el departamento a pesar de ser pequeño tiene todo lo necesario para pasar lindos días, decorado con gusto y muy bien equipado, lindas vistas zona muy tranquila y lo mejor la cercanía tanto a las playas como a supermercados y restaurantes, Alejandro muy dispuesto a ayudar en lo que sea necesario !! volvería sin dudarlo!

My mother and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is prime. Everything is within walking distance and the bus is accessible- right in front of the hotel. The beach and the pool are right behind the hotel. And there is access with the key fob right onto the beach. Demi & Andrei were very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The view is beautiful. At night the street is very active and on a Friday and Saturday it is a little noisy. The noise is still tolerable. Everything was enjoyable and we are happy with our stay. Thanks Demi and Andrei!

We had a good experience at Sandra’s airbnb. The place was clean and spacious enough for our family with two little kids. The only issue we faced were the number of steps while dragging our luggage to the lobby (wish the building had a ramp) and the aircraft noise. Other than that this was an awesome airbnb!

This was our first time in San Juan and right when we walked through the door into the unit it felt like home. Very clean, no clutter and everything we needed was there. We took advantage of the shopper service so we had groceries in the apt when we got in late evening due to a flight delay. Location is good also with some retail right across the street (Pharmacy, quick mart). Easy access everywhere.. We did rent a car just to experience getting around which was very easy. Great communication from Adriana and Magdelena. We will definitely be back next year!

Luis place was very conveniently located to the airport, beach, and town. It was easy to get around and the size of the place was perfect for our short stay. Very responsive and helpful with check-in process!

Can’t say enough great things about this space and the host. We had a situation where we lost the keys and the host was very accommodating and helped us out as soon as she could. The space has everything you need. Comfy bed, nice sized balcony, great view of the ocean, working AC and TV. Everything looked so new/modern. They even had a wine opener which is something often overlooked. The building may lose power sometimes but the common areas and elevators will still have power from a backup generator. This happened to us one night and we just explored San Juan until the power came back. For a couple, it’s a hard space to beat and the location is PRIME right on the strip with quick access to the beach. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

From start to finish, they were responsive when I needed to know anything. Great location to the beach. It was a plus that everyday, they checked in on us. Five starts all the way around!

Stayed at Rey's place for one night before heading to the airport and it was great! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, stocked with great amenities like beach towels, sunscreen, aloe, etc. Easy check-in and it's decorated in a way that makes the place feel super cozy!

The place was easy to find and get in to. The instructions from the host were very clear. The place was spotless and clean, had all amenities listed. The host was very responsive to our requests (more linens, local recommendations, etc.). The surrounding area was great, lots of places to eat and go. The beach being a 45 second walk was UNBEATABLE! Great area, great place, we LOVED our stay!

From check in to check out Kristina was an amazing help! She set everything up perfectly and even decorated for my birthday. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed! It was so nice being steps away from the house after a long beach day. Will definitely be back!

If you want an on the beach location this is it! The breeze from the ocean was wonderful. The bed was very comfy and the condo is exactly as pictured. Eat at Lifeguards right underneath you and walk up the beach to Ocean Breeze for dinner one evening. I’m a solo traveler and felt safe in the building and surrounding area. It was a lovely stay!

The place was exactly how it was represented. Great location with lots of walkable places. It was right on the beach which was convenient. Perfect space for my friends and I to stay while on spring break.

AMAZING! I’ve been to PR a few times and nothing compares to the experience I had staying here! Beautiful view, right on the beach. And the inside was beautiful and comfortable. Jennifer was amazing with us I’d definitely book again!

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with everything we needed within walking distance. We highly recommend Tania's place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience!

Outstanding stay. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the ocean view from the balcony. Host was very helpful at answering questions and providing us recommendations on places to go in the area. Would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved this apartment. The beach is literally your back yard and the pool is an option as well. We felt extremely safe. I had 2 teenagers and 2 young adults with me. The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably. Upon arrival they didn’t have power but apparently it’s common on the island. The power was back on in a few hours. It was never uncomfortable because we had the door and windows open allowing the ocean breeze to keep the place cool. The host was very responsive and provided a flashlight. The guys at the beach were very accommodating with the beach chairs and umbrellas. The apartment provided 4 beach chairs, beach towels and now 2 boogie boards courtesy of my teens. Ubering can vary in price. We paid $60 to get to old San Juan one night and the next paid $10. You have a Walgreens across the street along with various other restaurants. I ordered groceries on line from SuperMax. They delivered to my door. Ordering was all in Spanish.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment is modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the beach. The location is perfect—right on the beach and close to everything you need. Bonita and Carola were such a kind and attentive host, making sure everything was just right. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway spot, don’t miss out on this place!

This has been an amazing experience!! the place is very comfortable and clean. The location is just perfect, the beach is downstairs, grocery walking distance, bars and restaurants walking distance and everyone is super friendly. The host, Laura and her son Luis are unbelievably kind and welcoming. They get way out of their way to help with anything you need. Communication is first class. I will be back to this place FOR SURE!!

Excellent place to stay, not only for the inside of the apartment but the convenience of everything close by. There is a 24/7 grocery store across the street that has everything you need and more. Whiting walking distance you will find local restaurants and US franchises. The apartment is exactly as the pictures and the morning view of the beach is breathtaking. You just need to walk the parking lot and you'll have your feet in the sand, nothing can compete to this. Water heater and both living room and bedroom AC works perfectly, super comfy bed and couch, everything was squeaky clean. Edwin left for our use beach towels and a little cooler to use which was a great add on. The communication with Edwin was A+ at all times, the electricity went off for a few hours and he was always in contact with me and giving me updates of the situation, I truly appreciate it. Definitely a great host.

Marcos' condo in the perfect place to experience all that San Juan and beyond has to offer. Easy access to the best beach in San Juan while still being a 15 min Uber ride to Old San Juan. Walkable to shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend checking out Pal'Agua next door which is located next door in La Playita and is only open Friday-Sunday. We will definitely stay here again if we have the pleasure of visiting San Juan in the future. We couldn't be happier with our time in this beautiful space!

I gave this a 5* review because it matched the description and is in a great location but there’s a few things to note. The living room is beautiful and comfortable, but the rest of the apartment is pretty dated. The kitchen and bathroom are getting ready for an update. This isn’t the Airbnb’s fault at all, but the gate to the beach closes at 7pm, and even with the key fab you can’t get in after that and have to walk around (about .5km). Probably the most frustrating part is a loud AC unit compressor that sits on the balcony. The view is so beautiful and we wanted to spend mornings on the balcony, but it’s so loud it’s honestly hard to talk to each other while it’s running. Overall the house is as described and the location is great!! Just some small nuances to the place that detracted I wanted to highlight.

While staying at Maria’s place, we had a great stay. While mentioned in the listing, it definitely does get noisy, so this is not the place for light sleepers. There was lots of rain one night, and it kept us up, along with the airplanes and roosters. However; the host provided lots of things in the house, beach towels, toiletries, etc and make it a pleasant stay.

Severo was a great host. His emails and communications were timely and very detailed. The airbnb was clean, neat, cute and as described in the description and photos. My 23 yr old daughter and her two college classmates stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed the beautiful, beachfront ocean views on Isla Verde beach. They enjoyed the pool and there were plenty of walkable restaurants in the area. Thank you for opening your home for others to enjoy in Puerto Rico!
