The location is excellent, offering both convenience and safety. Situated in a desirable area, we felt comfortable exploring the surroundings without any concerns. WiFi connection is reliable. Matteo is very responsive. The roof is nice and easy to access with a beautiful pool and charcoal bbq. However, the water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low, and the hot water was not consistent. Also while the furnishings were functional, they did not entirely match the listing photos. Despite these issues, I would still rate this property with a solid 5 stars, as I believe it offers good value for the price.

Our stay at Playa Bonita was incredible. The beach itself has everything you want, warm blue waters, calm and great for kids, with waves that don't knock you over but still allow you to surf. A cove steps away with an ocean pool. Close to many local restaurants, so we didn't have to drive to get meals. A 10 min drive into the main town to get groceries and visit many more restaurants. The place was as pictured and my family and I enjoyed the penthouse outdoor living area with kitchen. We shared meals there and played games after a day at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the space allowed us to have great gathering space but also allow you space from others when needed. Daniel and his staff were honest and very responsive. We didn't know the cleaners were coming mid stay and left all of our cash out in the open and it was untouched. This was an incredible stay, will definitely come back again.

What a wonderful stay we had. The apartment is beautiful and we loved the rooftop private patio it was great for our morning coffee. The place had everything you could need, kitchen was well stocked and we had big jugs of bottled water too use during our stay. The rooftop pool was amazing, lots of seating in the sun and couches too sit in the shade and the water was fantastic too cool off in. There also a hottub we used at night too. The area was amazing. Just a couple minutes too 5th and there was restaurants all over and 7-11 on the corner and a grocery store just down the street. Very safe very lively neighborhood. Our host always messages us back right away when we needed too ask a question so that was great. Overall we had an amazing time here we felt right at home instantly and would book here again for sure on our next trip.

O espaço é muito bom. As avaliações estão corretas. Vou deixar uma avaliação específica para famílias com crianças pequenas. A comunicação com os anfitriões é facil. Letícia nos ajudou em tudo, com lençóis extras para meu filho. O espaço é amplo, a varanda tem uma proteção suficiente para uma criança. A cozinha é completa para fazer refeições dos pequenos com utensílios de qualidade que ajudam no preparo. O apartamento é silencioso, virado para área interna. Andrea fornece um colchão inflável de qualidade com bomba elétrica que meu filho dormiu confortavelmente. A piscina é excelente para crianças, com duas profundidades seguras. O quarto é um pouco claro, mas conseguimos dormir bem mesmo assim. A praia publica é um pouco distante para andar com crianças pequenas, mas o foco da cidade são os passeios então achamos tranquilo. Voltaríamos.

I visited Santiago with 3 others and this place was perfect! The apartment building is VERY safe with a gate, security guards, and safety locks on all doors. The staff who work there are sweet and so hospitable. Hilario is an awesome host and so responsive. 10/10!

Had a nice time at Nicole condo. It was impeccably clean- in a central location to both ocean park and downtown Condado (super walkable.) Before check in Nicole provided very thorough communication and quick response to everything regarding the building and parking process- which made things so easy. The beach was very close by and we loved using the beach chairs provided. Overall a very easy stay.

This place was amazing! Communication from the beginning was awesome. The transportation we needed from the airport to the Airbnb and anywhere else nearby was easily accessible. We loved the Airbnb and private beach area. Will definitely be coming back!

Such a beautiful place. It’s hard to find and the road is a bit challenging - definitely need a 4x4, but our little Suzuki rental did fine. The home is amazing, the concierge service was really friendly and efficient, the jungle location was beautiful, and the pool and patio were just the icing on the cake. It felt like a private oasis in the jungle, but just up the road from Manuel Antonio town and not far from the beaches. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Great house. The property managers were amazing and so helpful. Loved the pool and the variety of wildlife right in the backyard. We were greeted by monkeys and iguanas. I wish it was a little more private from the driveway since there are other houses above this one and we didn’t realize that the yoga studio is not connected to the house but rather a community structure. Otherwise everything was fantastic and we’d definitely come again!

