My family and I loved this home- in fact it was by far and away the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! The layout was great, the furniture, beds and pillows were so comfortable. The decor was as if we were in someone’s actual home- it made us feel welcome and at home vs other striped down Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. The neighborhood was a plus- quiet and close to so many things and places we had planned on going to before we knew the exact location of the home. None of us wanted to leave- my older son wanted to just live there he liked it so much. We would love the opportunity to stay here again when we return to San Diego. Thank you for everything Kyle!

great location and amenities - we really appreciated the garage parking spot as it's in a popular beach area. Easy access to the beach boardwalk, and the house has a nice saltwater pool and spa with all the floaties and life jackets for the kids. We found everything we needed to have a fantastic spring break!

Nestled in the scenic hills of El Cajon, the property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and feels like a true retreat. Every detail, from the plush linens to the fully stocked kitchen, made us feel pampered and at home. Waking up to the golden California sun streaming through the windows and enjoying coffee on the patio with panoramic views was a daily highlight. The outdoor space is a dream—lush landscaping, a relaxing seating area, and the kind of quiet that lets you truly unwind. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Whether you’re looking to explore San Diego or just relax in a serene setting, this is the perfect place. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning our next trip!

We had a great stay over spring break! Our group was 5 adults & 4 children, but we never felt cramped! The neighborhood is charming and felt safe, even to this small town family. We walked into the Kensington main street area most days - for coffee (Starbucks), acai bowls & organic groceries (Stehly Farms Market), pizza, burgers (kids eat free on Tuesday!), and ice cream (you MUST try the Ube & Toffee flavor at Stella Jeans)! :) The kids loved the pool/ hot tub, although it was a shame the pool guy never checked in over our weeklong stay. With 4 children in the pool every day, the water was cloudy by the time we left. I blame myself for not letting Zeina and Mo know, as they were responsive for all my other queries. The casita was a blessing for grandma and grandpa, who needed their quiet time. The only real complaint I heard from our group was that the house smells stale (like the charming old house it is) and the laundry/pingpong area smells of mildew. Opening doors helped!

Miguel’s home was the perfect stay for my business partner and I! Such a beautiful and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything! Would absolutely stay here again!

There are simply not enough stars to rate this exceptional home! This mid-century modern home was impeccable — interior design was gorgeous, exterior was serene and flowed with the open living. The pool was well maintained and every detail to make guests comfortable were taken. We loved our time there! I can’t thank you enough Lacee for making our trip truly wonderful. We hope to come back soon!

The place was excellent for me and my family. It was homey, spacious, had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful. Loved the location and the home. Was near everything we needed. The home was clean and provided everything as the description stated.

John & Susie were great host. Very responsive leading up to checking in. The place was fantastic, the property is large and the surrounding area was great. They really make it hard for you to want to come back home. This place has everything. As far as food… there was plenty of options and all a short drive away. Truly a super great experience for me and the kids. Going back is a no brainer. Thank you guys!

This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

The home was in a great location, close to downtown Vista. Huge yard, beautiful and green and the home was clean and spacious. Jack was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I would definitely book again!

This spot is so cozy and quiet. Very convenient for visiting SDSU and other local attractions. I also appreciated being able to park behind the gate in the driveway instead of street parking.

Randy’s place was fantastic. It was as described and depicted in photos. Randy was a great host. He was very accommodating and accessible. The place was comfortable and clean. The living space/kitchen/dining area was great for our group of 6 adults. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and quiet. The location was amazing. One small block to the beach. The grocery store and coffee/bars are so close. We used the bikes, Prokadima and beach chairs. Such a great place for the price. Thank you Randy for sharing your place with us!

This place is amazing! The location is priceless. It’s steps to the beach and literally next to the restaurants, breakfast/lunch cafe across the street. Would definitely stay there again!

Charming little Cottage in a perfect, downtown La Jolla location. Walk to anything. La Jolla Cove and beaches. Grocery store and restaurants all in walking distance.

Marjorie and Dan’s home was vey nice, clean and bright. We felt very comfortable there. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Our multigenerational family of six enjoyed our stay at Dan’s Oceanside home, and we will definitely stay here again. If you value privacy, safety, and comfort, you will love Dan’s place for you and your family. We are a no pet, no smoking, no alcohol drinking, no shoes indoors, environmentally conscious family and Dan’s clean, comfortable, safe, and relaxing home was the perfect find. If you enjoy cooking like we do, the kitchen is well equipped with excellent quality cookware and appliances. The house does not have central AC but there are ceiling fans, which we used, and portable fans (which we didn’t need to use) as the house gets a nice breeze throughout. If you are sensitive to sound, you can definitely hear some minimal noise from nearby highway and trains, but nothing we couldn’t tolerate. Hot tub operation is remotely controlled and requires contact with Dan to be heated. House manual with information/rules to make sure everyone has a pleasant stay, is respectful of property

Michael was a great host. I really appreciated the opportunity to check in early even though it didn’t work out. I also appreciated the fast and efficient communication. The house was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for your hospitality!

We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

Our group travels annually for cycling trips and Tim's place worked fantastic for us. The outdoor areas were a hit for our group. The kitchen is well appointed and the bedrooms are separated from the common areas so they are quiet. Tim met us at check in and outlined the home audio system and kitchen. We would definitely enjoy staying at Tim's for future trips.

The host was incredibly responsive and quickly took care of any issues that arose, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The backyard was a highlight—serene, peaceful, and beautifully landscaped. The value for the price was definitely worth it, and we'd highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

I had a fantastic stay at Erick’s Airbnb in Pacific Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Erick was a great host, very responsive and helpful throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot in PB. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a perfect stay. We needed a large space for a family dinner and this home felt like a resort. We are so appreciative of the beautiful location, vast amount of space and lovely accommodating hosts. We will definitely be renting again in the future! Highly recommend.
