We had a lovely stay and worked perfectly for 3 couples and 4 children with plenty of space. Although we did not realise it was an ‘upside down house’ with the living room and kitchen on the first floor. This was a slight problem for us as it meant some of the early rising children ended up waking others when walking around/playing upstairs and it limited our use in the game room in the evening as this was downstairs by the bedrooms and we found noise travelled waking the children. However, all rooms were as seen on the pictures and much larger than expected, outside area was great and we would definitely return.

We have just arrived home after a fantastic stay. The lodge was beautiful with everything that we needed. There is lots to do locally as well as in the resort. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked for another stay in Easter. Thank you once again.

Absolutely fantastic lodge, clean, tidy and full of amenities. Was spacious and accommodated 8 of us really well. The lodge was situated on Hengar Manor ground which were beautiful and full of things to do. The local area has anything you could need and you're close to lots of typical tourist attractions and quieter things to do. John was incredibly friendly, helpful and always proactive letting us know anything we might need. Going out of his way to ensure our stay was great 😊 Would highly recommend staying here

Chrissie’s place is a lovely, comfortable and cosy little house equipped with everything you’d need for a short break. You can use the facilities on site, or stay in and watch tv if the weather’s not great! There’s even a DVD player and a few DVDs, with the option of borrowing more from the main clubhouse. The location is a little bit out of town, so a car is essential for getting around and as it was out of season, taxis were a bit hard to find. We had great meals at The Bucket of Blood (don’t be put off by the name) and the Terrace bistro, both in Hayle. I would stay here again if I came back to Cornwall.

Jane and David were wonderful hosts and their property was lovely. I would definitely stay there again when I come back to this area. I would highly recommend

Spotless and spacious, this static was the perfect short-stay for us. Alison provided helpful, friendly instructions and advice. It felt cosy, and we appreciated the handy parking space right alongside, and easy access to local villages and towns for exploring. Many thanks!

We had a pleasant and lovely stay. Charlotte gave us clear check in instructions along with a detailed route map much in advance which was really helpful. Very good home with decent facilities if you are travelling with your family. It’s like a resort with many villas and ample car parking. Would surely recommend this to others!

We stayed at Neil's place in Newquay, Cornwall, and it was absolutely fantastic! Initially, we spoke to Neil, but Steve, the manager, took over and made the process seamless. We booked this last-minute stay on New Year’s Eve for the same night, and they were incredibly accommodating to make it happen for us. The apartment was pristine, luxurious, and in an amazing location with stunning views. Watching the NYE fireworks over the harbour from our balcony was such a special treat. It truly felt like a home away from home. We usually stay in Perranporth, but this place has now become our new favourite. It completely trumps our previous go-to! We can’t wait to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much, Neil and Steve, for making this New Year’s our best in a long time! Craig

A fantastic place to stay beautiful property, spotlessly clean and brilliant amenities. Everyone was super friendly and helpful with any queries. Location is perfect for the beautiful beach and village. Our family had the most amazing holiday and highly recommend a stay at Bassets Acre.

Can’t say enough positive things about this place. Nicola was a brilliant host - super responsive and helpful, and provided a great list of stuff to do around Falmouth. You’re right on the beach and 5 minutes walk from the main drag in the town. Couldn’t ask for more. The flat was clean, well lit, everything worked perfectly and the bed was excellent. Will definitely be back!

All four of us enjoyed our stay at 17 The Crags. The apartment was lovely and the surroundings were so peaceful. All you could hear was the sound of the sea in the cove below. We appreciated the extra care taken to make sure that everything we needed for our stay was available in the apartment. We really enjoyed the leisure centre which was not overcrowded even though this is the peak summer holiday season. Thanks to Melanie and the team for providing us with a great place to stay for the week.

We had a lovely stay at Kirsten and Bens flat. Loved the view and the beach themed decor. Had everything we needed, spacious and perfect location. The hosts are absolutely lovely and very responsive. Really recommend this place and will be coming back!

We had a lovely few days over Xmas and new year the apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed with a teenager toddler and dog . The location was fab and close to the town and beaches and my teenager and I loved popping down for a swim and gym every evening !
