This home has the most incredible views which are even more stunning than the pictures. John has created such a special experience and his home has everything you would want and more. He and his wife were so responsive to all of my questions which makes such a difference when you’re visiting the island for the first time. John spent extra time when we checked in to show us how to use all of the incredible amenities, from the highest end coffee maker (and coffee we ended up buying to bring home), massage chair and more. It’s extremely private while you’re able to enjoy the views of the island, day and night. The pool area has so many options for sitting and sunning our group of 4 plus a child could all be together in the shade, sunbathing or the pool. This is truly a special home and we’re so happy to have selected it! For future visits, while not much is walkable, the one restaurant that is was child friendly and had very good food. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

This home is absolutely amazing! The views are stunning and the location is unbeatable! We will definitely be staying here again! Hosts were very responsive and anticipated every need, we have zero complaints and had the best vacation! It’s nice being walkable for Redhook with the best restaurants minutes away.

Sugarbird Villa is absolutely breathtaking! The photos just can't do it justice, the view from the back porch is stunning, and the smell of jasmine fills the air each morning. Such a treat. *It can be tricky to get cabs to know where you are other than referencing a popular neighbor, once you find a cabby who knows where it is, take their # down

Absolutely loved our stay at Kaylee’s place! The terrace view was breathtaking, and we really appreciated the perfect balance of seclusion and easy access to nearby lively spots when we felt like exploring. Kaylee was prompt in responding to queries and made sure we have everything we needed.

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. Lorna is a “super host”. We had issues with our first rental and stumbled upon hers the night before our arrival. Blessing in disguise. Then we had issues with our flight getting in and Lorna was there to the rescue. She waited patiently for our arrival. Responded to every message. Met us at the airport to say hi and make sure we were ok. Provided us a taxi who helped with transport to dinner, the grocery store, and our place. Lorna continued to communicate with us our entire stay. She stopped by on the place our last day to say hello and meet everyone. Talk about our trip and offer other advice. She was truly an angel!! Highly recommend staying at her listings and this place for sure

Villa Solare was the perfect place for our group. We loved the separation if people wanted to go hang in their own area but plenty of space for us to hang as a group in the main house and patio area. The views are incredible (pictures don't even do it justice!). The pool was fantastic and we loved that it was saltwater. The water temp was perfect. Susan provided PLENTY of amenities (TP, paper towels, spice cabinet stocked, etc) for our 8-day stay. The grill was an excellent feature (we grilled out multiple nights and never ran out of fuel). Highly recommended & hope to stay here again the future!

The Mykonos villa was amazing. The views were stunning, and the villa could not have been better. Vivica was a great host, and was supper communicative. We had a great stay there, and would definitely book this place again!

We had a great stay at Frenchman's View Villa. And like the same suggests we were perched on the hillside with an incredible view of the harbor from the house and expansive deck. Our group was 2 couples and we had more than enough room to enjoy--the deck alone had multiple seating areas, a great plunge pool and sun chairs. We didn't use the small apartment downstairs but would be great for kids or another couple that wanted a bit more privacy. We were only minutes from downtown Charlotte Amalie, and 20-30 minutes from Red Hook, Sapphire Beach and Megan Bay.

Villa Hermosa was spectacular as was Alexandra. She reached out to us periodically when we rented, a few times in-between and before our arrival. The Villa is everthing and more than what the descriptions state. Alexandra and her team were "ON-IT"! They are super responsive, helpful and accomodated our need for a pre-arrival grocery delivery. Villa Hermosa has literally EVERYTHING you need for your stay. Super thoughtful on what her gets need while staying in her amazing home. Everything was top notch from the communication, the view, pool, FULLY equipped kitchen, down to the bathroom/grooming neccessities, beach equipment including chairs, toys and sunscreen. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable to a point I needed to ask what brand they were. Thank you Villa Hermos for sharing your beautiful home. You'll be the 1st on my list when we return!

This was the first time we visited STT. My children and grandchildren loved the home and pool. Safety was not a concern as it is in a gated community and the home is so comfortable with absolutely beautiful views. There is an apartment on lower level that was great for my son. There are a few steps to get to the top of main house but there is an elevator lift which we really appreciated. Great way to get baggage and groceries upstairs and used for baggage when checking out. This was a great addition that was well planned out by Cathy. We would definitely go back to this home, and it is just 2 miles from Megans Beach which you can see from the front porch. Exactly as advertised, host was very receptive. One bonus not really mentioned is how close the market is for coffee and anything you’ll need. Kids loved seeing the Iguanas at the tree each morning.

