Carmen Beach : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Seitengasse abseits der Hauptstraße. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand, bei Restaurants/Sodas, dem Supermarkt oder Cafés. Lage TOP! Wir haben nur für weitere Ziele das Auto verwendet und konnten alles reibungslos laufen. Unterkunft war gut durchdacht und auch das offene Badezimmer hat uns nicht gestört. Nachbarn sind ruhig, bis auf die Baustelle in der Nähe kriegt man tagsüber nichts mit. Die Kommunikation mit Paula wie auch Sophia war klasse. Paula kam uns auch zur Hilfe mit unserem gesperrten Safe. Danke dafür nochmal. Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Santa Teresa und würden wieder kommen!

Great location in the center of the town. We walked to Eat Street for breakfast most mornings. Nadia was super helpful in setting up our ATV's and taxi's. Catching the sunset from an awesome spot was only a 5 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend if you want to be close to the action and the beach!

Pat fue siempre muy atento, cuando llegamos nos recibió personalmente, nos orientó de lugares para comer, el lugar nos encantó!

Incroyable séjour dans cet appartement ultra confortable, moderne avec vue imprenable sur la plus grande communauté de perroquets Aras du Costa Rica qui y vivent! Vous les voyez partout, à tous les instants!!! Réveil au son des singes hurleurs et de la myriade d'oiseaux qui entourent la demeure. Le lit King est sans doute le plus confortable dans lequel nous avons pu dormir!!!! Un pur bonheur! Il y avait tout le nécessaire et même plus pour cuisiner, en pkus des essentiel; huile, sel, poivre, etc. C'est un "gated community" aux abords d'un golf, ultra tranquille et sécuritaire. La plage est une des plus belles que nous ayons visité au Costa Rica et pratiquement déserte !!! Nous avions le sentiment de l'avoir pour nous seuls! Une petite épicerie avec tout le nécessaire est à 1 minutes à pieds et le restaurant au bord de la plage offre une grande sélection de repas et boissons, tous très bons. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et le recommandons très fortement !

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was beautifully designed, we did not have any electricity issues. You do need a 4x4 to get there, it’s a pretty steep hill and we walked it a few times but driving made more sense to us. Suner was very responsive when we had requests or questions, and also her cleaner was super nice! I would love to come back for another visit.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean and spacious, the a/c worked great, and the views were spectacular. It was exactly as depicted in the photos. The host was very responsive; even checked in to ensure everything was ok.

Amazing doesnt even begin to describe this place. Commutation was seamless, everything even more beautiful than described. With a different sunset every night ✨ the art in the home, the view, the pool, and energy here is absolutely unmatched; I’m already planning my next stay!

This house was absolutely stunning. Words won’t do it justice. I think this is the most gorgeous air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. One morning we saw 20 monkeys swing from tree to tree in front of the porch that also has an ocean view. The cabinetry and design was breathtaking. Matias was so responsive and helpful. The place was spotless. My family was so impressed with my Air bnb selection and we had the best vacation. Highly recommend staying here! Definitely get a 4x4 because the road to the place is no joke. And you will need it for all the other exploring too! Can’t wait to come back.

We had a lovely time at Andrea’s place and would highly recommend it! It was comfortable and private. Klaudia (host) was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us!

We had a great time staying at Carlie’s Airbnb. The room was beautiful, great views with lots of windows and the shared pool was always clean and quiet. Felt like a private pool! Neighbourhood felt very safe and security guards on the property were very friendly. Would stay again!

Joseph’s property is a serene, peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery and just a five-minute walk to the ocean. The tranquil setting and nature’s beauty made it the perfect escape for New Year's Eve. One highlight was meeting Macho, the friendly “guardian” dog, who quickly became a cherished part of our stay. Joseph’s hospitality was exceptional—he was kind, responsive, and even made us delicious homemade pizza one evening. We had a small misunderstanding about bringing two dogs instead of one, but Joseph was incredibly understanding and welcomed both with open arms. The property itself was well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with inviting outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy nature. Our only minor issue was a missed cleaning service, but Joseph apologized and offered to reschedule, though it was too close to our departure to be worthwhile. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d love to return!

