Carinthie : locations de vacances dans des lofts

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, besonders auch wegen der guten Konditionen.

Wir waren 7 Tage in einer sehr schönen geräumigen Wohnung im Zentrum vom Velden, mit einer tollen Aublick direkt auf das Casino und sogar ein Stück vom Wörthersee . Vom kleinen Südbalkon lässt ich bei einer Guten flasche Wein aus einer gewissen Entfernung sogar noch das Treiben auf dem Casioncorso beobachten. Durch die Zentrumslage sind im Umkreis von 300m Lebensmittelgeschäften, Bäcker, Restaurants und Bars perfekt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr nette freundliche hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Für die Zerntrumslage eine relativ ruhig Lage. Mit den üblichen Hintergrundgeräuschen am Wörtherseenordufer in Velden von Autobahn und Bahnstrecke ist aber auch in dieser Wohnung bei falscher Windrichtung zu rechnen. Durch die perfekte Lage würden wir jederzeit wieder in der tollen Wohnung übernachten.

Die Wohnungen Valentina und April haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnungen und Küchen waren weitestgehend gut ausgestattet um einfache und schnelle Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Die Umgebung ist sehr anspruchsvoll, da es tatsächlich sehr steil ist und auch der Supermarkt liegt etwas oberhalb der Unterkunft. Der gleiche Weg führt auch recht steil zur Skipiste, ist also mit den Klamotten ein ausreichendes Aufwärmprogramm! Mit Skischuhen sollte man vorsichtig sein, weil wir viele Leute gesehen haben die hingefallen sind, wir haben Straßenschuhe genommen und die Skischuhe hoch getragen, die normalen Schuhe dann am Lift eingeschlossen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und auch das Skigebiet ist super schön. An einem Mittwoch Abend war outdoor-Musik bis 11pm mit einem DJ auf dem kleinen Platz unterhalb der Unterkunft, wenn man nicht gerade selbst dort war, hört man das sehr laut noch in der Wohnung. Wir können die Wohnungen aber auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

La mia famiglia e una coppia di amici con 3 bambini abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte: ma è stato fantastico!!!!Sicuramente torneremo per soggiornare qualche giorno in più. Il posto è come da foto e poi l'arredamento è curato e pensato per farti sorprendere ma anche farti sentire a casa. Bellissimo loft, molto luminoso,molto pulito e profumato! I nostri bambini erano super entusiasti!continuavano a chiederci se saremmo tornati. Parcheggi a portata di mano. In cucina non mancava nulla. Complimenti al padrone di casa.

We’ve had a very pleasant stay in this airbnb! The place was clean, there was good wifi and has a beautiful view of the mountains and river. Also the downstairs neighbor is very friendly :) !

I spent the last three months in this apartment, working as a ski instructor. I have been coming to Bad Gastein for many years. Although its not in the very centre of Bad Gastein, its only a 10m walk there, but its located in the old Bad Gastein with a selection of the best restaurants in the village. So a perfect location really. Also the buss connections in Mozartplatz a few minutes away will take you any place you wish. In summary, I was so happy in this apartment during my stay, and will probably rebook again next time. The apartment is built in the 1960’s, not the most modern, but it had everything I needed. For those expecting super luxury, its not that kind of a place, but you will need to pay 5x more for that!! A well equipped kitchen, even a remote control Japanese toilet ! I loved the rather large balcony, the views of the mountains from the kitchen window (and living room window). Perfect for me, but not so large, so max 2 adults and 2 kids, or three adults.

What a find! We spent a glorious long weekend at this special place. Barbara is a superb host, communication was excellent including fantastic restaurant recommendations! The „Gartennest“ is immaculate and the attention to detail next level. Thank you for a magnificent stay in Klagenfurt. We will be back!

The loft provided an excellent place to stay. Everything was clean and all items listed were working as they should. Great quiet area just outside of Villach.
