Carcavelos : locations de vacances en appartement

Perfect home for my 3 week stay - WiFi was great when on the top floor - able to hold meetings etc. The bed was clean (a little firm but got used to it) and my room bright and airy. Loved the hammock and space to workout/yoga mat and use of dumbbells!!! Shower was good power and temp! Lots of light in all the rooms. Everything I needed and in good working order! The beach is 10 min walk and train station 5 min walk. Local supermarket was well equipped and had a fresh bakery/butchers/fishmongers!! Local restaurants and bar in high street. Had everything I needed and more. Will recommend and will return ……. This little town was busy enough and had character!!! One small issue for some - the road outside can be busy/noisy (didn’t bother me as I wear earplugs) but if you sleep light you might be woken at 6am by the bin collection!

Perfekt lägenhet för vår familj på 6 personer. Rymlig med plats för både samvaro men också gott om plats att dra sig tillbaka på. Bra utrustat kök om man vill ha en hemmakväll och laga sin egen mat. Utsikten över hav och stränder är så vacker, vi stod många gånger och njöt av den särskilt solnedgångarna! Tågstationen och Pingo Doce låg på gångavstånd. Ett trevligt sätt att lära känna området. Vi reste med tåg både till Lissabon och Cascais. Trevligt och bra med receptionen i huset. Pizza hut låg om hörnet, bra när man har tonåringar med i sällskapet. Temperaturen i poolen var lite i kyligaste laget, men vikingar som vi är badade vi en gång. Jonas och Flavia har varit lätta att kommunicera med och vi kan verkligen rekommendera en vistelse i Jonas och Flavias lägenhet.

This is one of those reviews I don’t want to write - because I want to keep this place secret, but that wouldn’t be fair to Renata. Her place is so homely and cozy. It feels genuinely like staying in your own home. Before arriving I was a bit concerned about aircraft noise, given the location and was surprised this wasn’t mentioned in other reviews. It wasn’t too bad at all although likely to depend on the wind direction and whether that day is one where they approach or take off. But I’m relatively noise-sensitive and it didn’t bother me. Wifi was fast and great for working. Renato responded quickly to any questions and gave me comprehensive instructions which meant getting in on arrival was very easy. She’s a fabulous host and this is a lovely place. Would definitely stay again if available. The fact that it has very limited availability is testament to the fact that this is a wonderful place to stay.

Appartement impeccable ! Lieu stratégique pour visiter Lisbonne et immeuble calme /sécuritaire où l’on dort très bien ! Métro Baixa-Chiado à moins d’une minute à pied et que dire des délicieuses pâtisseries ….Tout se fait à pied, c’est génial !!! Et notre fin de pm l’apéro sur le balcon avec le coucher de soleil ! Vraiment superbe !

Appartamento perfetto per le nostre esigenze, posizionato in zona tranquilla e ben riscaldato in inverno. Cucina comodissima e ben fornita di utensili. Lavastoviglie, lavapiatti ed asciugatrice in piena efficienza. Due comodi bagni.

Rossana is a great host. Very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The apartment is well-located and makes you feel at home. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. Just a few minutes to the beachfront of Caparica, a supermarket and an excellent cafe around the corner.

The apartment is absolutely stunning and in the perfect location. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to see. There are a ton of restaurants and shops nearby. We got breakfast at Break right across the street almost every morning because it was SO good. Check in was easy and Eugenia was absolutely lovely! Highly recommend!! :)

This is a wonderful place to stay in a perfect location for exploring Cascais. The apartment is just like in the pictures, very comfortable with great towels, comfy bed, great shower. Jillian met us with the apartment and explained things to us, gave us some great recommendations for things to do. The kitchen was well stocked with basics (sugar, coffee, tea, olive oil, spices, etc) making it easy for us to have breakfast at home. It is on the edge between the busy part of town and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Excellent restaurants are right around the corner ("rua amarela") - we ate at most of them during our 2-week stay and they were all great. Internet was excellent for tele-working. Everything was great!

Although there is some graffiti in the neighbourhood, we never felt unsafe, and we often came home quite late at night. The condo is in great condition and is well located a few minutes walk from the Cacilhas station including the ferry terminal. Simone was wonderful to deal with and we happily stayed there for 6 nights. We would highly recommend to anyone.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Catarina's botanical garden loft. She recently did some renovations to create a true kitchenette. We had everything we needed for an incredibly comfortable stay. We were very lucky that the previous guest checked out early, as it started to pour on our way from the airport. No one wants to spend 4 hours occupying themselves until check in, while it's raining, post flight. Catarina did everything she could to get the place cleaned and ready for our early arrival. initially, we thought we would just store our bags in the closet opposite the door. To our pleasant surprise, just as we reached the top of the stairs, she messaged to say the apartment was ready for us! The floors were still a little wet from her cleaning lady it was timed so well. The apartment was immaculate, and even better than the pictures. Catarina's communication was impeccable, I would stay here again in an instant. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The house was located in a very quiet area which i loved. The house is very pretty and smells very nice. The house was spotless in every corner. I will for sure recommend and return.