You cannot go wrong booking on Magen’s Bay! The views are like none other… how often can you wake up in the morning to watching sea turtles, sting rays and iguanas from your balcony? Our family of five stayed in the main house for two nights to conclude our trip to the VIs. Things we loved: provided beach amenities (chairs, floats, coolers, towels…), pool table (we played with our three teenagers every night), huge rooms and bathrooms, big balcony, and most of all- access to the water with use of paddle boards and kayaks. Things that could use a little improvement: updated linens and a cleaner unit upon arrival (rug was visibly dirty, white couch had a seat stain, appliances in kitchen were visibly dirty). Even with these suggested improvements, this beautiful place deserves a 5 star! On top of that, our host was amazing! She communicated very well and was super helpful!! Very grateful that our family of five got to experience a stay on Magen’s Bay at Sailfish!! Thank you, Calisha!!

Our stay at Villa Michelle was absolutely beautiful! The views from the Airbnb were breathtaking, and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. Michelle, the host, was incredibly attentive and available for any questions or concerns we had. The amenities were top-notch—a premium espresso machine, a regular coffee maker, and a filtered water system for drinking water. She even provided an iron, a steamer, and all the little essentials you need on vacation. For added convenience, she had sunblock and sunscreen readily available. 10 out of 10—highly recommend! The next time we visit St. Thomas, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

We loved our stay here. We were traveling with two young kids (1 yo a 3 yo) as well as my parents. We both went out to eat and cooked quite a bit for ourselves and it was great that the kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. The grounds are gorgeous, we felt very safe, and we loved have both the pool option and the beach so close. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Amazing views in a very well equipped home! This place has it all - from the comfortable beds to the peaceful outdoor patio - and was exactly as described. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs and especially the snorkeling gear, which we used every day as we explored different beaches across the island. This home is a decent drive up a steep road so renting a jeep is highly recommended. We will definitely return to this home in paradise!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Views from every room are amazing. Located in a nice area, conveniently located near Red Hook, where you will find restaurants & the ferry to St John. We rented a Jeep (highly recommend) and went to a different beach every day. The only concern was that the sliding doors didn’t lock which would’ve been a problem if we had younger children with us & was a little unsettling the first night but he host is aware and already has plans to fix them.

This place is amazing! The view is incredible and very good in space. Was a little hard to get there at first but you get used to. Definitely recommend!

Condo was very nice, well equipped, nice pool with very central location to restaurants and shops. We had 2 minor glitches but both were resolved quickly.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this villa in Northside. The home was clean and everything was as described in the listing. The view from this home is unmatched! It was perfect for families that want their own space as the two upstairs bedrooms were on each side of the house. We did not sue the extra rooms during our stay but it would have been perfect if we needed it. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and pool were very clean. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with everything we needed. The Caribbean Retreats team were responsive and accommodating. We loved everything and really loved our stay! We would definitely rent this home again or recommend to others if we were to return to St. Thomas. Only a couple cons: 1) For families with little ones, the balcony is not entirely safe for them to run around. 2) The driveway is very difficult to pull out of with the incoming traffic up the mountain and it's difficult to turn your vehicle around in the driveway.

We loved our stay here -- the house is comfortable and has such an amazing view, and the cherry on top was of course Rollito! He was such a chill, nice dog that was always there to greet us -- we joked he was the "host" making sure we had everything we needed! It was sad to say goodbye. We enjoyed the pool for cooling off after a day out and about, and loved watching sunsets from the deck in the evenings. The Jeep was a HUGE plus, and definitely necessary for driving up and down the driveway as well as many of the other island roads. Directions and instructions for arrival were clear and helpful. The only downside is that it's not walkable to shops and restaurants of Charlotte Amalie, if that's important to you -- but the trade-off is the view!

Paige’s villa was a beautiful place, the view was the best I’ve ever seen overlooking St.John and surrounding island’s.The villa was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The pool area and beach were clean and beautiful and never felt over crowded as you could always find a nice place to sit and relax and take in the views.I highly recommend Paige’s place , it is paradise!!!
