I loved it so much last year that I'm back! Spacious room in a lovely authentic building. A very comfy bed and soft pillows that you will not want to leave. It has everything you need for a stay with fabulous hosts who look after all your needs. All set in a stunning location.

Jill's place is great to stay if catching an early flight, much better than the local soul-less hotels. Its 4mins from the airport! I slept like a log, the linen and towels were exceptional. The room was so beautiful, old wooden beams, amazing, wished I could have stayed longer! Hope to stay again. Thank you.

Quiet place and very private even though there were others there I didn't see anyone. Paul was helpful and flexible about my train delay and much later check in than I initially thought.

Wonderful barn room, in a lovely location. 10 mins from Barry and 25 mins into cardiff. Jill was a great host and very helpful with advice on getting into Cardiff for an event. Would love to return for a longer visit.

We found this en-suite room to be spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. It is located within a grand Victorian house that has bags of character. Sarah and Mark are friendly and gracious hosts and we enjoyed chatting with them. We ate breakfast in an elegant dining room and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious cooked breakfasts and wide variety of other breakfast items. The location was ideal for us; Whitchurch village is just a short walk away.

My stay at Mike's was lovely, so easy and flexible to check in, great communication and the room was so spacious, had all the amenities (even milk in the room and offer of a fresh breakfast!) and was so comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Craig’s place was clean and tidy, quiet and peaceful and within a decent distance to the city centre via Ubers/taxis/buses. The little touches that Craig provided were thoughtful and appreciated. Perfect if you need somewhere to stay as a base, but homely if you were staying in too! Thanks for the fab stay. :)

Great stay. Ideally located, close to the railway station and city centre walking. Really clean. Full Breakfast can be booked on top and is truly worth it. Definitely recommended.

Teona’s Upper Red House is her special home. We were grateful for this experience in her historic farmhouse and site. We woke in cozy soft beds to watch the sun come up in the morning mist on the Welsh landscape. We walked and enjoyed looking through the books she made easily available too. The Upper Red house was a jumping off place for us to Tintern Abbey, Chepstow Castle and St Fagans National Museum of History. We wish we could have stayed longer with Teona. The Brecon Beacons, Cardiff and Caerphilly Castle are within reach too and still on our wish list. Thank you, Teona!

Trina’s place was easy to find and very clean. The bed was really comfortable. I would have liked a mirror in the bathroom though and breakfast wasn’t included because of the host’s availability- there was no discount for this. I was told about this beforehand. But Trina really helped me out at very short notice, responding to my questions quickly. The location was perfect for my needs. I would definitely return.

Vince was the loveliest host I think we have ever had. super knowledgeable about the surrounding area and gave great ideas of places to see. The house was lovely! really lovely rooms and super spacious. comfy, quiet and relaxed. just what you need after a crazy gig. Whiskey the cat was also the cutest lil mini host. the area is ideal if you have a concert at the principality due to the super close location. absolutely will be back again! if I was to be super picky about anything it would be to have a fan just in case it's the hottest day of the year again haha. 10/10

I really like the locations, also very clean inside the rooms also the toilets. I definitely recommend for daily trips.

We had a lovely time at Jayne’s B&B. We were nervous about travelling with our 3 month old but everything worked out perfectly - we had lots of space in our room, Jayne supplied a travel cot, and there was a kettle and mini fridge which helped hugely with baby’s feeds. Breakfast was cooked to order and was speedy and delicious - perfect poached eggs every time! Jayne was attentive and communicative but also left us to relax. We didn’t find the village very walkable with the pram due to narrow roads but it’s a great location for access to Weston or Clevedon. We also enjoyed the walk to the viewpoint at the top of the bay. Would highly recommend!

Really recommend staying especially if you are travelling to BikePark wales! Staff were friendly and very helpful for our group! We even had a couple of drinks in the pub below and all I can say was the atmosphere was great! Overall 5/5 will stay again

We had a wonderful stay! Chris and Sumetha were exceptional hosts along with two little ones and Kai, a cute family —so friendly and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, with all the little details taken care of. Chris was really an amazing guy. Can’t thank him enough for all his help and he did also dropped us back to station to go back home. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again in the future!
