We had a lovely stay at Lydia’s place! The condo was as described and our family enjoyed the space and location. We mostly enjoyed the pool and surrounding areas while we were in Loiza, and it was just what we needed for some r&r. Lydia was responsive and accommodating to a few minor issues we had- thank you so much Lydia for making our trip so special! For other travelers- we did not rent a car and used Uber to get to/from the resort and to the nearby grocery store. Took a little planning ahead but all in all was a great option for us and saved us a lot of $. I would recommend this rental! It was just what our family of six needed to relax and enjoy time together.

Chana’s place was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Chana was very responsive and flexible! She checked in and also answered any questions I had. I’m already recommending her place to my friends! Chana, thank you for sharing this beautiful gem with the world! Seeing the jet skis from the balcony, motivated me to do it!

We had a great stay in Javiers home. It was a perfect location in old San Juan being within walking distance of the centre with wonderful restaurants, bars and shops, yet quiet and peaceful with a great terrace on top with a hot tub. There was loads of room for our grown up family of five. Javier is a super host, he was so welcoming and gave us tons of information and recommendations for restaurants, bars and activities. We would definitely love to return and we highly recommend Javier’s wonderful home.

The apartment was as described. Beautiful view of the water and walking distance to park/beach. The only downside is the location doesn't have much to do or restaurants or access to stores for essentials that is walking distance.

We loved it! More specifically: it was quiet despite being very central. We travelled with our daughter and baby, they could sleep very well. We enjoyed the terraces. The air conditioning in the living room is loud so we used the fan instead and it was fine. The kitchen is sort of outdoor which we found was very charming. We didn't mind going through the souvenir shop, it made it feel like an adventure for our daughter and we became acquainted with the shop lady who is used to this setting obviously. We highly recommend for family with young children. Be aware there are two set of stairs to get up but it was no problem for us.

This condo beach was amazing. It looked even better than the photos. George is an amazing host. His instructions are really clear, he’s very quick to respond to all of my texts. He also gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants and other spots.

This place was perfect for our spring break trip!

We loved our stay at the casita! It was very nice to feel secluded and have our own little oasis but also still be within 30 minutes of beaches and the rainforest! We enjoyed driving the mountain roads to and from the house (be aware they are quite steep!) Everything was very clean and it was even more updated and modern than the pictures showed - new furniture, painted walls. We enjoyed the pool every evening and it was the perfect temperature for a night time dip! It had all the amenities we needed, even AC units for every room which was so nice for a break from the heat! Listening to the sounds of the rainforest at night and early morning was beautiful! We would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, the price was right, and very close to the airport and beach. The only problems we had was an odor from the bathroom, and the loud roosters outside making noise, but we got used to them. Otherwise everything was great 💯

House was spotless and in an amazing location while being private in a gated community. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone visiting San Juan.

I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

As described, great place to spend a night or 2.. Bakery's are less than 2 minutes away!!

This place is absolutely incredible! The highlight of our trip was definitely kayaking in the stunning lagoon. The entire property is impeccably clean, and the views, especially at sunset, are simply mesmerizing. Important to note: the address does not work on google maps, he will give you the coordinates an hour before your stay.

Melba’s place was exactly as in the pictures. She was a great host and provided everything necessary for a long stay. Check-in instructions were clear and precise and I was allowed to check in a bit earlier. I was in the apartment for a 6 week stay and I felt right at home. Handyman came to fix something and he was very amicable and respectful. The security were also very kind and friendly. The beach was only a block away and there are plenty of restaurants and plenty of night spots opened till late. The pharmacy Caridad is down the street and you can find all sorts of necessities and they are also fully stocked on liquor and beer. The 24 hour supermarket is conveniently located around the back part of the same block and there is a shopping cart in the apartment for your convenience. Overall I really enjoyed my stay! Great space perfect for an extended family stay. The location is excellent and the convenience of having both pool and beach to choose from is much appreciated!

I loved the location with the exception of hearing airplanes from time to time. The atmosphere was perfect and just the tranquil space I needed. John helped me plan my vacation from car rental to tips and information on what and when to see it. Superb!

So communicative, great recommendations, incredibly accommodating, so helpful, fantastic apartment. Perfect for short- or long-term stay! If I return to San Juan, there is no doubt I would try to stay here.

Raymond’s Condo was perfect for our needs, a place to sleep and shower. The balcony was great for morning coffee before heading out on our daily excursions. Parking was onsite and secure. We were able to walk to several restaurants and the beach. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Air-conditioner kept the condo comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! All the girls absolutely loved it, and we would definitely stay here again. The room was perfect, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful extras like the cooler, umbrella, and chairs – it made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The host was excellent at communicating, making the stay seamless and enjoyable. The place was well-equipped with everything you need, feeling both cozy and inviting. The shower pressure was great, the bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of mirrors—perfect for getting ready. The location was also ideal, close to everything. I’m especially thankful that the host was able to accommodate my early check-in. Highly recommend!

Great location, apartment was cozy and perfect for me and my friend. Not big enough for 4 people, I’d say 2-3 people max. Pool was awesome. A lot of things within walking distance. Isla verde beach is down the block with cheap 5$ rental chairs. Lots of food options nearby as well.

We chose this place primarily because of the location and amenities. It's a few minutes from the airport, beachfront, and a great pool. The building is clean and well maintained. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. Plenty of towels as well. I was a bit thrown off by the instructions plastered throughout the apartment but I understand not everyone who rents is responsible enough. Evelyn was responsive and and graciously allowed checkout an hour later.

This place was perfect. A very convenient location. The apartment was clean and provided all the amenities needed to make our stay an enjoyable one. The space was comfortable for two people. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We stayed during an island-wide power outage and they were in constant communication and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Elvin was amazing! He accommodated me and my friends in the best way possible. He was extremely welcoming and gave us a list of suggestions of things to do and where to eat. I would definitely book this Airbnb the next time I visit Puerto Rico.
