Carmen Beach : locations de villas de vacances

We have been coming to Costa Rica since 1990 and have stayed in many homes in different parts of the country. Casa Juliet is our new favorite. The home is amazing with spectacular views! The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The home is very safe, behind a gated entrance. We never locked the doors during our stay. We were 4 couples in the home. because of the layout, we never felt cramped or limited on space. The grounds are beautiful and the pool and patios are large with several separate seating areas. The staff, Clara and Jose were onsite every day for cleaning and maintaining the pool and grounds. Clara also cooked and prepared meals when asked. Our host, Rotem was awesome, he was always available to assist and direct us to the best restaurants and activities and checked in on us often. We can't wait for our next trip to Casa Julliet!

Superbe villa, très spacieuse et très luxueuse. Très bien située en pleine jungle. Beaucoup d'animaux que nous voyons et entendons. Recommandée à 100%.

Flott sted i vakre omgivelser med gangavstand til strand, flere restauranter og kafeer og aktiviteter. Da vi kom var det strømstans i 20 timer som gjorde oppholdet utfordrende ( ingen A/C bla) men de ordner fint opp og gav etter hvert god informasjon og kompensasjon. Anbefales

We loved our stay at Villa Pochote. The location, just above Playa Hermosa, made for a quiet and secluded stay (apart from one bird who insisted on squawking all night long 😂). The house feels like a cozy home, not just a rental. The highlight for us was the amazing pool. And of course our host, Paula. Would highly recommend this home.

This was our first time visiting CR and we were truly impressed with Mar's space. Everything was as described and Mar was kind enough to offer us local recommendations and suggestions while we were there. Would absolutely come back again!

Airbnb parfait, bien au-delà de nos attentes. Will est très réactif et connaît la région comme sa poche. On a eu la chance d’aller pêcher avec lui, et c’était une expérience incroyable. Les soirées sur la terrasse à savourer notre poisson restent parmi les meilleurs moments du séjour. À recommander!

The house and surrounding environment was incredibly we saw many animals including monkeys, butterflies, curious squirrels and many colourful birds where especially the hummingbirds gets very close to you if you wish. Anne-Laures is ever helpful and fast responding if you have questions about anything 😊. The place is literally almost in the jungle with a view above it and over the ocean and that is only a 10 minute drive in your 4x4 car. I stayed in Casa Aria for 8d with a group of 7 friends, all there from the Pacific NW US to celebrate my 50th birthday. Casa Aria was the ocean-view villa of our dreams!! We were enchanted from the moment we arrived until departure. Every detail has been thoughtfully planned to optimize relaxation and enjoyment of the space. One word: magical! The housekeeper, Iesenia, was a highlight...we knew tidying up was included, but her helpfulness, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor went above and beyond our expectations. From greeting us with beautiful fresh fruit plates to facilitating fixing minor issues, she was always such a joy. It was so lovely not having to worry about dishes or towels, allowing us to focus on enjoying ourselves and being fully present with friends. Iesenia is a true gem. The outdoor livingspace & views are breathtaking, & made leaving the house to explore (which we did do :) difficult, b/c we really had everything we needed right there. Treat yourself - rent it!

Estuvimos hospedados con un grupo de amigos. Nos gustó mucho el lugar, cerca de la playa, de restaurantesy supermercados. Dana siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros y nos ayudo con todos los inconvenientes que tuvimos ❤️. La pasamos muy bien.

Boho Villa was the dream location and house. It is modern with all the comforts and design elements that make it chic, breezy and amazing. The banana trees that sit in front of the ocean view with the infinity pool in front are heavenly. Monkeys also play in the branches. Lucy our house manager was so kind and friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed all over Costa Rica for decades and this gem just north of Santa Teresa at Playa Hermosa was by far our favorite place. We will back back for sure!!!! 5 stars all around.

La Perla is a lovely home and garden. We enjoyed our time, hanging around the house and pool...and we saw a lot of wild life right in the yard (howler monkeys, iguanas/lizards, crabs, parakeets, other lovely birds). It is a short walk to the beach to watch great sunsets or walk in the interesting tide pools. You are in close walking distance to Playa Hermosa (15-20min), which is the nicest beach for swimming in our opinion. Most importantly, you are not in the busy Santa Teresa stretch - you are north of it. The house is close to the road so you will hear traffic but not a huge deal and did not affect sleeps. Raphaelle was great at responding to any questions and providing suggestions. She arranged our transport to/from the airport and our ATV so that it was there when we arrived. The daily cleaning is also nice.

