The unit has very fast reliable wifi, big TV and an active Netflix account. The A/C units work great. The beds are comfortable, the shower has decent pressure. We found cooking a little challenging as it is a mini kitchen/area, but the photos show that. The air fryer was a nice bonus. We would have enjoyed having a microwave oven, but it is as advertised. Overall a great unit. the landlord may have found me high maintenance, but he always responded and we worked out what we needed to.

Janelle was very accommodating! One of the best accommodations I have ever had when visiting Manila from Iloilo. I can't wait to come back and recommend her place to my colleagues. The place was really clean and smells so good. It's near fast food chains like McDonald's, Jollibee, Starbucks, Dunkin, 7 Eleven and etc. if you want a quick bite during wee hours. They are just a few walks away and visible from the room's window. The area is also easy to locate and the neighborhood is very nice with the right amount of peace and quite. If you're looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend Janelle's place! Thank you so much!

Peter's place was unexpectedly more spacious than what the photos showed, which came to us as a surprise in a good way considering there are only two of us inside the unit. The living area, kitchen, and room are all in great shape. What stood out to me the most from other airbnb's in the area is that this place has a free parking for two cars. Will gladly recommend this place to others as well.

Will definitelly book a stay again when we're around Calamba!! Jaz is very accomodating and provided clear instructions for the self check-in. Room is very clean and already has small appliances to cook meals. Bathroom has a heater too which I thoroughly enjoyed! Overall a great stay :)

The place was spacious, very comfy yung place, friendly din yung mga staff from the entrance up to the lobby, clean yung place and it really feels like home yung ambiance. most specially mabait yung host, will definitely recommend this place sa iba kong friends. 😊

Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

I loved Alshey’s place. It was exactly as she described it to be. Check in was a breeze. The building staff and guards are very nice and respectful. Very comfortable bed, nice working space and a small but nice kitchen. The view was fantastic too. Will book again for sure. Thanks Alshey!

Great place to stay. Host was very responsive via telephone. If you need parking, be sure to make arrangements when you book, so you won't have to worry about the parking spaces being sold-out. Parking is cheap, but confirm availability ahead of time. Having the quick mart next to the gate was very handy. Internet was good. Aircon was effective.

we had a great time with this reservation. the place looked exactly like the photos, however we were very disappointed when we went to bed at 10pm and noticed a smell on the blankets and pillowcases. it smelled like someone drooled all over it like the sheets were not changed so we had to sleep with no blanket and used our extra shirts as pillowcases. unfortunately host cannot offer extra sheets since they are not at the building during night. but overall the place is really pretty and might rebook if the host can hire a better cleaner. thanks.
