Great place for a girls weekend. The place is exactly as described and very clean. Would definitely come again!

Great host everything just as described

Great farmhouse! Perfect for large families to pack in for a northern New Years trip at a great value. The kitchen had everything we needed, including plenty of space to feed the family. The living room was cozy, and the bedrooms were perfect for our party. My wife even said, “this is the perfect house for us!” Thank you to our host, who provided a great space, and was responsive to our needs!

This home worked perfectly for us. The view of the frozen lake was enjoyable, especially with a cup of coffee in the morning. There were no problems walking the dog in the morning. My wife could walk along the paved road with no problems. The house was warm and enough bedrooms for our group of 6. The dining room table was large enough for everyone to sit down and have a nice breakfast. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a nice breakfast (scrambled eggs sausage, potatoes, toast and jelly). If we are up in the area we will definitely use this again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and super cute. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend this spot!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Ken’s place a lot! The house was very clean and had everything you might need from toiletries to games and books and to various kitchen utensils and spices. The wood-fired stove was a huge plus! The place is also very private and the location was 10/10 with only a 20min drive to Duluth. Overall, highly recommend!

Kirk’s cabin was a gem to stay at. Not only was the space exactly what we needed, it was located near some great places to eat as well. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the trails- guess that means we’ll have to come back!

The cabin is exquisitely appointed and pristine. The treehouse did not disappoint. Every detail was clearly carefully considered throughout and we felt right at home from the moment we drove up. All the fine details compelled us to actually research some of the furniture and go so far as to order the identical table as soon as we got home. What a delightfully fun, and somehow also relaxing, place to stay. Our only regret is not staying longer. We will be back!

Such a beautiful lake cabin with so many amenities! Love taking my coffee outdoors by the swing while watching the sunrise, listening to the chirping birds and sound of the water. I saw a woodpecker too! End the day having bonfires as well. Mesmerized just sitting on the couch looking at the panoramic view. So much cheaper than staying in Duluth where we planned most of our vacation and come home to this lake cabin. Enjoyed the patio from above where you can see more of the view of the lake. If only we knew how to kayak and use the boat. My cousin who came to visit truly enjoyed his stay! Host Robyn is ready to answer any question. Place is so clean, simple, organized and equipped. You won’t regret staying here.

Only the basics included in the kitchen - plates, cups and a few pots and pans, Cabins are close to each other so not a ton of privacy

Dans place was exactly what we needed for our event we attended. A very quiet stay .

From the time we pulled up till we walked out the door on the day of check-out we were blown away. The place is beautiful, Lisa seriously thought about everything! We all arrived after a very long drive and it was so inviting and warm walking in to see what we got to call home for our stay. If you get the opportunity to stay here you will not be disappointed. My husband and I felt like it was the perfect place for our family trip and wished we would have been able to stay longer! When we make it back to Cloquet again we will for sure be staying in this beautiful cabin home! Thanks for all the help and everything you allowed for our family to enjoy Lisa!

We had a wonderful time staying at The Point, enjoying a cozy weekend with friends. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our weekend stay in Minnesota!
