We had an excellent experience! Kia is a great host - super responsive and very helpful with both housing questions and activity recommendations. The apartment is nestled on a quiet street, so you have a lot of privacy. The walls are a bit thin, but the neighbors are very nice - just wear earplugs and you’ll sleep just fine. Super walkable to a ton of great restaurants, cafes, and bars. Overall wonderful time and great value!

I barely leave reviews but Vanessa's place was and is amazing...my wife love the place so much that she wants to buy it...Vanessa was so helpful and always asking if we needed anything...this is the spot to stay if you want to have a nice place and so many places to shop around

the room was small, but clean and the air conditioner worked great, which was nice. the street was a bit noisy, but not so noisy we couldn't sleep. bathroom was huge and had everything we needed. the lock was confusing to relock at first but we figured it out. mattress was comfortable.

Gabriel’s place was spotless and exactly as listed! I felt at home immediately and he and his wife were super accommodating and pleasant to communicate with. I loved how the kitchen was fully stocked and the bed was so comfortable i never wanted to get out of it in the morning 😂 The accessibility to the ferry from the short walk to Bay Area was great and allows anyone visiting quick access to Old San Juan and the Catano Bay is a great local vibe with a bit of something for everyone. Overall a great stay! Thank you so much!

Kia was an amazing host and was able to be reached quickly and with ease. I along with other guest enjoyed our stay and would recommend to any other individual considering this Airbnb.

David’s apartment was spacious and clean. Beautiful views from the very nice porch. David and Jorge(co-host) answer whatever questions I had promptly. Comfy beds, easy checking and check out. Wonderful for our family of 7.

This was one of the most beautiful houses I ever been in while traveling that I’ve found on AirBnb and for the price of it was too good not to book. If I were to go back to PR I would 10/10 book this house again! Amazing house, amazing stay, amazing trip! Thank you, Horacio!!!

This Airbnb property met our family’s expectations and made our stay flawless. Love that it was close to the airport, the beach, restaurants, etc. It looked just as the pictures and had all the amenities listed. With a family of six, the washer and dryer was a true blessing. The check-in and check-out was easy. Camila, the property owner was a great host. She was excellent in promptly responding to our questions and needs. We all felt safe at all times. We will definitely stay at this property again.

This was an amazing experience, I felt right at home and it was very roomy with me and my 3 kids and my niece. The hosts were very responsive when I needed to ask a question which is a plus. Will definitely book again in the future !

What can I say! Everything about this house was amazing!!! We had a bad experience with another house and decided to cancel and relocate houses. Alex responded quickly to the request and even allowed an early check-in!! The house is beautiful and has a great set up!! When vacationing with small kids clothes accumulates fast and thankfully there was a washer and dryer! Location to the beach and kioskos was super close, as well as to El Yunque!! Great house, great host!! 10 out of 10 for sure

Davide was AMAZING! The picture don’t do it justice, perfect location, quiet neighborhood that felt safe, very clean and the host was amazing with every question and super responsive. Would definitely book again and recommend for anyone visiting PR! If you don’t mind being a little bit outside of SanJuan highly recommend!

This is one of the best places to stay in Puerto Rico, words cannot express how perfect this place was, the views are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up every morning to the beautiful view is an image we will always cherish. It is the only way to visit Puerto Rico with a large family, plenty of space for everyone , with all the amenities you need and then some. The gated community was a great plus made us all feel safe and comfortable. We felt at home being here. Loved how close the stores were and local beaches. Not to mention host Connie was very informative and accommodating, responsive. Highly recommended 10/10 we will be coming back again! Thank you again host ( Connie) we had a great time!

Villa Mallorca was SO lovely. Cristel was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The St. Regis Bahia Beach was an awesome resort and staying at the Villa Mallorca was the perfect way to do it: peaceful and private still with access to all the amenities the resort had to offer. We loved it!

This place was perfect! I don’t think I realized we would be RIGHT on the water and we had a gorgeous ocean view and could always hear the waves which is everything I wanted. The beach is less than a two minute walk and is super chill-not many people . We actually went to Luquillo one day and were like- why don’t we go back to our quiet beach 🤣 The apartment is a good size for two people and is in walking distance to lots of restaurants. About a ten minute drive to Luquillo beach and kiosks and super close to the rainforest. Our host was very helpful and always responsive. We felt super safe the entire time and would definitely book here again!

The place was incredible! We did purchase water noodles and more patio chairs and left them there for others to enjoy. It was well worth the cost. The sunrises were beautiful and just across the street from our patio.

Of all of the AirB&B's we have stayed at, this may be our favorite. We would come back here over and over again. Antonio was wonderful, answered any questions. The property was beautiful, and the unit was clean, had beautiful natural light and we are already hoping to come back and stay again! The St. Regis had DELICIOUS free coffee every morning and we also loved utilizing the gym, breakfast at Paros, and the relaxing tree swings on the beach. We can not say enough good things about this rental!

It’s our second time staying at Bri’s place. Once again our family enjoyed the gulf cart rides to the beach and amazing views. Just like last year, the villa was very clean and Communication with Bri is very easy as he responds quickly. Looking forward to return next year 😄

Amazing place to stay, centrally located near everything you will need. 24 hour security, loundry room, pool closes at 10pm. I would recommend this for a couple, single person or max 3 people.

We loved our stay at Rio Mar Village. Had a great time . A very welcoming, comfortable,clean and spacious condo. The golf car, beach chairs and towels are a plus. Bri’s instructions are on point and she respond to text messages within minutes. Definitely recommend !
