Carloforte : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

La nostra vacanza nella casa di Laura è una meraviglia. Purtroppo i giorni sono volati. Grazie mille per l'accoglienza è disponibilità. La torta di benvenuto fatta dalla mamma di Laura. La posizione è meravigliosa a due passi dal mare favoloso. Un grande ringraziamento anche alla sorella di Laura, ch'è stata molto disponibile su tutto. Non vedo l'ora di tornare di nuovo, grazie di❤️

E' stata una esperienza molto positiva e bella, sopra tutto grazie alla posizione dell'immobile situato al centro del paese. L'appartamento è molto comodo, funzionale , pratico e pulito dotato di tutti i confort elencati nel sito. Le spiagge dell'isola sono veramente belle, raggiungibili max nei 30 min, con panorami incantevoli e unici . Daniela è stata molto gentile, riservata e sempre disponibile, consigliandoci ristoranti, spiagge e luoghi da visitare. Ci torneremo sicuramente per beneficiare della tranquillità e della cordialità ricevuta dagli isolani in queste tre settimane trascorse a Sant'Antioco. Grazie ancora Daniela

Ampio appartamento con tutte le comodità per una piacevolissima permanenza nella fantastica isola di San Pietro. In particolare, ha il vantaggio di essere a due passi dal centro e di avere la possibilità di parcheggiare all’ingresso, oltre ad avere il supermercato più grande di Carloforte proprio sotto casa. Grazie a Salvatore per l’accoglienza e la flessibilità!

Ein kleines Juwel in Carloforte! Das Apartment ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und auch auch Kleinigkeiten war bereits gedacht. Seife im Bad und der Küche, ein Fön, eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank und auch bereits Kaffeepulver. Die Lage an einer der Hauptstraßen von Carloforte ist absolut top. Restaurants, Cafés etc. in unmittelbarer Umgebung, was will man mehr. Uns persönlich hat ein Balkon / eine kleine Terrasse gefehlt, um auch einmal draußen sitzen zu können, da wir mit Kind unterwegs sind. Aber es ist ein Nice to have. Michela selbst war sehr zuvorkommend, schnell erreichbar und hat uns jederzeit gut weitergeholfen. Wir würden gern wiederkommen!

Alloggio spazioso e piacevole, perfetto per una vacanza di mare. Forse a noi che piace cucinare avrebbe fatto piacere trovare qualche utensile in più e magari più nuovi. Posizione ottima, vicino al centro e al lungo mare, in poco tempo con lo scooter o la macchina si raggiungono tutte le spiagge dell’isola e si è anche vicini a Calasetta. Eugenia è sempre stata gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi dubbio o necessità. Sicuramente consigliato e magari un giorno ci torneremo!

This has been my favorite Airbnb during our visit to Sardinia. The flat is perfectly located just above the piazza and close to all the great restaurants. Surprisingly, you don’t hear any noise from the piazza if you need peace and quiet (incredible windows and screens). But I thoroughly enjoyed opening the windows to look down below, listen to live music, or enjoy café early in the morning before getting my day started. The flat is beautiful and I especially loved the sun roofs/vents in the bedrooms on the second floor. Having a bathroom on both floors was very convenient too. Alessandra was extremely responsive both before and after check in. I look forward to staying with her again during our next visit!

Siamo stati alla Baby House per il secondo anno. Come la precedente esperienza ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamento è veramente bello, arredato con gusto, curata nei minimi dettagli e pulitissima. I Sig. Grazia, Gianni e Giulia sono gentili e premurosi. Ormai non è possibile pensare alle vacanze a Calasetta senza soggiornare presso questo gioiello.

Wir haben eine Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht und es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, wir haben die Veranda mit Blick auf das Meer und grünem Garten sehr genossen und es war sehr ruhig und erholsam, trotzdem konnte man Läden und Restaurants schnell erreichen. wir waren für 5 Nächte mit zwei Kindern und Hund in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. trotz Wind und Wetter hat man auf der Terrasse eine gute Möglichkeit zum Essen und verweilen. wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und konnten so auch gut die umliegenden Strände erkunden. erwähnenswert sind auch die bequemen Betten und das schöne Badezimmer. insgesamt eine sehr gute Mischung von alt und neu!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

We had a lovely time staying in Sant'Antioco. The area is fantastic and the flat was well placed to explore both on foot and by car. The flat itself was well proportioned and had everything we needed in it; the AC was apricated in the bedrooms and we made the most of the beautiful courtyard with the lemon trees.

