Carmen Beach : location de maisons de vacances

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. The grounds were lush and tropical and the place was very comfortable to come back from our days to back and relax. We didn’t want to move on to our next destination but there weren’t any available rooms to stay longer. We will definitely want to come back here! Pat and Mati were always available to answer any questions. Parking was a but tricky at first but was tucked away so our vehicle felt safe.

Un lugar acogedor en medio de la selva. Un poco alejados del centro pero cerca en carro. Hermosa y tupida vegetación. La piscina está muy bien y nos sentimos cómodos con los tres baños. Una experiencia muy diferente para los citadinos. El anfitrión muy amable y nos ayudó en todo. Nos gustaría mucho volver.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de la villa qui nous a permis d’être au calme dans un super jardin et très près de la vie commerciale et de la plage Nous avions la villa Colibri en rez de chaussée ( place de parking pour la voiture à côté) Tous les appareils électro-ménagers sont neufs ainsi que la vaisselle et très appréciable de trouver tous les produits de première nécessité ( café sucre sel poivre huile d’olive ….) Un super endroit pour découvrir ce coin de la Péninsule Je recommande

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold. Helt utrolig beliggenhet og kort vei til stranden. Bra kjøkken med alt av utstyr.

Great location, quiet, and great host.

Location is very convenient, a walking distance from the beach and the restaurants on the Main Street of Santa Teresa Beach. Clean and quiet place, not as nice as in the pictures, but good value for the price. Kitchen fairly well equipped. I recommend this place.

Wir hatten einen kurzen aber sehr entspannten Aufenthalt bei Gilad. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar für Santa Teresa. Der Strand war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und die Soda Soy Tico nebenan war ein kulinarisches Highlight. Aufgrund kurzfristiger Planänderungen verkürzten wir unseren Aufenthalt um nach La Fortuna zu reisen. Hierbei reagierte Gilad äußerst flexibel und organisierte uns sogar kurzfristig einen Shuttle Service am nächsten Morgen, was keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können vor allem Gilad als Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen.

I had the pleasure of staying at Amelia's place for about a week. It truly felt like a home away from home. As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe and comfortable with the property being gated. Location is tucked away down a side road but in a great location and walking distance to most popular bars, shops, restaurants, and the beach. Amelia is also a great host, she provided a ton of recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions or issues. I highly recommend Amelia's place and would stay here again!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s beautiful, spacious, and welcoming. Erick was super responsive and helpful. Close to town. Beautiful views. Just an amazing spot.

Excelente ubicación en la primera planta. Muy cómodo para adultos mayores o personas con alguna limitación física. El Condominio en excelentes condiciones y Justin siempre atento a nuestras necesidades.

En el lugar encontré todo lo necesario para la estancia. Y agradezco la atención que me prestaron en realidad no requerí realizar preguntar ya que la guía con la información es muy clara y tiene lo que se requiere. Me gusto mucho el área común del lugar.

The apartment was even better than expected. The host was very responsive and attentive. Very convenient access to the beach which was beautiful and the private pool just for the apartments in Leonamar. We had an amazing time and hope we can come back soon.

Jimmy's location is prime! It's part of a gated community so felt very safe. We were not expecting how beautiful the pool setting was. The photo pictured in the listing is of the hot tub. But the actual big pool is the star! It is surrounded by beautiful greenery, large palm trees and other types of vegetation. At night, it looked beautiful bc of the lights surrounding the pool. Location was excellent - 10 mins to Jaco and Playa Hermosa. There's a Maxi Pali 8-10 mins away (great pricing for food) and the Jaco strip of restaurants was nearby. The actual Airbnb: it was great for the price and location. Cleanliness could have been a bit better. ACs worked great. There was hot water. All cooking utensils but no food staples (salt, oil, etc). Jimmy was easy to communicate with and even offered to extend our stay to access the community pool/ bathrooms (we asked for a late checkout but it was booked).

Excelente hospedaje, Franz es amable, atento y nos ayudó con todas las instrucciones y facilidades para accesar al club. Me hospedaria de nuevo!

open space and views are great and dificult to find at this location, place very comfortable, shadows of tres and mountain help with temperature, l will return here.
