Carlton Landing : locations de vacances avec piscine

After our trip to Asheville, NC was cancelled due to the hurricane, we were looking for a nice quiet place with beautiful views to spend a few days. Kylie’s guest home was exactly what we were hoping for. It was so quiet and peaceful sitting on the back patio looking at the lake…and the sunrises coming over the hill were spectacular. The home is in beautiful condition , tastefully decorated and super clean ( which is saying a lot, because we are picky when it comes to clean). Kylie thought of every detail when supplying the home…so many extras that you don’t get in many rentals. If anyone is looking for relaxation, peace and quiet and stunning views, I couldn’t recommend a better place.

The Nest was perfect for our Girls’ Weekend! We had six girls stay and we didn’t feel cramped. It is decorated beautifully, fully stocked, and very cozy. Katy and Devin truly thought of everything (pickle ball gear, paddle board, kitchen gadgets, etc.) If you find yourself wishing the house had something during your stay, keep looking because it is probably there! Katy was extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend The Nest for your next visit to Carlton Landing!

The home is bigger than it looks in the photos. Huge dinner table easily fit our group of 10. Host was excellent and responded quickly. Nobody in our group had a single bad thing to say about this property or host!

House was very clean! The kitchen was immaculate and lots of pantry space to store groceries. The bunk room was the perfect space for 6 kids to sleep and play. Living area is larger than it appears in photos.

The house was in a great location! It was very darling, our kids loved all the little elements like the reading nook and especially the bunk beds. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed for the season which we wish had been made clear in the listing as the only other pool open over spring break was at max capacity.

We had a great stay at Jeremy's house. It was just as described. It's worth noting that the area of Carlton Landing where this house is located is still very much under construction and there was a fair amount of construction noise and gravel/dirt (roads haven't been paved yet near the house). That said, it's a very nice home. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing house and location! We would definitely visit again!

Our group stayed for a reading retreat and it was the perfect spot! Beautiful and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We stayed on a particularly cold weekend and had to cut our stay short due to the pipes freezing but Lindsay responded quickly and gave us the option to move to another location. She was very accommodating and we would definitely stay here again!