Fantastic location in the Colonial Zone where everything is well within walking distance. Being in the midst of it allows you to experience the history and culture of the area. We felt very safe and residents were friendly and helpful. A great plus was having Susanne’s taxi friend available for transportation needs. Besides picking us up from the airport initially, we hired him to take us to the north end of the country and bring us back to Santo Domingo later. He goes anywhere in the country and gives a great rate to those who stay at Susanne’s property. We really enjoyed the total privacy of this roomy property. It has a nice plunge pool to relax in at any time. We’ve stayed at a number of airbnbs and this was one of our favorites.

Lupita’s place was clean, well stocked and she is a responsive and proactive host. Everything was as listed plus she provided extra touches like drinking water for the week and a welcome gift. We appreciated the local restaurant and activity recommendations as well. I highly recommend this home. One note is that the area is newer and the roads all around are unpaved and are quite rough and hard to navigate. Google maps and a suv or similar vehicle are a must.

We loved our stay at Lisa and Yolanda's in Akumal! Their beautiful condo was the perfect getaway for our family - it was so well equipped (beach towels, anything you'd need for cooking etc.) We loved the location - in a quieter part of the coast but close enough to everything we needed. Lisa was a thoughtful host and quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The house was gorgeous, the staff made delicious home cooked meals every day, and continuously cleaned up after us! Patricia and Yessi checked in and made sure we were happy with our accommodations. This was such a special stay and experience and I would highly recommend it! Thank you Patricia for making the experience incredible!

This place is amazing! The location is incredible, it sits on a very private beach cove. The beach is beautifully sandy, with spots of shade and sun. Most days, it felt like our own private beach with rarely anyone else around. The home feels like it sits right at the edge of a jungle, and the landscaping is beautiful. It creates an extremely peaceful atmosphere, great for relaxing. The water here is protected and very calm, which made for great snorkeling. The housekeeper/chef is great, she made us great meals, assisted with grocery shopping, and made sure our every need was met. I can't speak highly enough of the host and staff, from booking to checkout the communication was excellent. If you are looking for a private beach getaway, this is your spot.

Although not directly on the beach, it is a 3 walk. There is a nice pool in the compound. The playa Bonita community is great Walking distance to fun restos. Loved the main pool, gorgeous The condo is well appointed with a lovely terrace. Its really quiet in the complex Overall, great value

Beautiful condo-we thorougly enjoyed our stay! Complex is very close to 5th Ave and right near Calle 38th-great restaurants.The pool is awesome and huge. The private beach club is amazing-plenty of loungers and shade. The club's food and drinks were outstanding, we had lunch there just about every day. Super nice waitress Joanna! I had several massages in the beach hut with Angie , 1 =700pesos. She deserves huge tip! The condo has a full kitchen including water dispenser-get refills in the lobby for about $5USD. There are no included condiments, so bring or buy those. A sponge, dish soap, 1 roll paper towel, a few trash bags, a few dishwasher pellets, hand soap bars, 4 sm shampoos included. Buy large ice bags at the convenience store across the street. There is a washer/dryer combo unit, in Spanish. Dryer takes a very long time-really didn't end up using it. Condo has 9 beach towels. We asked for bath towels, hand towels a few extra blankets and they were quickly sent to us.

Our stay at casa Mystique was AWESOME! For starters, I really appreciated that the condo looked exactly as what was portrayed in the photos and everything was tidy and clean. But there’s more .. Ann was super attentive from the moment we made our booking and all throughout out stay. From arranging transport from Cancun airport to the hotel, to providing fantastic restaurant recommendations to connecting us with surfing/paddle board lessons to everything in between…she was incredibly helpful and responsive! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay — including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The condo is also in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach/5th avenue, etc. We can’t say enough good things and are certainly looking forward to returning to Playa and spending more time at Casa Mystique!!

Tim’s place was excellent! Hard to beat direct access to the beach. The property manager Tricia was very responsive and available to help us with any reservations when needed. The apartment was clean and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay!

El apartamento es muy bonito, muy agradable, y el edificio en el que se encuentra tiene demasiado para ofrecer. Hermosos los atardeceres que se ven en la playa, a la que tiene acceso directo el edificio. Todas las facilidades descritas las tiene. Un apartamento muy cómodo, y una muy amable atención por parte de Nicole. Supremamente recomendado. Cercano a diferentes lugares de Cartagena, tranquilo.
