The inside is nice clean space

The apartment was spotless. It has most of the main basic necessities. The only issue I had was with the thermostat, it kept resetting it self. For short term stay this is a great place. I wouldn’t recommend for long term stay due to you can’t send your mail or packages here because the host doesn’t allow it. Also there aren’t any storage bins to place your clothes in. Only a few hangers to hang clothes, otherwise nice place.

Plenty of space, nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. You can tell the owners take pride in their home/space. Clear communication from hosts. Would recommend. A++

Highly recommend Dave's place! It was the perfect location for us. It was very clean. Check-in was easy. There was plenty of hot water for two people to take showers. The bed was a little too soft for our aging backs, but still comfortable with good linens. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Not far from the airport.

Great location. Walkable to downtown and venues. Nice spot. Bedrooms on opposite ends for privacy. Had everything could need for a home base for our concert. Couldn’t hear other neighbors in building so calm place for our dog.

Phil was an amazing host. He was very helpful and responsive. His place is amazing and very clean. The building was nice and clean and very quiet. The tenants were super nice and friendly. I will definitely be using Phil again and I highly recommend him and his place.

Great cozy place to stay. Relaxing and peaceful little spot to get away to. The hosts were great and accommodating. The vibe of the house is welcoming and I would recommend anyone looking to unwind in an old world way.

Philips place was amazing. Very convenient and homey feels. It was so beautiful inside. Everything from the couch, to bed, to shower, was all so comfortable and relaxing. I almost want to purchase the same furniture! His home has everything we needed. We ran into some locals and they’re all friendly. Neighborhood is safe and close to everything. About a 45 minute walk to Lucas Oil stadium. I couldn’t ask for a better stay, if we’re back in Indy - I hope to book this place again!

Josh was the type of host I hope to get at all locations. His response time was very fast. The location was exactly as described. I plan on using Josh again in the future.

The apartment was exactly as pictured. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount and variety of dishes and items needed to prepare a meal. The location was central to all that Carmel had to offer.

Joseph was extremely accommodating during my stay as I had some family emergencies arise and his communication was wonderfully efficient. The apartment was very clean and the location was perfect for what I needed at that time. I highly recommend booking a stay with him!

My husband and I I were in town for a concert at Fishers Event Center. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurants and the walking trails nearby. This was our first trip to Fishers and would love to come back. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed the two nights we stayed at the place. We were in town for spring break and to visit the Children's museum and Zoo with our kids. The place was perfect for us and the kids liked all the games and cool views. The second bedroom with bunk beds was also a hit for them. The place was clean and well stocked. The kids also like the outdoor hot tub. Only issue we had was some leakage from the roof in the laundry room (it had rained hard the night before we checked in I think) but Austin and his team were extremely responsive and had the leak cleaned up by the time we came home the next day. Would also just mention the hot tub may need adjustment of chemicals or some added water, it had a bit of a smell. We would definitely stay here again if we come back. A great place and close to all the attractions. Especially impressed by the proactive and attentive nature of Austin and his team.

Place was great! Close to everything. Could always get an uber within minutes many great restaurants & bars. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.
