Great house with great location! I would highly recommend this place for any extended stays

The house was very neat and clean. Had all amenities you need. Would recommend staying at his house if you need a place to stay in Sacramento.

We had a very comfortable stay in Ashley's place. The house is even nicer in person than the pictures. We didn't spend much time in the house due to our busy schedule and limited time in Sacramento on this trip, but it seemed that the house had everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Sacramento, and hopefully have more time to enjoy the home's amenities.

The place literally looks exactly like the pictures! Bathtub , amazing! I also left an item in the home and Deon got it back to me with no questions and very quickly!!! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

Excellent location, excellent hosts, fantastic accommodation. This is the type of place you hope every stay will be like on Airbnb. We had everything we needed. They created a whole experience thoughtful in design and offered above and beyond service. Water and bubbles when you arrive. The kitchenette has everything you'll need down to the honey for your tea. Every toiletry you'd need in the bathroom including cotton rounds, travel Tylenol, and even feminine products and makeup remover towel. There's ear plugs, local recommendations guide and even postcard for you to write home! The backyard is beautiful and they give you free range. It's safe and secure, well lit, and it's perfect if you have a furry friend. Laundry was also located on the premise although I didn't have a need. The living space is modern and updated. 10/10 recommend and will be back!

Very nice place, clean, and in a great location.

We were only here for one night but we absolutely loved Tina's place and would highly recommend it. The cabana is pristine and has everything you need for a wonderful spa-like stay. The hot tub was an enjoyable perk. The surroundings were beautifully landscaped. Tina was very communicative. We look forward to coming back to visit one day - hopefully in the summer so we can try out the pool!

By far one of the best and cleanest Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Comfortable beds and furniture, very well stocked kitchen, pristine pool and peaceful quiet backyard, spotlessly clean (even behind the nightstands and under the beds!), fun toys for kids. Maria is incredibly kind and a great communicator. I will absolutely request to stay here again.

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

What an absolutely gorgeous, picture perfect home with everything you need and the location can not be beat. Just a 2 minute walk from old Folsom - so many restaurants, bars and fun shops. Stunning views from each window and the outdoor space is incredible. We can't wait to come back in the Summer to enjoy the pool and fire pit!

Loved this place. So peaceful and quiet. The house was so nice and clean. Everything in the descriptions was accurate. Stayed for a weekend with my family and pets. We really couldn’t spend time outside in the backyard because of the rain, but the when it stopped raining for a bit we did go out and saw how pretty it was. It has a nice grass area and lots of trees. I would stay in this house when I visit Sacramento again.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at! Actually looked like the listing and was impeccably clean (which I’ve unfortunately found is uncommon). Decorated beautifully but simply. Nice natural lighting. The bed was SO comfortable and there were no loud noises throughout the night or early morning— I got great sleep! The area was super quiet and felt safe. Walking distance to a really cute area (I recommend Old Soul Coffee and The Plant Foundry!). Christian was extremely responsive (again, very uncommon) and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place, clean and spacious, quiet and with easy access to general area. Would have liked to see more utensils and cookware. We were unable to cook and serve a full meal for our group of 7. Would stay again with those changes.

This place was exactly what we were looking for!We traveled out for the CIM Sacramento Marathon and brought my 90 year old grandparents with us. The house was accessible for my grandparents and big enough for each of us to have our own space! We had enough parking for both of our cars and it was not a far drive to downtown. Henry provided all necessary information prior to arrival and was responsive throughout the stay! We would definitely recommend this place or stay again for another Sacramento trip!!!

A great, clean and modern space. Right across from a dog park! My family, including my dog loved this spot! The host’s local suggestions were great. We’ll be staying here again.
