Just as listed. The unit is a little dated and could use some cosmetic repairs/updates, but it had everything my daughter and I needed. Being right on the beach was perfect.

Nothing beats waking up and walking to the beach within 3 minutes. We really enjoyed all the beach amenities provided for our use. It made our trip so easy! Although the area is still cleaning up after the hurricane, it is heartwarming to watching this beautiful community come together. Very friendly neighbors, everyone always greeted us with a, "Good morning!" Thank you for making our trip stress-free for my husband's birthday. We have a soft spot for Manasota Key now, and can't wait to come back!

4th time renting this beautiful property certainly not the last!

Mary's place was in a very safe and beautiful location. Everyone was friendly and there were endless dining options. There were even local conveniences that I didn't expect nearby such as Dollar Tree, Winn Dixie, Home Depot, etc. Showers had great water pressure, hot water, and had zero sulphur smell. Decor was lovely and ample storage space for your things. A/C and heat works great and no musty smells anywhere. Beds, outdoor furniture and couches very comfortable. Convenient off-street parking. Was too busy to enjoy the cabana amenities but visited it briefly and it looked wonderful. Thank you Mary hope to return in the future!

One of the few Airbnbs that are ACTUALLY walking distance to the beach and Atlantic ave. Book this place if you are staying local and want a truly unique experience.

Right from the start I just loved how Robyn answered any questions and introduced herself before we came. If i texted her i got an immediate response and was so welcoming. Our place had everything we needed and more. Very impressive. We would definitely go back. I also saw that others make returns their as well. Love the tropical space in the back where the tiki bar is. Marvelous 🥰🥰

It's been many years since I was in Miami and a lot has changed. The hotel / AirBnb is located just south of 5th so everything is within walking distance, there's really no need to rent a car and waste money on parking. If you get in early or have a late flight they can hold your bags at reception. I was working most of the time so I didn't get to enjoy the beach but that too is just right across the street. My room faced the parking lot next door, there wasn't much if any noise that was disturbing. Everything was clean and priced well compared to other rentals nearby.

Our stay was nothing less than amazing, the house was spotless and cozy. The location was peaceful and near a lot of food options. Laurie and John were very helpful and great hosts. This is definitely one of our top 5 best ABNB’s that we’ve visited and we will definitely stay here again.

Place was amazing. Literally right on the beach just a few steps to paradise. You can walk to multiple restaurants and Publix is very close for grocery’s. The pool and yard is great , I traveled with a 1 and 2 year old and they had a great time in the pool. The space is very big and clean and beautiful . Kitchen is legit. Jill is an amazing host is very down to earth. can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend ! 10/10

Campocosta was fantastic—spacious, clean, and perfect for accommodating our larger group. Ines was incredible; she communicated so well and offered great suggestions. Three out of the 16 in our party were visiting Puerto Rico for the first time, and they’ve already said they’ll be returning. It was a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to come back home to visit my island and my people.

The best part of our stay was the people. Carlos was awesome, we loved Mario the chef, and our favorite was Abigail who cleaned the house every day. My kids loved practicing Spanish with her, she was so kind to them and went above and beyond. We had 3 families with kids 6-11. Each family had privacy and we were steps away from whatever we needed. Could the towels use an upgrade, sure, but it's so hot and humid that towels are kind of perfunctory anyway-might as well stay wet. I wouldn't have felt comfortable with my kids in this layout a few years ago-you can’t lock kids in their rooms and the pool/beach is right out the bedroom doors. For our purposes it was lovely. One word of caution about the suggested excursions. We chose Arenal Hanging Bridges without any research as to distance (my fault). The volcano is 4+ hours away from the house so we spent 9 hours in the van in one day. Arenal was great, just not a day trip. Manuel Antonio however, was a must see! Overall A+ to Casa Mar!

We had a picture-perfect stay at Edwin's listing. Hector was incredibly helpful and proactive in making sure we knew where we were going and addressing minor issues, and was very responsive to our questions. The listing is peaceful, private, and incomparable scenic. Would highly recommend this listing for large groups, just be aware it is a ~1.5 hours to San Juan. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!

We loved these accommodations! Loved that we were on a canal (so beautiful, and great for renting a boat for a few days), the lanai/pool was very spacious and inviting, and our experience from the very start was positive and friendly. The description mentioned 2 king beds, but there was 1, and the living room furniture isn’t what is pictured, but none of that caused any issues for us. We greatly appreciated the kitchenware that was available for use. Even though we didn’t make use of the grill, it was clean and available. So happy for the washer/dryer in the garage. Beds were very comfortable! We felt very safe - wonderful neighborhood. We’d be happy to return!

