We had an amazing stay at Anthony’s place in University Heights! The location is perfect. Close to great local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Plus, the off-street parking for one car is super convenient. There’s even a huge park next door, which was a nice bonus. The best part for us was that it’s pet friendly, so we were able to bring our dog Boba, making the trip complete. Overall, a fantastic experience! Will stay here again for sure.

Great location. It's near a surfer beach, but if you're comfy with the ocean, it's a great hang. Also, within about 10m of the main La Jolla Beach which is superb. Cy has all your needs for a great beach stay: boogie board, umbrella, towels, chairs, sand mat, toys. Close location to some decent food. Cy communicates quickly and thoroughly, but otherwise stays out of your way. Place was very clean with a cool shower head. Neighbors in the apartment were very friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend for a beach stay.

I absolutely loved it here. My 5 girlfriends and I spend four nights here; we had the best time ever. We are all 21 and 22 years old, and there was so much to do everyday. Aside from the many beach bars and restaurants that are walking distance from the AirBnb, we also spent an amazing day in La Jolla (only a 20 min uber). Our itinerary was jam packed and we got the absolute most out of our stay because of how great the AirBnb location is!

Was perfect for our weekend soccer getaway. Very centrally located to beach, SoCal soccer fields, The Flower Fields at Carlsbad, Upick strawberries at Carlsbad and Windmill Food Hall were some of the attractions we enjoyed. Everything was clean. Could definitely hear the freeway traffic when door was opened but the construction of the home did block out most of the noise. We appreciated the white noise maker that was provided. Would definitely stay again.

I mean you can not beat the views here! Beautiful clean beach just down the stairs, stunning indoor space and decor, comfortable bed, fantastic shower, easy walking to anything you need, parking space included, fire pit, palm trees… did I mention the views? Seriously, we loved it all and the Oceanview area! So much so that we decided to stay an extra 4 days! Can’t recommend Lauren’s place enough. If you are considering this location, just book it! You will be so glad you did.

We had a very nice stay! It was very clean and comfortable. The instructions were clear and accurate. The location is perfect to get to nearly anywhere in the area easily. There were lots of "extras" in the house to make it a great stay! Thank you!

A beautiful, charming spot in the heart of La Jolla. This special space was perfect in every way. It had everything we needed. It is so close to the amazing ocean front for exploring and walking. The shops and many restaurants offer a great way to enjoy the town of La Jolla. I would highly recommend.

The home was in a great location, close to downtown Vista. Huge yard, beautiful and green and the home was clean and spacious. Jack was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I would definitely book again!

Very charming home and Meghan was a great host. She had recommendations printed, baby gear, and even some beverages for us to enjoy! She was responsive and made check out incredibly easy as we had a very early flight home. The neighborhood was great and had a lot to offer! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone, especially families!

Great place! The floor plan is incredibly accommodating, offering plenty of privacy and space for everyone. Four bedrooms (including the guest house) feature en-suite bathrooms, and the bunk room has a bathroom conveniently located right next to it. The outdoor spaces were fantastic as well— beautifully landscape and perfect for relaxing or gathering together. We also appreciated that the house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with essentials like garbage bags, as well as some extra touches, such as hotel-style toiletries. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Kev's place was my home for about 4 months due to my bathrooms being repaired. I received great service and quick responses to any issues that we had with the house. Kev was very accommodating to me and my family. Thanks Kev for your hospitality. V/R Warren

My husband and two young kids stayed while our home was being renovated! The home was clean and had all sorts of fun activities inside! The pool was secure to keep the kids safe. Great house for a family get together.

Our stay was perfect. I don’t have a single complaint. April gave clear and helpful instructions which allowed a fast and easy check in. Our stay was very cozy, clean, and pleasantly smelling. I will be booking again in the near future.

I think that Matt is very friendly and the place was so nice and clean. I think it is one the best place to stay in San Diego, I would love to be back at it again when I’m there.

We have stayed here before, and the location could not be more perfect- it is so close to the beach and walkable to a dozen restaurants. The house is stocked with everything you need to cook to be at the beach (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc) and is very comfortable for a family! Highly recommend.

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Great location between the harbor and the beach with a nice pool and hot tub

This was a great location with easy access to the airport, beach, and local restaurants. The place was very clean and easy to find. If you are bringing a vehicle larger than a four-door sedan, be aware that the alley and garage space are VERY tight. We had a rental SUV and it was pretty stressful trying to avoid scratches getting into the garage. But if you take it slow, you can make an SUV fit. That being said, we would absolutely return to this condo!

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

La Costa is a beautiful place to stay. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Lovely well equipped apartment.

Thank you for a great stay in Oceanside! The place was very comfortable and so amazing to be that close to the ocean! We will return! The only thing that was disappointing (that the host couldn’t control obviously) was the amount of kids and toddlers in the hot tub constantly. Again, it was a beautiful location and we will be back!

We truly loved our stay at Junn place. It was so close to everything, maybe 10-12 min from everywhere we wanted to tour around SD. Junn even offered some local recommendations since it was our first time in the area. The place felt so cozy and homey. We are clean freaks and this passed our standards. We would love to stay again if we come to the area in the future. Thank you Junn.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids - 8 years and 6 years) had an amazing time! The location cannot be beat. There are views of the Pacific Ocean from every room, you are just steps away from the boardwalk and beach, and it's easy walking distance to restaurants, groceries, ice cream, and more. The building itself is a quick 15-20 minute drive from most attractions in San Diego. We felt very safe here and had no worries about having the ground floor windows open. The entire space was clean, spacious, and stocked with every item you could possibly need. The beds were super cozy and we loved falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves! The heated pool, hot tub, and beach toys were a huge hit with the kids. We loved having access to an underground parking space and did not have any issues fitting our Kia Sportage. The on-site shared laundry space (in the garage) was easy to use and accepts credit cards. We cannot wait to return in the future!