Amazing stay! Would highly recommend. Right in the heart of a beautiful beach/surfer town! We particularly loved the pool and the proximity to so many great restaurants

I would recommend Villa Akoya to anyone looking to stay in Santa Teresa that wants to be right on the beach. We found we stayed in most of our vacation and hung out in the pool that overlooks the beach. There were several iguanas that lived on the property and howler monkeys were above in the trees. The concierge was excellent. She booked our domestic flights, rides, a side by side and excursions for us. The tv in one of the bedrooms did not work and she had a new tv installed within hours. There was a cleaning person that was there from about 10 am to 4 pm doing laundry and such. There was also a security guard that came around 5-6 pm and sat/walked the property until 5-6 am. The bathrooms were closed in but exposed to the outside so as expected there were bugs/crabs that got into the house. They weren’t an issue really but noticed more in the master bedroom than the other rooms. Overall it was a great trip made better by the location and the house itself. Loved it!

We had such a fantastic stay! This place is beautiful and even better in person (which we didn’t think was possible!). Having a cleaner and grounds keeper daily was such an added bonus! We fell in love with the house and Santa Theresa in general. Bedrooms are super spacious and so are the bathrooms. The outdoor area is fantastic! Would highly recommend!

Stop thinking about it and just book this home. It is more beautiful than the pictures. Feels like a private oasis. Such an incredible home. Accommodated the 10 of us in our family very comfortably. 1 minute walk to the beach. House keeping was so friendly and helpful, and nice to have “hotel service” at Airbnb. Manager was super responsive and accommodating to our needs

Tout était parfait !!!! Les hôtes sont incroyables et très réceptifs. Ils donnent de bonnes recommandations et sont à l’écoute. Je recommande à 100%. En prime, nous avons vue des singes directement du Airbnb. WoW

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful slice of paradise in Santa Teresa! The property is newer and thoughtfully designed, tucked away behind a Pilates studio, offering a surprising sense of privacy and seclusion—despite being right on the main strip in the heart of everything. You’re just steps from great coffee, charming shops, delicious restaurants, and a convenient market that has everything you might need. The daily cleaning service was a lovely touch, especially during a longer Airbnb stay. We can’t wait to return the next time we’re in town!

Magnifique logement, très tranquille et bien situé et protégé. Beaucoup de petites attentions dont des serviettes de plages et eau potable. Super hôtel également. Tout était parfait. Je recommande fortement ce beau logement.

La maison est géniale et très bien aménagée pour partir en vacances! On se sent isolés et en pleine jungle avec une superbe vue et à proximité de Santa Teresa. Il faut quand même une voiture ou des taxis pour accéder facilement à Santa Teresa mais ça se fait très facilement. Fiona est super réactive des qu’on a besoin d’aide et nous a recommandé des activités à faire aux alentours.

Thoughtful space in a beautiful location, perfect for small groups or families. The host was extremely helpful and friendly and the daily housekeeping was a real treat! Water pressure was weak, but you’re on vacation- so having extra long showers shouldn’t be an issue right? :)

An amazing place to stay! The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The flow from inside to the outside sitting areas was great! Cooking in the fully stocked kitchen had a great view of the pool and the beautiful surroundings - it felt like you were still in the action outside. The pool was great size and the photos do not do justice of how big and great it is. The sunsets each night were amazing. The outside area had multiple spots to sit and you could always find some shade at different times of the day. Each bedroom had large ensuite bathrooms which was great. Adrianna was so welcoming. She greeted us with snacks and some fresh fruit, including some delicious coconuts! Adrianna was always responsive to messages and questions we had. A 3-minute drive to a beach with great rock pools, and 5 minutes to another beach that was beautiful with great waves to surf. We would love to stay again!

Villa Shemesh is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and extraordinary. It is spotless clean and has a very sweet lady that cleans full time during the day. The view of the ocean is extraordinary along with the magnificent trees and wildlife. The architecture is exquisite. The host is very responsive and kind. It is the perfect place in paradise!