Pedro et Mila répondent rapidement aux messages et nous ont permis de déposer nos bagages avant l heure d accès à l appartement. L appartement est très confortable, moderne, très propre et ressemble en tout point aux photos. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La vue sur le château est magnifique. Il y a de nombreux points d intérêt à proximité et une bouche de métro tout proche. Seul dommage, la place Martim Moniz est envahie dès le soir venu par une population qui donne un sentiment d insécurité. Hormis cela tout était parfait.

Ling’s place was exactly what I’d expect from an Airbnb. Home was clean, comfortable, and a great location. She had pantry items stocked as well as coffee and sugar. We had stayed at 3 previous units which included absolutely nothing so it was awesome to have those things already stocked. For short rentals it stinks having to buy salt, coffee, etc and transport it from place to place with you. Ling gave detailed instructions and responded to questions promptly. An excellent host. Location was great as well. Walkable to everywhere in the city. Can’t recommend it enough!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very spacious and clean. It's located in a quiet neighbor steps away from Benefica Stadium. Colombo Mall and the Metro is about a 15 minute walk. We recommend Jacqueline's place and would stay again when in Lisbon.

Rakastin Emin olohuoneen sisustusta, valoisuutta ja eläviä kasveja! Olisin voinut istua loputtomasti tunnelmasta nauttien. Työskentelin kolme viikkoa online ja yhteydet toimivat erinomaisesti. Huoneisto on tilava ja todella siisti. Oli ihana kävellä Gracassa ja nauttia vanhojen talojen charmista. Meillä oli monta eri reittiä valittavana kävellä kirpputorille Feida da Ladraan ja sen ihanaan puistoon, jossa tapahtuu joka päivä paljon: koirapuisto, lasten leikkipaikka, kuntosali ja kioski. Tämä kaikki merinäköalalla. Parasta oli kuitenkin mutkaton ja superystävällinen Em, sekä tietenkin Valeria! Lämmin kiitos!

The apartment was what we needed for our time in Cascais. We could walk everywhere: so many restaurants, beaches, markets, train station etc. The apartment has a lot of natural light and the dark shades work so well that we had no issues at night or early morning so we could sleep in. Mariana is an extremely responsive and proactive host. We had a few issues with the internet and Mariana was very quick to find solutions. Mariana was always on top of things and willing to help us with anything we needed. Thanks to mister Celestino for all his help as well!

Great host, Prez was responsive and a wealth of information. H is apartment was well stocked with everything we needed and he thoughtfully had some snacks and fruit for us to eat. The availability of a free parking spot was so helpful in a city like Lisbon. We ate at two restaurants he recommended within walking distances and both were good. It’s not in the heart of the tourist area, but you couldn’t beat the value and quality of the unit. It’s not big but totally enough space for two. We would stay again!

I stayed at the flat with a friend and our children. The flat is really family friendly and has everything a family needs (including highchairs, child cutlery and cots). We found the place quiet, Natacha was very responsive and we had a great time in Lisbon.

Diogo’s apartment is great! It is in a great location and is well appointed and decorated. It has everything to make you feel at home. The furniture is nice and solid and comfortable. The kitchen has all of the cookware you need to make meals and best of all, there is a grocery store across the street that has all you need, including a nice butcher shop. I bought some of the best pork loin there. Another nice feature of the location is the pastelaria located next to the apartment building. A good coffee maker is available in the apartment but I enjoyed walking to the pastelaria every morning for my coffee. Checking into the apartment was easy and Diogo was very responsive, answering all my queries within minutes. I had a small issue with the shower head and within a short period of time, Diogo had a technician there to fix it. You can book Diogo’s apartment with confidence.

Staying at Theresa and August’s place in Parede was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos – bright, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated with so many charming touches that show how much care they’ve put into the space. Theresa and August were the perfect hosts – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to the beach, local cafes, and the train to Lisbon or Cascais. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise, having coffee on the sunny terrace, and taking evening strolls along the coast – it was everything we hoped for and more. We honestly didn’t want to leave. Thank you, Theresa and August, for sharing your beautiful home and making final week living in Portugal so great.

Maria was a brilliant host. Very responsive and attentive. The place was in a great location and very clean. If anyone is considering an Airbnb in Cascais, you should definitely stay at Maria’s place.

Unser Aufenthalt war absolut wundervoll. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr liebenswert und hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Wir haben noch nirgends eine so herzliche Begrüßung erlebt. Das Apartment und seine Ausstattung hat unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen. Jorge is an outstanding host. Although we arrived late in the evening and had to self check-in, we encountered some difficulty locating the right apartment. However, after a quick phone call, Jorge guided us directly to it with ease. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. While we had read in other reviews that some of the interior feels a bit dated, it wasn’t an issue for us. The highlight is its prime location—just a short walk from a stunning beach and train station. Conveniently located in between Cascais and Lisbon which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.

Lovely spacious, clean & modern apartment. You can walk to the beach & bar (busy road to cross but there is an underpass). Supermarket & amazing bakery are a few mins away too. We stayed for a week in April 25. Pools are not heated. Hired a car to explore Sintra, Cascias and further up the Lisbon coast. Lots of parking at apartment. Safe area. Lovely little garden backs on to road but otherwise peaceful. We got the train into Lisbon from Sao Pedro do Estrorli several times.
