Eileen’s place was perfect for what we wanted. The food she left for us was very generous, more so than any other airbnb property we have ever stayed in and made us feel very welcome. The beds were very comfortable and the property was nice and warm. Useful having two showers with 5 of us staying in the property. There was everything that we needed for the couple of days. Although we never met Eileen her husband and other family members were really helpful & responsive. We have family in the area and would be more than happy to stay in Eileen’s property again.

Brendan was an amazing host and did everything in his power to help myself and my friends. We really appreciate all he did for us. The place was spotless and felt homely. Couldn’t recommend a better a place than here.

The accommodation was superb and had everything we needed. Plenty of space and a lovely peaceful location. A wonderful weekend!

We had an amazing stay at the cottage! Feeding Pluto the peacock, the donkeys and chickens was such a treat. Ciaran helped us with any questions we had and we loved visiting family and staying in such a magical place. We hired a car and visited nearby beaches, the trees of Avondale and local towns. A little piece of our 💚 will always be here xx

Had such a lovely stay in Marie’s place. In beautiful surroundings, peaceful yet within very easy distance of the lovely village of Graiguenamanagh and Kilkenny town, with lots of places to explore nearby. The cottage itself had every comfort. We arrived to a lovely cosy lit stove and Marie was such a welcoming host, gave lots of recommendations and even checked in advance to see if a local restaurant was opened for us to eat there. We really appreciated it. Beds super comfortable and cosy, had the best sleep! Really looking forward to coming back to explore more of the area and to stay here again. A perfect place for a group gathering! Very spacious and well laid out for lots of guests. Had everything we needed and the hosts were so helpful, responsive and happy to answer any questions I had. The video of the entrance of the house before check in was helpful and I felt the photos of the house don’t do it justice as the surrounds and views are beautiful! Highly recommend! And only 10 min drive from Bunclody that has everything in it (shop, food, take away with delivery, coffee, etc)

What a wonderful place to stay! I just wish we could have stayed longer. Alison’s mother was so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast items were so generous. You could not find a better place to stay ! Thanks a million Alison and her lovely mom

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit auf der Farm. Inmitten der Natur war das Loft mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Kevin hat uns viel erklärt und gezeigt. Unser Sohn durfte aktiv beim Versorgen der Tiere mithelfen. Außerdem waren die beiden Hunde immer zum Kuscheln bereit. Wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung haben wir von Josie gleich am ersten Tag erhalten. Es war so toll, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt spontan um zwei Nächte verlängert haben. Insgesamt einfach nur zu empfehlen!!!!!

We were staying in this house 4th times and every time we are happy to come back. In the apartment everything as on the photos, always cleaned, beautiful view to the mountains, the owner doesn’t disturb you. You could relax and enjoy your trip. Thanks, Carolina

This is an old town house which was a former family home, so its just like a home from home. Its not a five star hotel or guest house but then neither is our own home place and we are perfectly happy there just as we were in this house for our weekend in Graiguenamanagh. Lorraine could not have been more helpful. - Answering any questions we had before booking - Meeting at a time that suited us to hand over keys and explain the running of the house and what was available locally. - Stocking up with Tea, Coffee, Milk, Bread, Jam and Biscuits. - Being at the end of the phone over the weekend to recommend restaurants etc. Grainuenamanagh Our first time and we were all blown away by the beauty of the area. Beautiful towns and villages of character. Indeed 2 minutes from the house there is access to miles upon miles of paradise for any runner or walker in the form of the Barrow way. Why is this area not promoted more from a tourism perspective? If your looking for a place to hide away watching TV on a 40" screen this is not the place for you. However if it a nice home to lay your head after days exploring the beauty of this area then it ticks the boxes. We will be back

I wish I could have moved in. I didn’t want to leave. It was magical and beautiful. Breda was so kind. In love with the horses 😁. They are extremely thoughtful and even gave me a present for my birthday. Made me feel happy to be there.

In the historic center of Muin Bheag, this apartment stay was terrific. It’s private, spacious, and clean. The town restaurants are easily walkable.

we had stayed for one night in this beautiful home and It was a great stay we ever had.The home is very beautiful, neat, organized well and feels very comfy and relaxed.Christine is very friendly and a responsible Host.She is very approachable and helpful and care you as a family member.She drop off me to the railway station and even after I forgot to handover the keys ,she drove back to station without any hesitation,she is such a kind hearted woman.If you are looking for a wonderful calm and relaxed stay, Don't think more,this is the perfect one.We will surely comeback again. The flat was clean and comfortable and well located in the town centre.

The hosts are very welcoming and on hand when needed. The accommodation is in a great location with plenty of outside space as well as plenty of room inside for the six of us. Everywhere was clean and well presented and provided everything we wanted. The only slightly negative issue was, because of the country location, the internet connection wasn’t always reliable but I would still happily book another holiday at Coolanowle.

Great communication and responses from both Bella and Ann. The place was very well kept and the beds extremely comfortable. The surrounding house and land is picturesque with gorgeous views out of each window!

I booked Aisling’s place for a work trip, Aisling was a very helpful host and always responsive. The accommodation was in a great location and was very clean and comfortable

Sheona's apartment wqs immaculate, very comfortable. Sheona is very conscientious of all needs of her guests. The apartment is located in an excellent spot for walking to all amenities including various river walks. Playground nearby for children. Excellent communication. Beautiful spot. Would highly recommend
