Our multigenerational family of six enjoyed our stay at Dan’s Oceanside home, and we will definitely stay here again. If you value privacy, safety, and comfort, you will love Dan’s place for you and your family. We are a no pet, no smoking, no alcohol drinking, no shoes indoors, environmentally conscious family and Dan’s clean, comfortable, safe, and relaxing home was the perfect find. If you enjoy cooking like we do, the kitchen is well equipped with excellent quality cookware and appliances. The house does not have central AC but there are ceiling fans, which we used, and portable fans (which we didn’t need to use) as the house gets a nice breeze throughout. If you are sensitive to sound, you can definitely hear some minimal noise from nearby highway and trains, but nothing we couldn’t tolerate. Hot tub operation is remotely controlled and requires contact with Dan to be heated. House manual with information/rules to make sure everyone has a pleasant stay, is respectful of property

We are local to Oceanside and we’re in need of a place to stay while work was done at our home. This is a great hidden local area. Right by an awesome park called Buddy Todd. Close drive to downtown Oceanside and Carlsbad. Very comfortable, quiet, and clean place to rent. The pool and hot tub were both very clean and a great perk too! All communication was quick and clear. Seamless rental process.

We had an amazing stay at Daniel’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space is bright and welcoming, with plenty of windows that offer a stunning ocean view. The pool and spa were the perfect spots to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and we loved having fun games to play both inside and outside in the backyard. The location was also a huge plus and close to restaurants and shopping, making it super convenient. Daniel was an outstanding host, very responsive, helpful, and always ensuring we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

Book this Airbnb! It’ll be the best stay you’ll ever experience. Lisa’s home is equipped with every thing you need for the beach and for feeling right at home! The outdoor area was so fun and really charming. The kitchen was fully equipped with any utensil or appliance you could imagine—extremely impressed and grateful to have it all on vacation! Truly could not have asked for a better place to stay or host! Beautiful home!!

The host care a lot about this property and you can tell in every way. It’s decorated perfectly you feel like you are in a magazine. The beds are super comfy and the couch is so nice to cuddle in. This house didn’t work well for my husband that was in a boot from an Achilles injury. We disturbed the tenant that shares the space. It was hard for us with our group ( 4 teenagers) to keep to the quiet hours at 9 pm (early to tell teens no talking and walking around.) Which is a bummer, because the house is really welcoming and well stocked ( again owners that care and you can tell) . This house is in a killer location. A really great mall is 15 minutes away, grocery delivery is super fast and it a short drive to the beach. I think you should consider their rules closely , we didn’t and it didn’t work out great for our stay. The host do really special things that make them stand out…your check in and navigating the house a breeze. They make a video to explain the house.

The stay was amazing for me and my 7 groomsmen. Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful location right by my wedding venue. Only thing that I wished was different was the water pressure. Water pressure was a little low so showering, dishwashing, and hand washing was a little harder than normal (very small detail but I want to be honest with feedback). Other than that one thing everything was SPOT ON!

We did a little staycation in Fallbrook for a friend's wedding and Phyllis's place was AMAZING! Absolutely gorgeous, so spacious, and felt like a home away from home. It was a little tricky navigating the windy road up arriving in the dark, but once we did it once it was easy! Everything inside was easy to find with labels and Phyllis was so thoughtful with some snacks and wine left out for us. I was so sad we didn't get to spend more time at the house since we spent all day on Saturday getting ready for the wedding and attending wedding festivities. I love Monserate Winery and would love to come back here to properly relax and enjoy the scenery and Monserate! Thanks so much, Phyllis!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Great place to stay! We took the kids to Legoland, it was about a 25 minute drive. Pool and hot tub was great! Definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay! The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to local activities but still quiet and relaxing. Eric and Neda were incredibly welcoming and exceptional hosts. Highly recommend!

Life is about making wonderful memories for yourself and others. And Vita Bella certainly did that for us and our families. Sue and Dennis were terrific throughout our stay and were very accommodating to our requests. The property was outstanding from the house itself to the backyard oasis to the front porch sunsets. Absolutely stunning.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful healing home! The location is so peaceful and the views are spectacular. Sitting outside is just so serene, and the smell outside was just divine! We did not feel like we had to leave to do any other activities; the sauna, hot tub, pool, and fire pit were amazing. So many places indoors and outdoors to hang out and enjoy. The hosts were super responsive and friendly. All was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The home is so well stocked with everything you may need; kitchen supplies, toiletries, ample towels, board games, yoga equipment etc. They even provided shower steamer tablets to make us feel like we were in a spa! I would definitely come back here. Thank you for an awesome trip!

This place was amazing! We only wish we had more time to enjoy it. We just got married and needed a place to a night for a quick little getaway and it was everything as posted, but so much more!! We have done many Airbnb’s over the years and this is in the top 2! Private, quiet, peaceful, super clean and perfect for a romantic getaway! We will definitely be back to explore all the options that are available! Like drinking glass of wine by the outdoor fireplace! If you book this place will definitely not be disappointed at all! Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves.
