Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The pool/patio/BBQ area was so beautiful it made it hard to want to leave to go exploring. Cuyler was proactive with providing instructions on how to operate showers, entry way codes, etc. House is very close to a grocery store and restaurants. Bedrooms were spacious and the air conditioning was appreciated. The kitchen had the cookware that we needed for cooking breakfast each morning and the dinning table was spacious enough for a large family. Cuyler was quick to respond when we had a question. The house is in a quiet, gated community which felt safe and not too far from the locations we wanted to visit. We had a great trip and stay!

This place was amazing, has everything you need right in the house, exceptionally clean and safe neighborhood, response time was quick and helpful, definitely would love to return. Pictures don’t do it any justice, much better in person and close to everything

This was by far the best vacation my family has had in a while. This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and it felt like home. Everything was clean and where we were told it would be, our host was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about the area and what we wanted to do. Very responsive. We will definitely be back

Wonderful house and great host!

Zulmarie’s place was perfect to say the least . It looks exactly like the photos . Everything was nice and modern. I was even allowed early check in which was so convenient being that we got in an hour early before original check in and the apartment is about 10 mins from airport. It’s easy to fine and if you don’t have a car it’s very easy to get Ubers as well . It was close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place ! 10/10 !!

Had an amazing time with my family and friends at Maria’s place. Perfect place to stay at if you want to visit Puerto Rico. The area felt safe , the house was clean , everything worked fine. She responded immediately and even recommended places to see and eat at. Made everything super convenient. You aren’t far from The airport and aren’t far from activities either. Great location would highly recommend 10/10.

Great place to stay, Looked exactly like in the photos and host was responsive. Close to the airport, 10 min drive to the Isla verde beach and 15min drive to Old San Juan. The only disappointment was that there was a power outage in the area for one night ( its out of control by the owner or host) and there was no generator or battery light in the stay. But the host was kind enough to refund for one night. I would suggest the owner or host to add an emergency light for future and also some additional linens or blankets.

Great place to stay and our host was available anytime we needed anything or had questions about what to do in Puerto Rico. The home was very very spacious and our group of 13 had more than enough space! Great trip in Puerto Rico!!

Loved this place it felt like home and was in a great location. The beds were so comfortable. The garden was so peaceful. The host was responsive and so understanding. It is on my list saved for when I return again to PR. Thank you for a wonderful stay during a difficult time for our family.

The home was beautiful it is a great place for family and friends. Tons of things to do in the house- The rooms are large and roomy. The pictures are accurate. We had a great time.

Our stay was very pleasant. We had a great experience and no problems whatsoever. The neighborhood was very peaceful and safe. We also had a welcoming gift in the fridge.

The house was as described. Beautiful home, pool was amazing . Host left snacks and water and plenty of beach towels. other than the dog barking next door , it was peaceful and accommodated my family well. The only thing is that you need a car or have to uber for food.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. We received clear, detailed, and accurate instructions for entering the property. We love the setup, with the upstairs and downstairs each having their own kitchen, bathroom, tv/sitting areas. The pool and outdoor area are very nice also. When we had questions, the host was very responsive and friendly. If we have the opportunity, we’d definitely want to stay here again. There was nothing negative to note about this stay, the property, or the host.

I had an amazing stay here. From the moment I walked in, I could see that a lot of effort was put in making the house clean, which I appreciate. I stayed here with a group friends and there wasn't a moment where we didn't feel comfortable. We were able to sit and relax on the spacious couch. Adjustable a/c was a huge plus. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood as well. Besides the house, the hosts were very responsive and helpful prior to check-in, during the stay, and at checkout. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet place that has all the necessities.

We stayed in Renier's place during our trip to San Juan, PR. It was a great place and we really liked it. Apartment is very roomy with 3 bedrooms and queen beds which is great for families. It is in a great location only 5mins from SJU Airport by Uber. It worked great since our flight arrived early in the morning. You can hear Flight takeoff and Landing sounds as its close to airport, but it didn't bother us a lot. Renier was very nice and flexible with late checkins. He is very quick in his responses. Rental cars are in walkable distance to rent for the trip. Restaurants and Gas stations are in walkable distance as well.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and left our little ones with family. Marisa was such an amazing host, this was my first time using Airbnb on vaca so I was a little hesitant. I read some of the prior reviews and wondered if everyone was related to her because they were so positive, well she lived up to all of it and exceeded it (we’re not related but she treated us like family 😁) There was a power outage when we stayed and luckily she had invested in a big generator that kept EVERYTHING working in the home. Two balconies were awesome, spacious clean and comfortable all around. We were pleasantly surprised to walk into some snacks and drinks she stocked up for us. Coffee is a must for us, we drink bustello at home and whatever brand she had was just as good maybe better :). Highly recommend!!

Our stay at this beautiful home was amazing. The moment you walk in you can smell how clean the it is. The pool was at great temperature and super clean. Our flight arrived early and Luis gave us access to the house before check in time which was very convenient for us. If I go back to Puerto Rico, I would definitely will be staying here again.

My family and I had an excellent time at Casa Lucia. Zaira is an attentive host who went out of her way to accommodate us. House was extremely clean and no issues what so ever. Yes neighbors dogs bark when you first arrive but after that we didn’t hear them much. Excellent stay. Thank you again for your attention to detail.
