L’appartement est au 3eme niveau avec un accès par une serrure digicode. Le logement est dans une résidence sécurisée à 7km de la Quinta Avenida de playa del carmen. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Si vous souhaitez faire des courses ou manger il y a tout à proximité. Les hôtes sont réactifs. Je recommande ce logement.

The view is literally world class. Many buildings along Avenida Balboa have a sight line to the ocean. But this property offers 180 deg views of one the most majestic urban settings in the world. -BZ

Convenient location with comfortable amenities. Apartment was clean, modern and matched the photos and info from the listing. The apartment included some bonus items that made it extra convenient, like coffee grounds and laundry detergent. Host was very communicative and flexible with check-in/out

The condominium is a 5 minutes walk from the main highway with Tapas, Salt and the boardwalk right there. The grounds, pool area, gym and barbecue area are really lovely. Everything is well maintained and private either great security on the complex however this is a lovely neighbourhood so always felt safe. Tony was very accommodating and allowed us a late check out. Really recommend.

This was our first time in Costa Rica, so we were a little intimidated about staying in the heart of a big city. However, from start to finish we had a wonderful time! The condo was easy to find and located next to a ton of restaurants, bars, markets, museums parks… I could go on but there was so much to do we couldn’t fit it all in during our 3 night stay. The property was clean, beautiful, safe and private. As for the host, Karil, he was fantastic as well. He contacted us with very thorough instructions prior to our arrival, as well as a litany of suggestions for places to eat and things to do. I would stay at a property owned by Karil again without hesitation. I cannot recommend this airbnb enough! 5+ stars and we would love to stay here again if we are ever back in San Jose!

Another great stay. Manny and Wendy were great as usual. This is my 6th stay in their place . The place is spacious, clean and comfortable. Close to Blue mall and everything in Piantini. This is the best place to stay in Piantini.

Espacioso apartamento en un condominio residencial, familiar. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, muy bien equipada. Muy sencillo y claro el ingreso. Además tiene un estacionamiento bajo techo para un vehículo. Quizás la ubicación observación es que la playa está un poco alejada para ir caminando; aunque se puede ir en bici.

Another great stay! Krys is always responsive and gives clear instructions. The condo was very clean with just about everything you'll need. The location makes it easy to get to most places. I would however, highly recommend renting a car if you'd like to be more adventurous. My wife and I look forward to staying again in the future! Thank you so much!

Our 4 night stay at Jose’s place was perfect. Jose was responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a minor issue with the internet, but Jose was able to get that resolved quickly. The condo is in a great location. We enjoyed the beach and walked or uber to local eateries for dinner. I would recommend this place.

Our stay was without issue, a small miscommunication at check in but it was resolved as quickly as possible. we were 90 mins from Montego Bay Airport and about 15 mins from Margaritaville. Recommend renting a car to get around.

Es la primera vez que rento una casa por medio de esta aplicación y esta experiencia ha sido gratificante. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos de la visita. Este viaje fue uno familiar y estar en el área de Bayamón era prioridad; y esta casa fue ideal. Orlando es un gran anfitrión. Es una casa de dos habitationes, ambas con aire acondicionado y una sala muy acogedora con un love-seat-bed ideal para otra persona. La sala también tiene AC, lo que hace del espacio aún más cómodo. Conocemos la situación del país en cuánto a la electricidad, y contar con una planta eléctrica era también importante. Solo una noche de niestra estadía de 7 noches se fue la luz, y la planta funcionó sin ningún, problema. Si tenemos que volver a Puerto Rico en un viaje familiar, no dudaría en volver a este lugar. Gracias.

Desserie was a fabulous host. She accommodated our every need. The house was really beautiful and clean. We felt at home. Everything we needed was included. There were plenty of lovely white towels and large beach towels also. In the outside space there were plenty of seating areas for different times of day. I will definitely book this accommodation again. Thank you Desserie for sharing your home. Best Gill

Horace’s place was beautiful and just as described. Entering the home was very easy with the lockbox and door code. Everything in the home was clean. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Horace was extremely responsive and gave me a few pointers on groceries, cash exchange and beaches in the area. He also came to meet me on the 1st day there. Host was awesome and the place was perfect! You will not be disappointed!! Horace’s home exceeded our expectations for sure!

This place is amazing Three bedrooms Huge pool and jacuzzi Small basketball court Badminton court 9 ball pool table Swings and games for the kids Loads of places to hang out and chill with seats and tables everywhere outside Hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in Trinidad 10/10 Would and will 100% come again Michael

Check in was great. Damien was at the location upon arrival. He gave clear instructions about the house. There was no need to contact him during the stay. The house looks exactly like the photos. The house and its amenities is definitely worth the price. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Before meeting Ms. Denise she already was ahead of the game , giving us instructions & meeting us nearby to follow her to the place. A big help because the gps will bring you to the wrong address. On top of that , she gave us a tour of the house & near by shops . The beds are comfortable!!!! Master bedroom is big & felt very at home . Bathrooms are nice & big . Roof top was one of my favorite places. View is amazing . Gated house & grills to lock every entrance. Quiet community. IT’s everything we’ll be back .