Portoscuso è un paesino meraviglioso in quella regione - Sardegna - che io da italiano vivente in Germania definisco il paradiso italiano. La casa di Chiara e Livio è in un posto mozzafiato, a pochissimi metri da un mare meraviglioso, super tranquillo, da sogno! La casa è anche fantastica, non manca nulla, ha un fascino marittimo incredibile! L’interazione coi proprietari anche perfetta, gentili, simpatici e sempre disponibili! Grazie tantissimo per questa vacanza da sogno!

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind hervorragend, ebenso die Erreichbarkeit und das unkomplizierte und kostenfreie parken. Supermarkt, nette Cafés, Restaurants etc sind in direkter Nachbarschaft. Besonders haben wir die unaufgeregte und entspannte Atmosphäre genossen in Sant‘Antioco genossen. Frischen Fisch kann man direkt von Fischer vor dem Haus kaufen, der jeden Tag zum fischen fährt. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern (2&6) da und hatten keinerlei Probleme. Sehr gute Ausstattung wie Waschmaschine, Strandspielzeug, Stühle, Sonnenschirme etc. Danke für die tolle Urlaubszeit!

Tout était parfait avec Gian, nous avons rencontré ses parents qui nous ont accueillis à l'arrivé et ont répondu à nos questions. Ils étaient adorable. La maison est parfaite, l'emplacement idéal face a la mer. Calasetta était également magnifique. A recommander sans hésitation ! merci Gian, Carla et Antoine !

Wir hatten 7 wunderschöne Tage in Patrizia’s Apartment. Unsere Ankunft war am Abend, weshalb wir erstmal von dem vermeintlich verlassenen Hotelkomplex mitten in der Natur überrascht waren. Doch das Apartment von Patrizia ist liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir gar nicht mehr weg wollten. Die Umgebung ist ein absoluter Traum für Strandliebhaber und Freunde der Natur. Mit dem Auto ist die Umgebung sehr gut zu erkunden und man erreicht viele sehr schöne und ruhige Strände. Da wir nach der Hauptsaison dort waren, war der Hotelkomplex wenig besucht. Wir hatten den Pool fast für uns alleine und es war sehr ruhig und entspannend. Jeden Abend konnten wir den atemberaubenden Ausblick direkt aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Ein absolutes Highlight. Die Unterkunft ist für jeden zu empfehlen, der ruhige Tage in der Natur und am Meer genießen und dabei gleichzeitig in einem schönen gemütlichen Zuhause wohnen möchte. Empfehlung!!!

Antonia was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The accomodations were great and very roomie. The location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants in town. Thank you Antonia for making our stay enjoyable 😊

Der Aufenthalt war super - top ausgestattete Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend mit wundervollem Meerblick. Mit dem Auto sind sie wunderschönen Strände an der Südküste gut zu erreichen sowie Restaurants und Supermärkte etc. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet und die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, flexibel und herzlich. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter 😊

Beautiful location and lovely apartment!

Really nice place. We loved the view, the terrace, the jacuzzi and the grill. The furnitures and every little detail in the house completed our stay, so nice and beautiful. Noemi was so helpful and kind. Parking is no problem. We were a little surprised that the neighbours were so close, but it was not a problem at all. A quiet area and we almost didn't see or hear them. We will for sure be back. We traveled a family at four with 2 young adults, for 14 days. Really nice stay in a beautiful and clean house, love it.

Agréable séjour en période de fin d'année (22/12 au 04/01) dans ce logement bien fonctionnel pour une famille de 4 personnes. Nous étions à Cagliari pour accompagner notre fille qui séjourne en Sardaigne dans le cadre d'Erasmus. Les 2 salles de bain sont un plus très appréciable. Le voisinage est calme et la plage à proximité permet les promenades quotidiennes. Martina et Daniele nous ont offert le traditionnel panettone à la vielle de Noël. Nous avons bien apprécié ! Bonne Année à eux !!

Vacanza splendida. Appartamento molto comodo pulitissimo, dotato di tutto il necessario a 2 passi dalla bella spiaggia. Flavia e suo marito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili; abbiamo apprezzato il ceck in e il ceck out flessibili, le chiare indicazioni, i consigli per le spiagge e i ristoranti. Abbiamo sorseggiato piacevolmente la bottiglia di vermentino che ci hanno lasciato in frigo sulla bella terrazza. Appartamento situato in posizione strategica vicino alle più belle spiagge del Sud e vicino a Cagliari Barumini, Nola per le visite culturali. Consigliato!
