Great location. Close to everything! Uber's were easy to get and fairly cheap to get to known places in San Juan. The condo is well air conditioned and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the water ran warm. The kitchen is fully stocked. Check in was a negative experience. I did not have the chance to communicate with Daniel directly, but the interaction with his staff felt unfriendly and unnecessarily aggressive. Being told "Excuse me" via text in a manner I perceived as rude was off-putting and out of the norm for me.While I understand there are policies in place, I felt it was inconsiderate to require payment at the exact moment of my arrival, especially after a long journey. I was under the impression that the small payment could be made within 72 hours, as indicated in the request. Having to put my belongings down outside to address this in an unfamiliar location felt unsafe and unwelcoming. Otherwise, a great place to unwind and enjoy what San Juan as to offer!

Casa Catalina was beautiful. The host had beach towels and beach chairs for us to use during our stay. Also felt very safe and secure with building security and safety measures. Will definitely book again!

Great place to stay! Excellent location, beach was beautiful and nice big pool. Underground garage with your own parking spot. Kiddie pool wasn't available but honestly not even needed because the main pool is plenty big. Both of our kids, ages 7 and 11 had a blast! The beach has lounge chairs and umbrella rentals but Shubin also has chairs, umbrella and small cooler you can use. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was comfortable and convenient and felt like home on vacation.

This condo was perfect for me and my husband. Direct access to the beach. Restaurants and casino in walking distance. Condo had everything we needed including beach chairs to take down, full kitchen with fridge. Would stay here again!

Juan apartment is my home away from home 😊I always stay at Juan when I come to Puerto Rico. I believe this is my 5th stay. Great location . Will be back next year.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Ivelisse was incredibly kind and responsive, even answering our messages late at night. She went above and beyond to help us when we made a mistake with our flight dates, showing great flexibility and understanding. Ivelisse also gave us excellent local recommendations, which made our trip even better. The apartment itself is in a perfect location, close to everything we needed, and the facilities—especially the swimming pool—were excellent. It was a wonderful touch that the host personally said goodbye to us when we left. Highly recommend staying here!

The space was spotless, and I genuinely couldn’t find anything to complain about. Its location is perfect, with a variety of restaurants, markets, and nightlife just around the corner, plus it's a short distance to the beach! This was my first time booking an Airbnb and Stacey and her place truly exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect—convenient, safe, and within walking distance of numerous fantastic restaurants eliminating the need for Uber or other transportation. The neighborhood had a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and even the hotel staff in the area were kind and accommodating. The place itself was clean, comfortable and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. If I ever find myself traveling to Carolina, PR again, I know exactly where I’ll be staying. I booked this unit same day after a terrible experience with another AirBnB. I was pleasantly surprised that the apartment was exactly as pictured and recently renovated. Colores Luxury Rental was extremely responsive and provided fantastic check-in instructions. I would stay here again.

Our 3-week stay in Dan’s Isla Verde condo was perfect, the place is nicely decorated and very cozy. Dan’s home is amazing, and his “red-book” gives you a list of ideas including restaurants and cafes near the condo. The check-in was a smooth process. Everything in the condo looks as pictured, clean rooms, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. The balcony view is quite panoramic, the beach is right there. Being able to see the beach every morning was wonderful. Our host was always available to answer our questions. The Hotel administration and maintenance people were very friendly. Would highly recommend staying there.

This place is amazing. My wife and I can’t wait to come back. The place looks exactly like the photos. Truthfully the pictures don’t do the experience justice. The view and the size of the balcony makes this place the top choice over all others. It’s literally a million dollar view. No one will regret booking here. The host was very responsive and the place was immaculately clean. Interior design was very classy. The location was amazing. You really don’t need a car here. Everything you need is within a 5 minute walking distance. We loved it here and are looking forward to coming back.

Great location with beautiful beach access right down the street! The house is decorated beautifully, would definitely stay here again! Side note, there’s constructions next door so it can be a bit noisy at times but it didn’t bother us too much as we were constantly out exploring!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The pool/patio/BBQ area was so beautiful it made it hard to want to leave to go exploring. Cuyler was proactive with providing instructions on how to operate showers, entry way codes, etc. House is very close to a grocery store and restaurants. Bedrooms were spacious and the air conditioning was appreciated. The kitchen had the cookware that we needed for cooking breakfast each morning and the dinning table was spacious enough for a large family. Cuyler was quick to respond when we had a question. The house is in a quiet, gated community which felt safe and not too far from the locations we wanted to visit. We had a great trip and stay!

We loved our stay so much! This was a great fit for our family of seven. We had lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the furniture was really nice and everything was well taken care of. We really appreciated how there were lots of things there for us to use, like a cooler for us to take our lunches in every day on our adventures, chairs , umbrella, Sand toys, balls — all the things that we could possibly need. Gretchen was really easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. We would definitely recommend this for anybody! We had a great time. Thank you so much.

Jenny was a great host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She shared great local recommendations, from restaurants to taxi services, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of 9, and the space was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made group meals easy. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home, it’s pretty in the pictures, but you really appreciate it more when you enter. The hosts welcoming touches really made us feel special entering a strangers home, like you are really welcome and they truly want you to enjoy your time there. And the water, lagoon?, out back is larger than I thought, we enjoyed watching birds, turtles, and even a small crocodile! We were visiting the south west coast of Puerto Rico and decided to stay a couple nights in Carolina to see Old San Juan and be close to the airport. The location and home were perfect!

The home was a perfect location for myself and colleagues as we traveled around San Juan. Cristina was very quick to send instructions and responded quickly to any questions I had for her. A big home with plenty of space. It was a great place to stay and a great price!
