We have stayed at this house multiple times. It is clean and spacious, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The hosts are perfect -- right there when you need them, not in your business when you don't.

Our experience here was 10/10! The photos were beautiful but the home exceeded all expectations. It was incredibly clean and the amenities were amazing. The location felt safe and was close to attractions in Indy. We felt immediately at home and able to relax. Ben was a great host who was responsive, friendly, and ensured we had the best stay possible. We would love to stay here again!

Dimitar and his wife Sylwia were wonderful hosts! Their house was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for my 1 month stay in Indy. They had lots of local recommendations and were so friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this house for long-term and short-term rentals.

We had a girls weekend at Jonathan’s Airbnb and we all really enjoyed our stay! We were blown away with the property and how well kept it was. There were 8 girls in attendance and it was nice that everyone had their own room/their own bed. The nearby town was super cute too! Thanks for making this weekend so memorable for us!

Gale was so responsive and helpful! Area is beautiful, and house was absolutely lovely. We felt very at-home.

Jonathan was very attentive and accommodating as advertised neighbors were very respectful the space was very clean and accommodating the ambiance was very peaceful would definitely be the place I stay when in Indy

Location is convenient. Close to restaurants. The unit was quiet and comfortable. Plenty of space for the two of us. The king sized bed was comfy. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed to have the necessities. Overall, a wonderful stay.

We LOVED Jill and Chris’s place. We visited with our 10 yo grandson and giant dog. Their place is very clean, well-organized (loved the coffees and teas especially) and loaded with art, games, conversation starters for the table. Best of all, their home is an urban “homestead” with free range chickens, a beehive, fruit and nut trees, raised bed gardens and native Indiana plants. Everything about their property and rental is a labor of love and it shows. Highly recommend!

Great location! Had a convention at the Hyatt and the location was perfect to walk back and forth. The free garage parking was a complete game changer. Perfect layout in the apartment to stay with a teenager without being on top of each other. Felt very safe in parking garage, elevators, hallway, and apartment. Even with it being February, the sun was at the perfect angle to sit on the balcony for a little while to soak up some vitamin d with very limited wind. We have zero complaints .

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The location was great, with easy access to everything I needed. Butler Villa is exactly what I needed. A clean, functional, temporary home that was clean, well maintained, and nothing missing. It checked all the boxes and made my relocation easy. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We had a girls weekend and this cozy cabin was what we needed. Cabin was just beautiful inside and out. Hot tub was so nice as well. We will be back!!! This spot is a nice getaway!!!

i was a little nervous when pulling in, this is a working farm and you are not in the woods but when you open the door to the bunk house it is a WOW moment

Exactly as described. A spacious and serene home a little over 1/2 hour from downtown Indianapolis. Great communication and an amazing stay. Amazing outdoor entertaining space as well. Highly Recommend for larger groups!

The cleaning fee is high and makes a one night stay not as good of an idea. I would recommend a few nights

House is absolutely beautiful. Felt right at home the master upstairs is cozy and the shower you could stay in for hours! Wish it would have been warm enough to enjoy the deck and screen in porch but it looked comfy and beautiful!
