We enjoyed our stay and the home was just as described. It was the perfect home for a small family in a residential neighborhood. There were restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and activities for children close by. The home is also near the airport and the location allowed us to complete day trips to many tourist attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

My family visited Puerto Rico for the 1st time and really enjoyed our stay. One of the best attributes of this Airbnb is how close it is to the airport. You’re less than 10 mins away. Our flight arrived earlier than check in and they accommodated us with an early check in which truly helped us. The Airbnb was a nice size. We loved the AC units in each room. It allowed us to all adjust our rooms temp to what level of comfort we all liked. We didn’t rent a car but Uber rides to the beaches and Old San Juan weren’t too expensive. Just stay away from peak hours. There’s also a grocery store, bakery and a couple restaurants within walking distance. The only issue we had was with the WIFI. The property owner discovered they needed a new router. He bought a new one and fixed the issue. Their attentiveness and quick response all trip was great. We had a great visit and will come back!

Manuel was really communicative with us and the house was fabulous. We loved hanging out on the deck and eating dinner while watching the sunset. We saw parrots from the deck too. The location is fabulous. Very close to the airport but tucked into a neighborhood. Great air conditioner. We would stay here again. Thanks Manuel!

Had an excellent stay during our week in PR! Apartment was very clean and as described. The balcony was perfect for relaxing when taking a break from the beach. We had 2 kids with us (2 year old, 9 month old) and host provided 2 pack and plays. The apartment is in a great location, walgreens right across the street for all the essentials, and resorts right next door with plenty of restaurants. The beach was easy to access as well. We took a 20 min uber to Old San Juan one of the days as well. Highly recommend and would love to return for another visit!

This was my first time using an Air BnB and it was perfect. Great location, loved listening to the coqui and roosters in the morning. Easily accessible to so many different places we went to.

We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). We loved the view and the access to the beach. We met many people that vacation in your building every year, and we can see why! Thanks for your flexibility on our check-in and check-out! Hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve had so far. I felt so comfortable in and around the property and got amazing sleep each night (the beds are so comfy!) I will definitely be returning. It is a tropical island so it will be humid and have sounds of the critters around, embrace it! Tip: Use the fan and not the A/C at night. It’s already cool and just needs air to circulate. We only used the A/C once and felt great.

Very close to the airport, very clean apartment and air conditioning in almost every part of the apartment. Communication with Milagros was outstanding!!

Loved Staying At Hectors Place. It Was Really Clean Smelled Really Good As Soon As We Came In. The Address Wasn’t Working For Us When We Were Ubering. Hector Responded Immediately & Got Us The Right Coordinates. For My First Time In Puerto Rico I Will Definitely Be Staying Here Again. 10/10 Experience

My husband and I loved this place. Although it's small, it was perfect. The king size bed and pillows are so comfortable. The cooler and beach chairs are great instead of having to rent them on the beach. The apartment was spotless. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Parking right in front of the house. Jose was very accommodating letting us check in early when our flight was changed. Looking forward to staying again in July.

Great location for all of the beaches and Old San Juan! Spacious place in a sub urban neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery for all your needs. Great stay!

Enjoyed my stay here! Great property, super close to airport but also not far from the beaches and San Juan.

Great location. Close to everything! Uber's were easy to get and fairly cheap to get to known places in San Juan. The condo is well air conditioned and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the water ran warm. The kitchen is fully stocked. Check in was a negative experience. I did not have the chance to communicate with Daniel directly, but the interaction with his staff felt unfriendly and unnecessarily aggressive. Being told "Excuse me" via text in a manner I perceived as rude was off-putting and out of the norm for me.While I understand there are policies in place, I felt it was inconsiderate to require payment at the exact moment of my arrival, especially after a long journey. I was under the impression that the small payment could be made within 72 hours, as indicated in the request. Having to put my belongings down outside to address this in an unfamiliar location felt unsafe and unwelcoming. Otherwise, a great place to unwind and enjoy what San Juan as to offer!

Chana’s place was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Chana was very responsive and flexible! She checked in and also answered any questions I had. I’m already recommending her place to my friends! Chana, thank you for sharing this beautiful gem with the world! Seeing the jet skis from the balcony, motivated me to do it!

The stay was better than expected, Luis was very responsive and helpful. He recommended things to do and places to eat. The place was very nice, loved the birds and butterflies. The outdoor space was private which allowed for you and your spouse to be free to use it as you see fit. One thing I didn’t expect that was very appreciative was the stocked fridge with waters, beer and soda. We will be visiting again in the future.

I recently spent 4 nights at John's place for a birthday trip. The views from the balcony are truly breathtaking. We had everything we needed within a walking distance. Some uber drivers seemed to have trouble finding the pick up spot but overall that was only a minor inconvenience. Yolanda was super friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend.

Hector and Annette were awesome hosts! The place was perfect and so clean. It had everything we needed for our 5 days. I love that they provided the beach mats and chairs! We used them every day that we went to the beach. Also, the hot tub was awesome to relax in after long days (note that it does take a while to heat up). The kitchen was stocked up with cups, dishes, utensils, and various seasonings - so it was super easy to cook. Loved this place and would definitely stay again. It made our trip to Puerto Rico that much more enjoyable!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Grace’s place! The place was clean, great AC, beautiful lighting in the living area and shower, and I absolutely loved the outdoor tub! I saw a few reviews about the privacy of the tub area but I had no privacy issues at all! She provided beach towels for us to use, cookware, and a grill! The location allowed us to travel to a great number of beaches, restaurants, sightseeing, ferries, and more within a 4-25 min drive! Would definitely stay here again.
