Carlsbad : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Jaime was a great host. His property was immaculate and had everything we needed. The house looked brand new and was great for my family of five to explore New Mexico. We visited both Carlsbad Caverns and White Sands National parks, Roswell and Cloudcroft. Missed out on Guadalupe National Park though. I would highly recommend Jaime’s place to anyone. We stayed at Brendan’s while visiting Guadalupe Mountains National Park and Carlsbad Cavern! The place was clean and located in a nice area. We definitely appreciated the hot tub after hiking! Would recommend staying here.

My kids absolutely enjoyed this home and the trees house was the icing on the cake for them. The house is really close to town so everything is a short drive from it. Would highly recommend this house if you have little kids.

Clean and spacious home, fast response from host. We had a great time! The only thing to caution other guests (not the host’s fault because their listing is accurate) is that they don’t have shower gel or shampoo at the house, so you’ll need to bring or get your own.

Jessica goes above and beyond to excel as a host--setting the bar high as an example for others. Everything was as promised and we lacked for nothing--even though unexpected weather (snow and rain) interfered with our plans to visit Guadalupe Mountain National Park. However, we had a great time as planned inside the Carlsbad Caverns. We know where we want to stay whenever we return--this is the place.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was cozy and quiet. It was everything we wanted and needed it to be.

We stayed at Katherine's place with our three children as a base to explore Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Park! The property was clean, looked exactly like the pictures, and had lots of space for us to spread out. Well stocked with things to do in the evening (excercise equipment, games and puzzles) and near a nice park by the water. Katherine was super responsive and welcoming. If we ever come back to Carlsbad, we would definitely stay here again!

Joaquin's place was great during our Spring Break visit to the Carlsbad area. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of space for our family to enjoy the warm temps and sunshine, and serve as our home base while we visited the caverns and hiked in the Lincoln NF.

We stayed at Joann's place for a night between National Park camping excursions, and it was just the place we needed to refresh our family! Plenty of hot water for all of us to take a (much-needed!) shower, and the laundry area was clean and generously stocked. The decor was cute, beachy, and tasteful! The master bed was very comfortable. The bunks were pretty creaky and you could feel the springs if you're an adult-sized person, but our kids weren't bothered in the slightest and all the bedrooms had great light-blocking shades! The house certainly had everything we needed, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. For families with kids, I would say just don't plan on using the outdoor space for play; there were bits of glass, nails, and some unsafe debris in the yard. Other than that, thank you Joann for a great stay!
