless. Don and Grace are incredibly responsive. We would love to go back again soon! Highly recommended!

The place is peaceful and we love that the unit is in the ground flr. The balcony is facing the pool so we enjoyed hanging out there. It is also very convenient when we had food delivered coz we didn't need to step out to get the orders. The riders just handed them to us at our balcony. The place has everything described and has all the necessities. The bed is very comfy, sheets and towels were fresh. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We actually booked his place twice and will definitely stay at his place again. We had a wonderful and restful stay. Oh and there's a 7/11 right at the main entrance of the property. Wet market is also very close where we got our fresh fish, meat, and vegetables. There's also a sari-sari store across from the entrance that also sells cooked food (carenderia). Pharmacies and bakeries are also close. You can drive there and park at 7/11 or you can take a tricycle. The location is great and the place is wonderful!

Very nice room with actually a hot shower! The big mirrors where a nice feature and it close to the airport.

We loved our stay at titos place, had everything we needed and exactly as described. Brilliant value for money, we would stay here again and recommend to anyone who was visiting cebu, mandaue. Tito is such a friendly and proactive host which makes all the difference

Great host and wonderful condo studio unit. Easy access to necessities. 7/11 below of the condo if you need anything. Perfect spot for Sinulog as you have a great view of the parade from the condo windows itself — You don’t need to race through the busy crowds if you don’t want to. Host is very easy to talk to!! Notre séjour à la Villa Jade's Beach sur l'île d'Olango a été tout simplement parfait ! La maison est impeccable, offrant tout le confort aux standards nord-américains. Située en bord de mer, elle permet d'acheter du poisson frais directement aux pêcheurs locaux, une expérience authentique et savoureuse. La population est incroyablement accueillante, et les enfants du village sont adorables. L'endroit est d’un calme absolu la nuit, idéal pour se ressourcer. Kayaks et vélos sont à disposition pour explorer l’île, et Larry, le gardien, est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle : il nous a accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour avec une disponibilité remarquable. Le ferry, très accessible et fréquent (toutes les 30 minutes), permet de rejoindre facilement Cebu. De plus, la communication avec les hôtes a été fluide et agréable. Une expérience immersive incroyable, loin du tourisme de masse ! Nous recommandons à 100 % cette destination pour un séjour authentique et dépaysant.

We booked this place on short notice and loved it! We were staying in a different location in town and the hotel we were at was very loud and uncomfortable so we checked out early and luckily Leah’s place was available! It was perfect. Walkable to restaurants but also in a quiet location. Very clean place, comfy beds, and lovely patio/yard that was a nice place to relax. We felt right at home here! Thank you!
