This is a comfortable unit in a very convenient location. We were 10 minutes from the airport, one of the best beaches on the island was right out the back gate, and all of San Juan's attractions were within a 10-20 minute Uber/drive. Luis's place included everything we needed for our stay (in unit laundry, coffeemaker, beach chairs, smart tv, etc.), and the included parking spot in the ramp was super convenient once we had the key fob for the door to the ramp's entrance to the elevators. 4 AC units kept the unit comfortable. This building is in a popular area on a busy street, so you're within walking distance of a lot of stuff, but don't expect quiet before 2 AM. Luis was super responsive with minor issues we had on arrival (missing wristbands, trouble with the lockbox, finding a tripped breaker). The entire location could use some TLC (hot tub was closed during our stay, the beach gate's key reader must have been broken as the gate was only available when manned by a guard).

Elva was very responsive and helpful even immediately answering a message a 10pm for a lock issue with the door code. The neighborhood surrounding the place is very run down but inside the gate is very nice and felt very safe. Only real downfall was the lack of things to eat and nightlife close by

Had a wonderful stay at Pedro’s place. Host provided multiple supplies needed for vaca, apartment had everything you needed, even some snacks and drinks which was nice on late arrival. Pedro made sure to check in and also sent plenty of recommendations for things to do and food. Location was perfect, away from the busy street life but also close enough for walking distance. Balcony had great view with comfy chairs, apartment was a good size and clean. Would definitely stay with Pedro again!

This was such a family friendly space! It was in a smaller community, but close to so many things. We visited the rain forest a couple of times, loved having so many beaches close by and a beach on the property when we didn’t feel like exploring. The two pools and hot tub were also a plus. The neighbors in the complex were very friendly! I especially loved all the beach supplies and board games! This made traveling to PR a breeze and saved us so much in luggage. 10/10 do recommend picking this for your next stay!

The building was easy to find and very secure. The condo had an ocean view and the bathroom was recently remodeled. Our host answered all our questions and was very helpful during our stay. The beach is steps away and not crowded at all. We had dinner at the Marriott next door and enjoyed the casino there. There was some airport noise and the Marriott is building a new structure so there was some construction noise during the day. A very nice unit overall and very kind hosts. Thank you!

Annie and Pj were the best. And the place is a great hidden gem on a private beach. I can't get over their rooftop oasis. Love the local eateries along the way too. They were quick to communicate, and offered great suggestions and tips! perfect spot right in middle if trying to do San Juan and El Yunke. Highly recommend.

I rated our week-long stay at Lesley’s Villa a Rewarding 5* Lesley was always quick to respond; her villa was just as she had described; the view was great and it was very peaceful. This place is so cute and cozy very safe and close to the beach.

Emmanuel was a phenomenal host — we had a minor issue and he more than worked with us. He gave us great recommendations for entertainment. Super close to the beach and pool. (You can see the pool and beach from your front door!) The kitchen was functional and had everything you would need. The A/C and fans were great. The beds were comfortable. Everything you would need for the beach was provided. If we head to Puerto Rico again, we will be back with Emmanuel! 🇵🇷☺️