Our stay at Dan and Galit's place was an outstanding experience. They went out of their way to ensure we had a positive experience and they were a pleasure to converse with. The Airbnb is very clean and immersed in nature. We saw capuchins, spider monkeys, heard howler monkeys, etc. If you have a car (recommended), there is lots to do around including many uncrowded beaches, natural preserves, restaurants, etc. We fell in love with Montezuma and will certainly be returning in the future. AMAZING !!!

We stayed here with our family of six and a baby. My daughter and her husband had the privacy and great comfort in the cabin on the other side of the pool which made the trip for them. (And us lol ;) ). The beds and space was so efficient and the wash down outside and outside shower was awesome after the beach each day. Pool was spotless, perfect amount of pool and shower towels that were a good size and actually work. Could have a better frying pan for eggs and one sharp quality knife but if that was all that was wrong can you imagine? Lol! The proximity to the beach was a huge win, we paddle boarded out to the humpback whales and dolphins and seen lots of wildlife as well. Fishing was great right off shore and worth taking our stuff with. Big win on the property for the value!

Mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir je hatten (und das waren einige)! Zuerst einmal: Spyros ist super nett, war jederzeit ansprechbar und kam auch proaktiv auf uns zu - ganz ganz toll! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, das Bett mega bequem, es gab eine schöne gemütliche Leseecke und alles was man brauchte. Der Garten war noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern, alles war grün und der Pool ein absolutes Highlight - alles sehr gepflegt! Santa Teresa ist relativ laut und trubelig (das wussten wir aber und wollten wir auch), es gibt zahlreiche Geschäfte und der Strand ist sehr sehr schön. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Selbst mit unserem „typisch deutsch“ kritischem Auge, konnten wir absolut nichts finden, was wir nicht gut fanden. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder! Excellent place! It was well furnished and comfortable, with all the amenities from home. Instructions were good and it was well located next to the ocean and a supermarket.

Caroline was very responsive right from the booking through until checkout and after. There were plenty of towels for shower and beach. Plenty of pillows and bedding. We enjoyed the covered outside sitting area. The location is nicely situated with pool right in back and others within Veranda to choose from if desired. We really enjoyed the Beach Club which is very close and pass was provided by Caroline. We rented a golf cart which was great. There is a dedicated parking spot right in front of the condo. It allowed us to go to different restaurants by the Marina and Marriott with ease and also to Play Herradura restaurants right outside Los Suenos. We also used Uber to a couple of different restaurants and found it easy to use. Drivers abler to come right in to pick up and drop off. Loved our stay and plan on returning. Thank you Caroline!

We had a great stay, we enjoyed the walk to the nice beach and the pool. Jill was a great host, super helpful with local recommendations and very responsive with any questions. Would defiantly recommend!

Great stay! Easy walk to the beach and to town. Great shared pool area with very friendly residents within the condo complex. Definitely recommend staying here for a quiet and relaxing Costa Rica vacation.

Michaels place was very clean! Very quiet area. I felt very safe as someone traveling solo. It seems to be an older retired area.. so if your looking for fun, this isn’t the place. But if you are looking for peace and quiet, a private place to regroup- this place is perfect for that. There was a beachfront restaurant nearby that was really good. Depending upon the vibe you’re looking for, I definitely recommend!

Marisa’s Airbnb is in the perfect location in the heart of Santa Teresa - just steps away from the supermarket, gym, surf shops, and the main surf spots. Beyond the unbeatable convenience, the stay itself was fantastic. Marisa is the sweetest host—super welcoming, incredibly helpful, and always responsive. We even got to hang out beyond the Airbnb space and become friends, which made the experience even more special. We can’t wait to come back and see her again soon!

Stayed in this lovely unit for 5 very comfortable weeks. The unit was clean, very well equipped and the outdoor sitting area was so enjoyable with monkeys, macaws, and even the odd friendly iguana to keep you entertained. Troy and Charmie were very attentive as hosts and the beach chairs and cooler were great to have on hand. Units on this side of the condo offer the golf course and treed patio surroundings as well as welcome shade all afternoon. Los Delfines is a very safe and secure location. The Azul complex has a handy mini mart across the street. It also has a nice pool where most residents got together late afternoons to enjoy some laughs and exchange ideas and findings on where they had visited that day. It had a wonderful “community” feel and we met so many terrific new friends, the vast majority from Ontario. Complex has a fabulous beach cafe … the Firebean also nice beach bar restaurant “El Rancho” - great food/good value. Played pickleball most days too! We hope to return!
