Our stay at Playa Bonita was incredible. The beach itself has everything you want, warm blue waters, calm and great for kids, with waves that don't knock you over but still allow you to surf. A cove steps away with an ocean pool. Close to many local restaurants, so we didn't have to drive to get meals. A 10 min drive into the main town to get groceries and visit many more restaurants. The place was as pictured and my family and I enjoyed the penthouse outdoor living area with kitchen. We shared meals there and played games after a day at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the space allowed us to have great gathering space but also allow you space from others when needed. Daniel and his staff were honest and very responsive. We didn't know the cleaners were coming mid stay and left all of our cash out in the open and it was untouched. This was an incredible stay, will definitely come back again.

Great stay at this place! Parking right out in front. Peaceful location located on a street with beach access a few hundred feet away that a select few staying on the small street access. Very low-key and relaxing.

I visited Santiago with 3 others and this place was perfect! The apartment building is VERY safe with a gate, security guards, and safety locks on all doors. The staff who work there are sweet and so hospitable. Hilario is an awesome host and so responsive. 10/10!

The apartment is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has all the essentials—pots, plates, knives—and everything is of excellent quality. All the appliances are top-notch and in perfect working condition. The air conditioning in every room is fantastic. The balcony is absolutely stunning, complete with a jacuzzi and breathtaking views. Sunsets here are truly magical. It's just a 1-minute walk to the beach and pool, with the best beach in Cap Cana—clean, with soft white sand. The pool is enormous, and it's only an 8-minute drive to the marina, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. There are also two parks nearby to visit. It’s incredibly peaceful at night, making it the perfect vacation spot for my family. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning! Great house. The property managers were amazing and so helpful. Loved the pool and the variety of wildlife right in the backyard. We were greeted by monkeys and iguanas. I wish it was a little more private from the driveway since there are other houses above this one and we didn’t realize that the yoga studio is not connected to the house but rather a community structure. Otherwise everything was fantastic and we’d definitely come again!

Maria’s place was great! It was super affordable and beautiful. Unfortunately the neighbors dogs bark nonstop and it made it difficult to sleep, and this happened most consistently anywhere from 6am-10am. This is completely out of Maria’s control, though, and my group and I truly had a wonderful experience with her as our host. She was very communicative and chill and the check in / check out process was super easy. The location is accessible and has great food spots and bars within walking distance, and the beach is only 5 minutes away. We overall had a great experience staying with Maria!

We stayed three nights at the penthouse and absolutely loved it! I loved the decor and the place smelled great! Location was key! Close enough to all restaurants and far from the hustle and bustle. We can’t wait to come back!

Nous avons eu un très beau séjour. Les lieux sont dans un bon état en général. Les rideaux de certaines chambres laissaient passer beaucoup trop de lumière mais notre hôte a été très réceptif et a installer de nouveau rideaux des que nous lui en avons fait mention. Certains éléments vue sur les photos étaient par contre manquant comme la table de ping pong ou la table de air hockey ainsi que la machine à eau. Par contre ils ont acheté une nouvelle machine à eau rapidement et sont venus l’installer. Notre hôte était très gentil et réceptif.

My family and I have stayed here twice now. Everyone loves walking and enjoying the beautiful pond and tropical plants. Lots of room to spread out and relax. This is a home away from home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked as well. Thank you Micheal for a clean, well taken care of home! The check out instructions are also minimal, which is just such a blessing to the vacation 🙌🏼 Can't wait to come back.

This place is amazing! The location is incredible, it sits on a very private beach cove. The beach is beautifully sandy, with spots of shade and sun. Most days, it felt like our own private beach with rarely anyone else around. The home feels like it sits right at the edge of a jungle, and the landscaping is beautiful. It creates an extremely peaceful atmosphere, great for relaxing. The water here is protected and very calm, which made for great snorkeling. The housekeeper/chef is great, she made us great meals, assisted with grocery shopping, and made sure our every need was met. I can't speak highly enough of the host and staff, from booking to checkout the communication was excellent. If you are looking for a private beach getaway, this is your spot.

Everything was great about this place. Location, comfy, clean, and always responded fast! Everything you need is in this cozy apartment. Would highly recommend.

Russel was a wonderful host! He picked us up from the airport and let us grocery shop, told us about good places to eat and things to do around the island, gave us people to contact for things like rides, and came in a pinch for us when we were going to be late for a dive! Russel was also friendly to talk to and a genuinely warm hearted soul.

The space is just as advertised. Clean, peaceful, and all the beings that live there (plants, animals, and Paul) are truly wonderful. I felt comfortable, safe, and right at home. This location is perfect for walking to close restaurants, sites, and the beach (but easy to find so ride share works as well). Exceeded my expectations! I traveled solo and Paul is the best host I’ve had in my travels. He gave great recommendations, helped me celebrate my birthday, and is SUCH an interesting person to talk to. I appreciate both the fun and introspective conversations we had and would easily stay here again. Thank you Paul, we’ll meet again!

The location was great and the private beach access was key! The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Apartment was very comfortable and spacious and parking was included. Highly recommend - would definitely stay again!

TLDR; if you are ok with a little bit older location that is clean and has amenities that all work, this is a good option. If you are used to resort vacations this might not be the place for you. Great stay with my family at the condo. Our flight got in a little early and the unit wasn’t quite ready but Russel (the host) was amazing and got us in to our unit asap. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. A/C units were new and worked great! The pool area was amazingly clean and had great pool chairs and umbrellas. It was never busy (never saw anyone else in it) and was kept pristine the entire time we were there. Has an outdoor shower to clean off sand and salt water. Location is amazing for doing everything on the north side of the island. I do recommend getting a rental car for this location as taxis would get pricey and I never saw any bus running. Close to a bunch of grocery stores and within 10 minutes of Christiansted harbor. Very peaceful location that feels remote

Tim’s place was excellent! Hard to beat direct access to the beach. The property manager Tricia was very responsive and available to help us with any reservations when needed. The apartment was clean and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay!