We had a lovely stay! The home and outdoor area are both spacious and we found the house to be very clean when we arrived. The pool and view in the back are amazing - we may have loved the pool more than the ocean! For us, the ocean and many restaurants were easily walkable and the bikes were super fun for exploring the neighborhood. There were a few visible maintenance issues that I didn’t expect at this price point - this place could be perfect with some new outdoor chairs, replacing a chipped toilet, either removing or fully retracting the outdoor movie screen, etc.

A great neighborhood! Loved the area along the beach for restaurants and breakfast. The cabana style apartments were great and we instantly felt at home. Melissa was more than helpful!

The place is exactly how it’s shown on pictures, safe, private and clean. The host was responsive with my questions and I had no issues. Definitely coming back again.

This charming beach house made for an unforgettable part of our trip! Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was a real treat, and the sunsets from the house were absolutely breathtaking. The staff who welcomed us were incredibly kind and accommodating—they even let us store some items in the fridge before check-in without any hassle. As described, the house has a "rustic" feel, but for us, it brought back nostalgic memories of summer cabin stays. The beach itself was stunning and never had more than 15 people on it at a time, making it feel wonderfully peaceful. I was also impressed by how well the air conditioners kept the space cool. The surrounding area offers plenty of great dining options, many within walking distance. Our favorite spot for breakfast was Surf Box, just an 8-minute drive away. If you're looking for a cozy getaway where you open your front door onto the beach and soak in the relaxed atmosphere, this is the perfect place for a couple of nights!

My family had an unfortgettable trip. This was our third time that Debby opened our home to us. For the last three years, she has been extremely responsive and respective. We keep coming back for the amazing location and amenities that Debby provides as part of the stay. We have two young children and the house includes everything you would need to entertain and stay with kids. We highly recommend the location and hospitality that Debby provides!

This was everything we had hoped for and more. A gorgeous beachfront home with spectacular ocean views! The pictures are exactly what it looks like in person. We stayed a week and ended it on my birthday. Strolls along the long shoreline, pelicans flying by, dolphins swimming right out front, morning runs with beautiful sunrises and of course some of the most amazing sunsets! The property manager, Arlan, was on it and made sure we were well taken care of. We even met the owner who came by a couple of times to meet some workers. Also, Very nice and courteous! La casa es muy cómoda, muy espaciosa, tiene todo lo que necesitas y más. Tiene una linda playa, la piscina buenísima, amplio patio para las mascotas que estaban felices. En general la casa tiene muchas cosas muy buenas, algo que nos ayudó mucho, fue que uno de los días por cosas de la naturaleza habían medusas en el mar y no nos pudimos meter, pero como la casa tiene piscina estuvimos todo el día felices en la piscina, veíamos a las casas cercanas sin piscina los vecinos no podían meterse al mar y no tenían piscina, por lo que eso es un plus importante de la casa y lo otro excelente que tiene es Sugey y Alejandro, los cuidadores de la casa, no solo mantenían la casa limpia sino que se salieron de su camino para ayudarnos con mi hermana que tuvo una llanta flat a varios minutos de la casa, estuvieron siempre muy pendiente de nosotros. Fue el fin de semana de mi cumpleaños y fue perfecto! Sin duda alguna volveremos!!!

Absolutely beautiful! We have always wanted to go on a family vacation with front view of the beach! The house is amazingly beautiful and well equipped. AC, kitchen, towels, creams, off spray, games you name it, it was there. The amazing view of the beach. A pool table. I'm telling you, everything. It was the best family vacation we have had. Our dreams came true! Thank you.

The house is a great floor plan and well appointed. The views are amazing. We had some unforeseen issues with the AC when we arrived, but the host promptly delivered 3 fans and communicated with us extraordinarily well while that issue was being tended to. Things are going to happen on vacation, but how you respond to them is memorable and Lydia was at the top of her game. We have owned a vacation rental property for 18+ years, so we understand that “stuff happens”. Thanks, Lydia, for pulling out all the stops to ensure our comfort and happiness.

Henry’s place was the perfect place for some deep relaxation! Right on the water, with beautiful grounds and hammocks that were perfect for drifting in and out of sleep, reading, and generally soothing the days away. The location too, was perfect. Just a few minutes from “downtown” and under ten minutes to the Brac Scuba Shack. The sea was a bit choppy right in front of the house, but on calm days, you could absolutely shore dive just out the front. While we were there, the other two units were unoccupied, which meant that we had the hammocks and pool to ourselves. The interior was perfectly appointed with a great kitchen and comfy couches. Communication was impeccable. We would absolutely return!

Kathleen’s place is really beautiful. The views from the decks are amazing. The kitchen was great. Everything you needed. New shiny appliances. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms and the main floor was the perfect temp with the ocean breezes. Great showers with plenty of hot water. We loved being right on the beach. It is a big place where we were all able to find our own place to be. The beach is lovely, good waves for boogie boarding and jumping waves. There are kayaks to use which is nice as well. Great restaurants on the beach that you can walk to on the beach. We went to the Beach House and it was delicious! I highly recommend Kathleen’s place!
