We always love staying at Lazaro’s place!

This place was amazing! It was close to everything. Local food spots, the beach, clubs. I absolutely adored it. The staff was incredible. Jose and Pedro made sure we were okay with everything. Communication was key that’s what i sincerely liked. There was a water problem with the whole San Juan area and Pedro really came through he did everything he could to make sure his guests were completely satisfied. If that’s not commitment i don’t know what is. BOOK NOW YOU WONT REGRET IT!

I had such an amazing time at Gigi’s place! The spot was so beautiful and peaceful. The neighborhood was so cute, the location was walkable. I only used Uber to go to places that were a bit further away and that was easy. It felt like home. There was the most adorable cat on the property that would sit with us in the mornings. I loved it, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that is considering it.

I loved staying here! The place was so comfortable and peaceful and made us feel right at home! I hope to be able to return and stay here again!

Good location with beach behind. Water pressure when showering is lacking, as well as hot water. PR is hot anyways, if u can tolerate those thing it's a good stay.

William was an amazing host and the place was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Everything was neat and clean and as described. William was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to booking with him again.

Really enjoyed staying at Gigis place… it had everything me and my partner needed for a relaxing week at the beach! The room/studio is very comfortable and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen often! The beach is close and the neighborhood is quiet. An easy Uber ride to the old city in San Juan and ~10-20 min walk to a huge selection of restaurants. Would definitely come back :)

Esta muy cerca de la universidad. Pase tres meses y la verdad que fue inmejorable.La cama muy cómoda y amplia, hay útiles de cocina, lavandería etc. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodamente durante una estancia larga. Cerca hay un gimnasio y un supermercado. Melody y Gabi son muy agradables, y estan pendientes de ti, nos acogieron de forma espectacular. Solo puedo darles las gracias por que realmente nos hicieron sentir en familia.

The location was perfect—close to so many restaurants and bars, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Julia was an amazing host, providing clear instructions, quick responses, and great local recommendations. The check-in process was seamless. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located, and well-managed Airbnb, this is the one. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at Carlas place was awesome! We had 4 people staying in the space, looked exactly as described and was roomy enough for us. ACs in all bedrooms and living room worked great. Beds were comfortable. We were in a great location, walkable to many nice restaurants and to ocean park beach, about a 10 min walk. Carlas provided beach towels, an umbrella and beach cooler. Carlas was always responsive and let us drop our bags off before check in which was nice. We appreciated her kindness as a host. We would definitely stay again when in San Juan!

This AirBnB was exactly as expected! Wonderful. The place was perfect for us-we spent 5 nights there and Walsh always gave us recommendations. Amazing hosts! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Very clean! We will be back!

The pictures and the price don’t do this place justice. It’s right by the beach, food, and bars. You can either walk or they have free bikes for you to use whenever u want! We biked so much that my legs grew by 3 inches from the 7 days we stayed. You don’t even have to leave the guest house community at all to have fun. Everything is inside for you. The room was so cute and the guests and hosts are so friendly. We had a tiny issue and they resolved it quickly without us even having to ask. I will stay here every time I come back! Will miss you guys, Rasco and Oreo!

I had a great time and Hector’s spot was perfect for me, affordable, clean, great location, and right where I wanted to be, not even a 3 minute walk to a world class beach. Great place.

This spot is perfectly situated between the airport and Viejo San Juan, in a pretty peaceful neighborhood of Santurce. The host was great, very responsive leading up to the trip and during. There are two bedrooms with AC, a full kitchen, dining table, and small living room. We loved hanging out on the patio. You have a mix of trendy restaurants, cafes, and local cafeterias in walking distance. The beach is just a ten minute walk away. We remained comfortable throughout our stay!

Very nice host, respond quickly. Location is perfect, close to the beach and walking distance from many restaurants on Loïza Street. Would definitely recommend. 2 people maximum as the apartment is small. Thank you Karim!

Another great stay. As you enter the apartment, it was so cool and welcoming. Everything is perfectly laid out and ready for your stay….appreciated the cold bottles of water in the fridge. The Aircondition Unit works very well. My husband and I walked to the grocery store, and restaurants in the area , that were very good. However, what stands out , as I stated before, is the excellent communication with the host, and it is clear that her goal is for you to have a memorable stay!!

The best stay in Puerto Rico was here! The water pressure was really the only minor inconvenience but other than that, I really enjoyed my stay! His home was nice and clean, private and close to everything! Probably the prettiest home on the block! The hot tub- fire! I highly recommend! I’ll make sure to book his place the next time I’m back in Puerto Rico! Thank you for your hospitality and for being responsive and communicating with me throughout my stay(: until next time!

Great location, easy to walk to the ocean and many shops, restaurants and grocery. Simple, private, secure dwelling with lovely garden on quiet residential street. Great hot water in the shower! The air conditioning also worked well; sometimes we turned it off to open the windows, as they have hurricane shutters. Our hosts responded quickly to any questions, and were very helpful with recommendations and storing our bags for our late-afternoon flight. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again!

Victor was a great host! He was super friendly and responsive. He even let us check in early, which was super helpful.

We loved our stay. The apartment was quiet, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach and restaurants. The only things that I wished the apartment had were a broom to sweep up any sand and places to hang beach towels to dry.

Eileen was so welcoming and enthusiastic about experiencing Puerto Rico. She offered a lot of great information about the area and things to do during our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and so close to the beach!

This is my favorite place to stay in Puerto Rico—it always delivers on quality, tranquility, and coziness. It’s such a beautiful place to stay and I really loved the complimentary morning yoga sessions and fresh cooked breakfasts! It’s a great place to work, meet new friends, and enjoy a night in.

truly enjoyed our stay! the communication and recommendations for restaurants was perfect. Although we experienced problems with hot water in the showers, it was a great place. We are headed back soon, so we will check availability. We did have one other issue. We used one of the glass coffee cups. When my wife put hot water in it, it shattered. Glad to pay for a replacement. Can we get different cups for our next visit?

Lucy ha sido una anfitriona increíble durante nuestra estadía. Siempre estaba atenta al enviarle un mensaje y siempre está dispuesta a ayudar si hace falta. El Airbnb nos encantó todo funcionaba de maravilla era muy espacioso y también muy cómodo, nos sentíamos como en casa. Me pareció muy conveniente la localización ya que todo está a poca distancia en coche y se nos hizo muy práctico y tranquilo. Muchas gracias por todo!
