Lazaro and the place were great! The kitchen was stocked will all the pots, pans, etc. we needed, and the house had beach chairs and beach mats we could use. Location was GREAT! Just a few short blocks to the beach! Not major issues, but things to be aware of for future visitors: --there will be mosquitos inside, it's kind of unavoidable --walls are thin so if you come during spring break season you will likely hear partying neighbors --as some others mentioned, the water in the shower did not get all that hot. however, it was very hot outside during our stay and we preferred showering in cool water when we returned from our adventures. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

This place was amazing! It was close to everything. Local food spots, the beach, clubs. I absolutely adored it. The staff was incredible. Jose and Pedro made sure we were okay with everything. Communication was key that’s what i sincerely liked. There was a water problem with the whole San Juan area and Pedro really came through he did everything he could to make sure his guests were completely satisfied. If that’s not commitment i don’t know what is. BOOK NOW YOU WONT REGRET IT!

Gigi was a great host, very responsive, and accommodating. She let us check in earlier and later as needed. Great location, close to the airport and grocery store. The bed could have been upgraded but other than that great stay.

Good location with beach behind. Water pressure when showering is lacking, as well as hot water. PR is hot anyways, if u can tolerate those thing it's a good stay.

William was an amazing host and the place was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Everything was neat and clean and as described. William was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to booking with him again.

We absolutely loved this place! Perfect hosts who were immediately responsive. Such an inviting & charming property! We felt very relaxed & safe inside the property. This home is the nicest by far in a more run down neighborhood. Some houses are still empty & abandoned. I assume one reason is due to the hurricane damage in 2017 & some just poverty. In time, things will improve I'm sure. If their magic touch could remodel all these homes, that would be amazing. I value good architecture, quality & tasteful design. This has all that. You won't be disappointed. The garden area with the patio is gorgeous. They thought of everything! Close to great beaches. We loved Luquillo Beach and Playa Azul best.

The space was just what we needed for our stay. Rafaelito has truly thought about what else you could need to enhance your stay and provides beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, sunblock, bug spray, games, and a desk to work if you needed to. Rafaelito was personable and shared some suggestions for places nearby and things to do in the area and in other parts of PR, too. I'd consider this Airbnb again as well as others hosted by Rafaelito.

Our stay at Carlas place was awesome! We had 4 people staying in the space, looked exactly as described and was roomy enough for us. ACs in all bedrooms and living room worked great. Beds were comfortable. We were in a great location, walkable to many nice restaurants and to ocean park beach, about a 10 min walk. Carlas provided beach towels, an umbrella and beach cooler. Carlas was always responsive and let us drop our bags off before check in which was nice. We appreciated her kindness as a host. We would definitely stay again when in San Juan!

I had a great time and Hector’s spot was perfect for me, affordable, clean, great location, and right where I wanted to be, not even a 3 minute walk to a world class beach. Great place.

We had such a great time at Manuel’s place! It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to nature, with a lovely little yard to hang out in—and surprisingly few bugs, which made it even more relaxing. The house was super clean and had everything we needed—Manuel really thought of all the little details, which we appreciated a lot. The location was also perfect: just a 5–10 minute walk to great restaurants, a peaceful public beach, and a big supermarket. We’d definitely love to stay here again next time!

This spot is perfectly situated between the airport and Viejo San Juan, in a pretty peaceful neighborhood of Santurce. The host was great, very responsive leading up to the trip and during. There are two bedrooms with AC, a full kitchen, dining table, and small living room. We loved hanging out on the patio. You have a mix of trendy restaurants, cafes, and local cafeterias in walking distance. The beach is just a ten minute walk away. We remained comfortable throughout our stay!

Victor was a great host! He was super friendly and responsive. He even let us check in early, which was super helpful.

We loved our stay. The apartment was quiet, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach and restaurants. The only things that I wished the apartment had were a broom to sweep up any sand and places to hang beach towels to dry.

This is my favorite place to stay in Puerto Rico—it always delivers on quality, tranquility, and coziness. It’s such a beautiful place to stay and I really loved the complimentary morning yoga sessions and fresh cooked breakfasts! It’s a great place to work, meet new friends, and enjoy a night in.

Trying to put into words what an absolute 💯% incredible from the moment I arrived. Mary was at the property, making sure everything went smoothly & if there was anything I needed . Since arriving she was easily available anytime I had a question or needed anything. Much more than I could’ve imagined. The home, the surrounding peaceful area & my incredible attentive host. Easy access to El Yunque rainforest, about 10 min.away as well as Luquillo beach also approx 10 min away . I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this peaceful oasis. So thankful I chose this property & my amazing host.🌱🌴💚

El Airbnb nos encantó todo funcionaba de maravilla era muy espacioso y también muy cómodo, nos sentíamos como en casa. Fantastic location across the street from the beach. Beautiful ocean view. Comfortable home. Parking for one car, some beach items like chairs, boogie board. Many restaurants within walking distance. We loved our time here!

We had a wonderful stay at Marci’s property! From start to finish, Marci was exceptional at keeping in constant communication with us, ensuring that everything met our expectations. The property itself was perfect for our needs and made us feel safe around the clock. (Especially with very late arrival and very early departure) We chose the two-apartment setup, which worked out beautifully. One apartment is connected to the main property (but seperate), while the other is completely separate, and both have their own entrances with a shared entrance to the property. This arrangement was ideal since my wife and I stayed in one unit, and my father-in-law stayed in the other. The location is excellent, peaceful and close enough to San Juan and other destinations around the island for convenient day trips. The property was recommended to us by family who live nearby in Guaynabo, and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision. We will definitely recommend to others! Thank you Marci!!

Dora was amazing, they were very proactive and helpful. It is a great place to stay and the neighbors were very friendly. Very clean and cozy place. I definitely will stay again. A++ recommended!!!!
