La pasamos muy bien, Natalia amorosa, siempre atenta, respondiendo y solucionando todo con mucha preocupacion. lugar muy agradable para una familia de 4 personas. a 10min de la playa caminando. lo hacia todas las mañanas para ir a surfear. Hicimos un par de comentarios a Natalia de como podria mejorar unos detalles practicos en el dpto para seguir mejorando pero en general muy contento de la instancia. Gracias.

I had the pleasure of staying at Moon Home for a little over a week and would highly recommend it to anyone planning on visiting the Santa Teresa area. Simona is a great host and very quick to respond to any questions. Although you need an ATV to get into town (about a 10-15 minute drive), the location in Playa Hermosa is perfect. It's right next to a small market, walking distance from the beach, a soda restaurant and a couple of cafes. The apartment was cleaned every other day, which was also a huge plus. Thank you Simona for making me feel at home - I can't wait to come back!

We booked here because I messed up our arrangements on the other side of the peninsula and needed a night. It was a godsend because the property was chill and the hosts were awesome. Our emphasis was on the other side of the peninsula, so this was like a layover till the next day. I kinda wish we stayed more nights as this is an excellent option for Montezuma and local offerings. The accommodations are as described and met are needs, especially being treated to fresh Papaya from the host. Pablo was great and we gelled immediately due to common interests and his time in California. He's a history buff and well learned. .... The property is at the entrance of Cabo Blanco and only minutes away from Montezuma. What else can you ask for ? I hope to see Pablo and his Mrs. again in the near future. Great stay and my best Airbnb experience.

Hermoso departamento para dos personas, súper completo y con una vista inigualable.

The place was wonderful and the sunset views were breathtaking. The apartment has everything you need, very comfortable bed and mostly everything you want from a kitchen. They could have changed the inside sofa to a more comfortable one but it worked anyway. There were some major construction going on just in front of the house and we unfortunately got to wake up most of the days with that noise, but since we surfed early mornings it didn’t bother us that much.. There are a lot of construction going on in the whole area so maybe many places have the same problem! The host was very very helpful and we really enjoyed our visit!

Fred and Sahira are the perfects hosts. They are very kind and always reachable if you need anything. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and has a nice balcony/veranda, from where you can watch birds, monkeys and other animals. The beach, a supermarket and several restaurants can be reached by a short walk. If we would come back to Santa Teresa, we would definitely book this apartment again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Principe del Pacifico Apartments! From the moment I booked, Christian and Rossella were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Their communication was prompt and helpful, ensuring I had all the details I needed for a smooth check-in. The apartment itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The Wi-Fi was indeed super fast, making it easy to stay connected. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance, from restaurants to the beach and local attractions. The hosts attentiveness and hospitality made all the difference, as they were always just a message away if I needed anything. A very cozy place, perfect for relaxing, filled with nature right in front of the sea. It is very peaceful, clean, and has spaces for meditation, yoga practice, and a pool. The restaurant at Hotel Trópico Latino is excellent, and there are supermarkets and local restaurants nearby. Additionally, it has ample parking and good security. Sebastián was always attentive and very kind. I recommend it 100% for a romantic getaway or a solo trip to the beach. The accommodation is just 15 meters from the beach, so you can practically sleep to the sound of the waves. I hope to return soon!

The apartment offers everything you need: it's well-air-conditioned, has a well-equipped kitchen, a large bed, and a huge bathroom. The apartment is about a 2-minute walk from the beach, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is great!

We had a really great stay in this apartment. The location of it is great, the apartment is fantastic and Siggi has been incredibly kind helpful and great at communicating everything with us. Would definitely stay again!

This stay exceeded our expectations! The condo was incredibly spacious, almost like a maze at first, with two bedrooms and two and a half baths. The view was so stunning we skipped excursions just to enjoy it. The kitchen was impressively stocked—plenty of knives, cutting boards, cookware, and even seasonings, oils, and coffee. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The bedding was equally great—the king-size bed was soft, linens fresh, and there were more high quality pillows than we could possibly use. Bathroom linens were luxuriously soft and clean. If you aren’t much for bugs, Wanda’s place is where you want to go. We didn’t see even a single ant indoors, which is quite a feat for Costa Rican housing. A highlight was seeing two scarlet macaws fly overhead at the pool the moment we arrived, and we spotted them daily after that. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-appointed stay with incredible views and wildlife, this is it. Highly recommend!

The Monaco was clean and secure. Has private security 24/7 and they were friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi setup was a little off, you would have to leave the condo to go up stairs to use it. The condo was clean, but it missed a few amenities like hair dryer and basic laundry detergents and the washer was broken. We had a minor bathroom leaks, but they fixed it within the next day. The maids were amazing they were on top of the cleaning and ensure that our stay was comfortable.

We had a great 2 week vacation at this condo. It’s very spacious, close to lots of shops, restaurants and super markets and the condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.
